Gọi nhận phòng liên hệ cả buổi không ai nghe , có sự cố gọi nhân viên cực kỳ khó, toilet vòi xịt không sử dụng được,

Phòng thì xếp random hay sao khác ảnh quá luôn. Còn về hỗ trợ nhận phòng thì mình phải chủ động liên hệ với chỗ nghỉ😂. Đến nơi báo phòng bị trục trặc, đề xuất cho mình 1 căn khác 2pn, nhưng mình chỉ có nhu cầu book và ở 1pn! Xong..bị up sale lên thêm 200k nữa để đổi phòng. Lúc đó đang mệt lắm rồi nên đành chịu thôi chứ mắc công đi tìm chỗ khác

Не заселили. Предложили номер в абсолютно другом здании и меньше. Пришлось срочно искать другой вариант жилья. Хорошо, что отменили бронь, но искать в воскресенье днём новое жильё, не самое приятное мероприятие. Потратили 3 часа, на попытки связаться и чтобы заново заселиться.

Lừa đảo, mình đến nơi mới bảo hết phòng, bảo mình sang tòa nhà khác. Sau lại nói còn phòng rồi đòi tăng giá. Mn nên tránh xa SCAM ALERT!!!

We got confirmation for our stay then We turned up there at 2pm then we called him. He said the Unit not available and hangs up the phone. Leave us so disappointed 😔😔

Mình thật sự rất ưng kỳ lưu trú tại Dứa’s House – The Sóng Vũng Tàu. Căn hộ rộng rãi, sáng sủa, vào là cảm giác như đang ở nhà, đầy đủ bếp, ban công và view hướng biển rất thoáng. Vị trí thì quá thuận tiện: chỉ vài bước chân là tới Bãi Sau, xung quanh có quán ăn, cà phê, tiện đi dạo biển buổi chiều. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh khi mình có thắc mắc., mọi thứ làm mình hài lòng. Nếu lần sau quay lại Vũng Tàu, mình chắc chắn sẽ chọn nơi này — thật sự đáng giá cho nghỉ dưỡng

This is a beautiful apartment right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The building is very safe, there is 24/7 security so no need to worry much, there are convenience stores around so it's easy to buy food at midnight

This is a clean and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with some basic and essential tools. The beach is just a few steps away. Right below is a bustling dining area with many restaurants. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, family, and acquaintances.

The place was dirty, kitchen dirty with dirty bowls. Frig was smelling and dirty. Stuff from previous guests still left. Bed sheets were not ironed so it looked dirty. Floors were dusty.

The interior and facilities are great, suitable for families with children and groups of friends. The staff is very friendly, the apartment is very comfortable, clean, airy and the price is quite ok. There is a swimming pool with a nice view.

Excellent service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and they even gave us recommendations for local restaurants. We had a wonderful experience.

Location was great with everything I need was just close by. The beach is about 200m away. The host was very kind and helpful with quick response upon my request.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a small supermarket downstairs and only about 500m from the big supermarket. Next time I travel in December I will still choose to stay here.

The location was ideal, close to the beach and local attractions. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the sky pool was a highlight. The facilities, including the sky pool and gym, were modern and well-maintained.

Fabulous room, smart tv, aircon and washing machine and everything that works and jerks. Modern, clean, great value.
