There were excellent fitness facilities available; very large and beautiful pool for swimming which I very much enjoyed. Large workout areas, well equipped. I had a wonderful massage as well at the spa. A few suggestions to elevate the experience, small touches that make a difference and are noticed by those who are well traveled: provide workout towels at the gym; provide robes and slippers at the spa. Ensure that spa attendants check the refreshment area regularly. I was there on Saturday afternoon and after an hour went for water. There were over a dozen dirty cups piled up and no clean ones. I had not seen an attendant at all. I went to the front desk to request a clean cup and the attendant was busy texting on her phone -- not a good impression. Once I asked for a clean cup she did come and check the area and removed the dirty cups but really I should not have had to ask. Black out or thicker night drapes would be good for bedrooms as at night I could easily be viewed by those coming out of a room in hallway across the way. They were going in and out and I was a little uncomfortable with that. The restaurant (at night in any case) needs a bit of work as the food is not great. I ate there one evening and did not want to eat there again. Generally, the staff was friendly and responsive. Probably should be clear with cleaning staff and others about phone use--I returned to my room when cleaning lady was there. She was completely engaged in a phone conversation.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à Cloé pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme : ses petites attentions ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Merci également à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.

Super week-end le personnel au top tres bonne accueil tres chaleureux et tres attentionnés petit déjeuner copieux et bonne cuisine au restaurant de la piscine superbe relise en forme tout y est donc je recommande Ps juste manque 1 petit frigo dans la chambre .

Personnel au top très compétent. Par contre la chambre ne vaut pas 4 étoiles car manque plusieurs choses notamment peignoir, table de nuit pour la chambre familiale, porte serviettes dans la salle de bain....accès au raseau malgré le wifi de l'hôtel est catastrophique.... La literie est très bien et les espaces extérieures grandioses et accessibles à tous facilement. Et pour finir l'hôtel est très grand et il manque une signalisation claire pour naviguer dans l'hôtel notamment pour rejoindre l'accueil.

The place is stunning and the staff is excellent

We, a family of 4 with 2 teenager, stayed for 5 days at Le Set in 2 separate rooms. We were all very positively surprised about the quality og the hotel - everything was new, clean and nice. The sportsfacilities were all super nice. All the staff were extremely service oriented and always with a smile and helpful. The pool area was the best - with a bar and restaurant and good atmosphere. And if you like to shop - both Aix-en-Provence and Marseille is very close. We will for sure come back!!

Virkeligt lækkert pool miljø, dybe pools, især godt til store børn. Mange sportsmuligheder, bare dyrt at booke. Rengøring på gange og trapper er ikke helt i top, det samme på gulvet på værelset. Ærgerligt at rengøringen ikke forstår, når man lægger sengetæppe og pyntepuder væk, skal de IKKE på igen. Tæt på byen, i bil.

Bof ne mérite pas 4 étoiles Le réception est pas indiqué donc dur à trouver lorsqu’on est sur le parking L’endroit se trouve dans un complexe sportif donc il fait traverser le paddle et le Genius pour arriver à la chambre Chambre également très mal indiqué volet fermé donc impossible de voir le numéro de notre chambre Chambre basic rien d’exceptionnel wc dans la salle de bain pas de tapis de bain douche qui fuit donc pataugeoire sans tapis c’est l’inondation… le spa correct manque bain à remous Bref rien d’exceptionnel si ce n’est bon petit dej et l’espace restauration piscine très jolie À 180€ la nuit il y à mieux !!!!

Yes getting to the property is a mission in itself and getting to the rooms at night could be hairy, but overall we enjoyed the facility and service. Having a car is imperative.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. The rooms are new with comfortable beds, nice rooms. Really enjoyed the stay. The pool area is nice and clean with good space for privacy. The restaurant in the pool area could be better, will not go there for food. The breakfast buffet was very good. However you will be dependent on car to reach the city centre.

Très bon séjour, le personnel est super sympa et serviable. La partie piscine est top, les serveurs sont au petit soin , ambiance agréable et conviviale.

On our first night, shower room water flooded outside the shower room, so we were offered to move to another room. Took us an hour to move our stuff which delayed our dinner. At dinner on our first night (around 9pm), more than half of the tables were vacant. Yet the old waiter of Indian decent remanded for not making reservation, stating that they had served 70 tables but only 10 had made reservations. His official reason that we need to make reservation was because “the kitchen had enough to do”, which makes no sense. It seems they or he does not want more customers! As we left the room late the second morning, we informed the reception to make the room as we passed by on our way to the pool. It was never made up.

Avaliação sincera do Lê Set Hotel Para começar, isso não é um hotel, é um apartamento com serviços de hotelaria. A classificação está incorreta e induz ao erro. Pra quem gosta de esportes é ótimo. O “hotel” não tem uma entrada adequada: o acesso se dá por quadras de tênis e vários corredores até finalmente chegar aos quartos. A limpeza deixa a desejar. O serviço de quarto é ruim. Éramos em 4 pessoas e eles sempre colocavam toalhas pra dois ( issso é, quando colocavam) O quarto é até grande, mas mal distribuído e mal planejado. No banheiro, não há suporte para shampoo nem sabonete, o que é extremamente inconveniente. As fotos no site são enganosas. Mostram a piscina (ok, ela existe) e o interior do quarto (também ok), mas não revelam o acesso confuso e o restante da estrutura simples demais. O café da manhã é fraco, com pouquíssimas opções. Não há alternativas para celíacos nem veganos, o que mostra total falta de preparo para atender públicos com restrições alimentares. Além disso, o local fica a 16 km do centro da cidade, ou seja, longe de tudo. Não há nada por perto que justifique chamá-lo de “bem localizado”.

It’s a beautiful facility, but if you’re not golfing, playing tennis, or going to the spa, it is a little too far from the City Center in Aix en Provence. The hotel does not offer any shuttle to or from the airport or into the city center, so it’s either Uber or Bolt, which can be pricey if you are staying longer than a few days. Christian was amazing. The biggest complaint I had, was not being able to get anyone on the phone. It was a concern especially for safety reasons. Communication was through email and it was not immediate. Sara at the Spa was also amazing. Wish the hours were longer for the Spa, but understand. All of my tours were based out of the City Center, so in hindsight, I don’t think this was a good choice for me as a solo traveler. Also, the restaurant has a limited menu.

Fantastic hotel, perfect for sports lovers. Has a multi sport area that kids can use. Amazing pool chick place. The only minus is that the rooms don’t have a mini refrigerator for cooling of own drinks in summer. And not enough drawers for room number 2 in the family suit

L' hotel è senza dubbio eccellente, dotato di ogni sorta di intrattenimento sportivo, ottima piscina, spa, sauna e molto pulito. Purtroppo abbiamo notato particolari che in un **** stelle dovrebbero essere più monitorati. La colazione non l'abbiamo trovata sicuramente all'altezza della categoria, per due volte abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani. Eravamo in tre e ne trovavamo per due o per uno. Nulla di sconvolgente, ma per un ****c'è da pensarci. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

We stayed in the double bedroom suite, very spacious and clean but there is no proper storage, not a single drawer or cabinet other than at the entry. Small bathroom and the toilet in a separate room with no sink (and far from the bathroom). Not very convenient. The layout of the hotel is pretty strange, as many other guests mentioned. The outdoor pools are great but so so cold. Too bad. The breakfast room is again kind of soulless.. the food was average, good variety. Indoor and spa area very nice. It's great if you play tennis/pickle ball. Overall the place is as many guest described, it has potential to be much better than it is.

the staff made the stay perfect for us. everyone is so friendly and accommodating. we felt right at home. the property is beautiful and surrounded by wineries and farms. we will happily return

Hôtel sympa au calme au milieu d'un golf,le restaurant et son bar directement au bord d'une magnifique piscine joliment arboré, dommage le manque d'explication du fonctionnement du site et pas de mini bar pour rafraîchir les bouteilles d'eau alors que nous sommes dans un site voué au sport. Hôtel à découvrir si vous voulez découvrir le golf et les sports de raquettes en plus d'une superbe salle de fitness

An zwei Tagen hat der Room Service vergessen unser Zimmer sauber zu machen und die Handtücher zu wechseln. Am zweiten Tag hat uns das Personal dann frische Handtücher gebracht.

I honestly don’t understand how anyone rated it less than 5! We had such a wonderful experience—from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Shoutout to Mylann, who greeted us at reception, checked us in, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to our room! Our room, while simple in decor, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and well-furnished. Housekeeping was done daily to an excellent standard, and the linen was changed every day—which we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The facilities were fantastic! We loved the indoor heated pool, hammam, and sauna. Although children are only allowed between 9 and 11 a.m., when I couldn’t get through on the phone to book a spot, the staff were kind enough to let my son stay until 11:30. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym, basketball courts, and tennis courts as well. Breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. So, either other people’s reviews were harsh, or Le [hotel name] has really taken feedback on board—because we had nothing short of an exceptional experience and would happily return again and again!

Grundsätzlich hatten meine Verlobte und ich eine schöne Zeit. Allerdings verliert das Hotel an Punkten, sobald man genauer hinschaut. Pool Personal - meist inkompetent Frühstück - schlecht, nur Tiefkühlgebäck, viel zu wenig & das Geschirr war täglich dreckig Zimmereinrichtung - etwas lieblos Gut waren der Pool an sich, das Gym und die Sport sowie Parkmöglichkeiten.

Flot hotel. Venligt personale. Gode senge. Udseende over funktionalitet i indretning. Ingen mulighed for the på værelset. Eller koldt vand. Kun nespresso maskine. Havde forventet et lidt større udvalg til morgenmaden. Men det der var var rigtigt godt! Klart bedst til ophold som par eller med større børn.

Hôtel récent au bord du golf d’Aix-en-Provence. Chambre spécieuse mais mal faite dans le sens où la deuxième chambre ne comportait pas de fenêtre, mais simplement un hublot en hauteur qui donnait sur le couloir, la poussière des meubles approximatives. Pas de coin bureau pour pouvoir travailler. J’ai demandé s’il y avait un Room Home Service, on m’a indiqué qu’il fallait ajouter 15 € de plus sur le montant total de mon repas si je veux être servi dans la chambre .exorbitant! Un frigo top Case, sans boissons à l’intérieur Un personnel néanmoins très sympathique, le restaurant au bord de la piscine dispose d’un cadre agréable. Les places sont correctes. Très étonnée de devoir réserver pour accéder au spa, étant en voyage d’affaires, je pensais pouvoir y accéder de manière facile comme beaucoup d’autres hôtels de cette gamme. Une mare présente au prix du bâtiment des chambres qui a donné lieu à un festival de moustiques et de crapaud qui ont chanté au moins jusqu’à 2h du matin. La ligne la salle de sport est très très bien équipée, lumineuse et agréable. Les équipements sont récents. Le petit déjeuner, compris dans le prix de la chambre était très bien. Une belle diversité.

The hotel is in a great location to visit the area . The hotel is very clean and facilities are amazing , the staff are really friendly.

L'hotel est agencé bizarrement, faut sortir de l etablissement passer a cote d un terrain de tenis pour arriver a la chambre, la suite n’est pas adaptée aux personnes a mobilite reduites et aux poussettes. La suite est pleins de poussières, la terasse n’est pas nettoye pleins de bestioles et de feuilles. Petit déjeuner moyen le strict minimum.

Le changement de bâtiment est très ennuyeux, il faut aller au SPA habillé se déshabiller arrivé au spa pour se réhabiller une fois finit...pareil pour la piscine extérieur qui est plus loin dans le complexe...le SPA ne dispose pas de cabines de change, donc obligé de se déshabiller devant les autres (sympa si quelqu'un ouvre la pièce avec les gens qui passent dans le couloir), les femmes du SPA n'étaient pas vraiment souriante ni agreable, dans la salle de bain pas de sèche-cheveux, rien pour accrocher les serviettes une fois la douche terminée...une prise était sortie de son logement à côté du lit, et la réception n'est pas vraiment bien indiquée, il a fallu demander pour savoir ou aller....que ce soit l'accès à la piscine qui n'est pas du tout contrôlée, donc accessible à tous, pas très rassurant pour ses affaires, l'accès au petit déjeuner qui n'est pas contrôlée non plus, nous n'aurions pas payé je pense que ça serait passé incognito....le bar de la piscine à éviter, j'ai attendu plus de 15 mins pour pouvoir commander, les serveurs/barmen/barwomen on se demande si ils travaillent ici ou si ils sont là pour décorer, non chalent, pas de sourire, passe devant nous sans même se soucier de ce qu'on veux, et j'étais au bar, je pense qu'ils ne doivent pas faire un bon chiffre d'affaires au niveau boissons...quelques transat qui se battent en duel, des serviettes à disposition, on les a jamais trouvées, le robot nettoyeur dans la piscine en pleine journée avec des enfants à côt

Fomos hospedados num quarto anexo, pequeno, sem apoio para as malas, ar condicionado não funcionava e passamos bastante calor. No primeiro dia só tinha uma toalha de banho. Reclamei e enviaram outra toalha no dia seguinte, após o serviço de quarto, porem voltaram a deixar apenas uma tolha de banho. Café da manhã com poucas opções de frutas, mas aceitável. Pelas indicações fomos com alta expectativa e saímos decepcionados.

Une sympathie particuliere pour Julia qui a rendu ce sejour encore plus agréable. Une mention speciale au jeune homme repsonsable du menage, qui a rendu notre chambre impeccable tous les jours. We had some trouble with the room keys. The restaurant was nice. Basic decoration. Room has only coffee, no tea. No non-news English speaking TV channels

The “suite” was large and clean. Two bedrooms (only 1 had a closet), 1 separate shower room and a separate toilet room; it would have been great if there was a refrigerator though. Large exterior deck.

Tres bon séjour. Hôtel tres confortable, calme et propre. La literie est tres confortable. Tout le nécessaire de toilette est de belle qualité. Le seul bemol est le grincement de la porte de la salle de bain dans notre chambre. Nous avons pu profiter du spa. Le restaurant est tres bien tant pour le repas du soir que pour le super buffet au petit déjeuner. Personnel au petit soins et tres sympathique.

Schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum Sport treiben ( Golf, Tennis usw ). Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück.

Séjour en couple agréable. Dédié aux sportifs et pas trop aux romantiques. Nous avons retenu la suite prestige deux chambres. Nous avons eu celle du rez de chaussée, très spacieuse mais le coin salon n'a pas d'éclairage malgré nos demandes répétées. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur et cela peut être ennuyeux surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. Si vous retenez la même chambre que nous et que vous êtes en couple, demandez les étages supérieurs, vous n'aurez pas la très grande terrasse mais vous aurez une plus jolie vue et, ces chambres étant retenues par des familles, moins d'enfants qui courent au dessus de vos têtes ;-)

Personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins! Par contre, la connexion internet ( Wifi et réseau) est catastrophique !! Il n’y a qu’au bâtiment principal que ça passe bien mais dans les chambres c’est vraiment un gros problème !!!

Très bel hôtel, tout est nickel. Spa avec petite piscine intérieure, hammam, sauna, chaises longues et tisanerie, parfait pour se détendre. Serviette et tongs fournies. Gratuit pour les clients de l’hôtel. Il y’a aussi plusieurs cours de tennis et de padel en plus du golf. L’environnement est calme mais à 15-20 mn du centre d’Aix en Provence. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Dès nôtre arrivée le jeune homme de la réception nous a accueilli avec le sourire et les renseignements dont nous avions besoins. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du sauna avec un bon thé chaud pour nous détendre. Le soir repas au restaurant avec du fait maison tout simplement délicieux. Merci à tous

It is a very nice place Little inconvenients: we can not come from hotel to reception, restaurant, spa, directly. We have to go out and come after. No good. Indoor pool ground has problems, inside pool and outside. But nice place.

When you put the sign on please make the room, even Formule 1 do it.

An absolutly fantastic hotel!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und das Objekt ist neu und hatte kaum Bewertungen. Wir haben spontan gebucht und unsere Buchung hatte sich voll gelohnt, denn es waren schöne Zimmer, ein tolles Frühstück an einer unglaublich schönen und grossen Poolanlage mit Bar..! Jederzeit wieder!

3 notti trascorsi nella pace completa. La struttura è pochi chilometri fuori da Aix, si raggiunge facilmente e da essa è facile muoversi in ogni direzione evitando il traffico della città. Giardini molto curati, camera grande è dotata di ogni comfort. Mancava, a dire il vero, il frigobar ma la reception ci ha detto che in caso ce lo avrebbero procurato. L’hotel è aperto da poco e anche la spa non è completa ma si poteva usufruire di massaggi e altre terapie. Colazione continentale ricchissima, piscina magnifica. Non abbiamo usato i campi da padel e tennis e nemmeno il vicino campo da golf. Se tornassi indietro sceglierei questa struttura senza problemi.

Hotel Le Set is one of very top hotels I have stayed in around the world. Every detail was taken care of by the attentive & very kind staff. The facility is like no other, with every sporting, fitness & healthy activity (including luxurious) right outside the door: my favorite the enormous & beautiful pool area. The outdoor/indoor restaurant serves exceptional breakfast, lunch & dinner (including cocktails & local wines). Bravo & thank you to the entire team for spoiling us and making each day perfect.

Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer in einer neu errichteten Anlage. Ein äußert zuvor kommendes und kompetentes Personal. Nur die leidige und nicht ausschaltbare Lüftung war negativ.

Not easy to find the hotel entrance. No signs pointing to the fact that you have to park and walk ca 100 m up a concrete ramp past a steel staircase which look like a fire exit from the first floor. The rooms are yet again so far away that a buggy takes you to the building. The bar and restaurant are yet again in another place. The tennis courts are closer than the rooms. Tough if it rains. Le Set is a very strange set up in deed.

Excellent newly opened Hotel w. Great facilities. The staff was very helpful and nice. The reception was a bit hard to find since there were no signs. Restaurant and pool area was wonderful. Golf course, tennis and pickle ball available.

My wife & I were honored to be the 1st guests to stay at Le Set. Even though the hotel was still getting set up to accommodate guests (with ongoing construction), the staff were very attentive to our needs. The multiple pools & Piscine Restaurant were amazing. The room was spotlessly clean & quiet with a terrace sporting a beautiful view of the golf course & surrounding forest. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of free parking in the hotel club's parking lot, which was a must for us since we rented a car to enjoy the surrounding areas of Provence. The staff members gave us excellent recommendations for viewing lavender fields in Luberon, the calanques in Cassis, & restaurants in the Aix center (the Aix center is just a 10-12 minute drive away). We enjoyed a tennis lesson with tennis pro coach Martin Vaïsse for a very reasonable price. There are beautiful, brand new pickleball courts onsite that can be booked. This is a dream resort for anyone interested in golf, tennis, pickleball, & spa relaxing, & you can still enjoy all of the lovely surrounding attractions of Provence. Highly recommended.
