After 10 PM little or no police presence on the street. You must be aware of your surroundings returning here late at night.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026L'accueil a été très ordinaire. Chambre pas prête, malgré le fait que j'avais dit à quelle heure nous arrivions. On ne nous offre pas d'endroits où poser nos valises le temps qu'on aille manger pendant qu'ils préparent notre chambre. Parce que j'ai chialé on nous l'a offert. La chambre offerte n'était pas celle réservée. Je leur ai montré les photos et là on m'a répondu qu'elle était prise?! Finalement h'ai chialé et insisté pour parler à quelqu'un d'autre et là on m'a donné une chambre très similaire à celle que j'ai réservé. Par la suite, tout a bien été. Très belle place et très très bien situé.

Me salió la reserva por booking pagué por adelantado me confirmaron al correo y cuando llegue a la puerta del hotelucho que no podía ingresar y horas después me salen que el pago no estaba registrado perdí el tiempo y el dinero de la preautorizacion

Warm water didn’t work, even after 10 minutes. A deposit was deducted from my account without further notice. Rooms are quite small. The light in the community rooms was always on, it was not possible to get the wrongs completely dark for a good night after a long flight.

Non c’è nessuna finestra che dà all’esterno Nella camera c’era una gran puzza di muffa Dovevo ricevere un rimborso x una notte pagata in più e non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Su whatsapp mi hanno preso in giro e tirato x lunghe, fino alla mia resa.

La entrada. De no ser por un vendedor ambulante que nos da el contacto de una de las administradoras,no podemos ingresar, ya era tarde y ese punto de pone peligroso a altas horas de la noche. El tema de la habilitación del pin para ingreso a la habitación fue demorado.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Etablissement bien situé sur la rue pietonne principale de Bogota (pratique pour aller vers le centro ou vers le Cerro de Monserrate). Chambre assez grande et propre. Possibilité de se reposer sur les canapés des paliers qui sont plus lumineux que la chambre. Panaderia tout proche qui ouvre dès 6h30 pour aller chercher ou prendre le petit déjeuner.
Aucun personnel dans l'immeuble et entrée pas si simple à trouver (tout se passe par messages de codes et boite à clé). Toutes les chambres sont sans fenêtre. Certaines ont des carreaux de verre qui donnent sur le palier intérieur. Le lit est en hauteur et assez raide d'accès.

No me parece tan comodo el servicio de llegada, no hay recepción, tiene que hacerse todo de forma virtual, por otro lado, no tienen servicio para guardar maleta. Me parece que podrian mejorar esa comodidas.

Sensación de inseguridad en los alrededores, falta baño en la zona común, el sofá cama es incómodo para estadías largas o de 3 o 4 amigos.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Kamers zijn mooi. Hele gebouw is erg schoon en mooi. Je vevind je overdag in een bruisende straat vol mensen en beweging. Recht tegenover supermarkt.
Inchecken is via codes en whatsapp. Wees je daar bewust van. Op de foto's lijkt een bar te zijn, niet gezien in werkelijkheid. Geen personeel in omgeving dus. In de avond is de sfeer wat grimmig. Wat zwervers voor de deur. Ik stond even alleen buiten en werd 3x aangesproken me spullen op te bergen en voorzichtig te zijn. Zou volgende x meer richting nieuwe gedeelte (uitgaansgebied) of meer richting candaleria gaan zitten zoals 1e nacht.
