Kitami Daiichi Hotel - Vacation STAY 73134v vs Similar Hotels

Rooms are clean and comfortable, though some mention they are slightly small.

Room quality is mixed: several guests found room size acceptable and design practical, but others reported issues (small rooms, twin rooms scarce forcing awkward bed arrangements, and at least one report of a room lacking an in-room bath/shower).

Generally clean and comfortable as described in several reviews.

Multiple guests commented on strong cleanliness and a fresh feel in rooms ('とても清潔感があった', 'clean room'). Minor note that an outdoor bath was slightly dirty on one report, but overall cleanliness is a clear positive.

Conveniently located, close to public transport and amenities.

Location is frequently mentioned as convenient — close to the station area, drinking district and convenience stores, and near event sites (fireworks). Some guests were disappointed by limited evening dining options despite the station-front setting.

Staff are friendly and accommodating as highlighted in multiple reviews.

Service is generally praised (staff were helpful and quick to respond; guests felt attended to), though some operational constraints were noted (narrow front desk space, a temporary issue with a women's-bath key code). Overall solid service for the hotel tier.

Breakfast is highly praised for its quality and variety.

Food receives positive mentions: tasty breakfast and popular 'night ramen' were highlighted, and local yakiniku recommendations were appreciated. A few guests felt breakfast was weaker than other chain properties, but F&B is generally a plus.

Amenities are adequate but could be improved, with mentions of limited options.

Amenities are a strong point: onsen/public bath (including night ramen service), free washing machine, vending items (iced cream), and other conveniences. Some guests noted the large bath felt small or an outdoor bath was slightly unclean, but spa-related offerings are overall a highlight.

Good value considering the quality of service and amenities offered.

Several reviewers explicitly called the price 'reasonable' or 'price-appropriate.' Given the mix of good amenities and generally clean rooms, value is perceived as positive.
