Extraordinaire appartement de très bon goût. Tout y est!

Lumineux et vaste, confortable, bonne literie. Bonne communication avant : vidéos explicatives et photos pour tout trouver. Et réponses à nos demandes pendant notre séjour rapides.

Het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen helemaal overtroffen! De ruimtes zijn nog veel ruimer dan op de foto's, dit door de hoge mooie plafonds. Het interieur en de inrichting is prachtig en tot in de details verzorgd. Elke kamer heeft een eigen airco, wat perfect is in een hete zomer! De omgeving is heel mooi en Dinant is met de auto niet ver weg. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden en zeker terugkomen als ik opnieuw in de buurt ben!

Antoine est un hôte parfait. Il nous a proposé de nous faire préparer un apéro (frais supplémentaires) qui était délicieux et nous a permis de connaître des fromages et charcuterie de la région. Belle sélection de vins. Il nous a proposé des activités et s’est informé de notre confort. En plus l’emplacement était parfait, à quelques pas de la Meuse. Merci encore pour l’accueil!

Dit is een prachtig duplex appartement op een prima locatie. De host was heel behulpzaam. Alles tip top in orde.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist mit alten Schätzchen und moderen Elementen eingerichtet. Ein Traum. Zwischen Dinant und Namur gelegen mit Blick von der Terrasse auf die Maas. Profondeville ist ein kleines Dorf mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute Restaurants.

A wonderful view of the Moze River from the terrace. The house is beautiful and spacious. Good communication with the owners. I will definitely return.: )

Tout !!! Hôte parfait ! Aimable, serviable, sérieux, réactif.... Logement très propre, au calme, il ne manquait rien. Nous avons aussi apprécié la visite "virtuelle" Sans aucun doute, si nous revenons dans la région, nous demanderons ce logement Je recommande.

Communication excellent. Location and view excellent. Really comfortable. Handy for bars, restaurants and shops. Even a music festival thrown in.

I'm being picky here. I'm sure the host would've sorted this if I'd asked at the time. We couldn't get the projector to work. Maybe the remote batteries? And there was no other source of entertainment like a radio. But it was fine, we all had our phones.

L'appartement à vraiment un côté très chaleureux et pour 8 personnes c'est très spacieux. Moderne et super bien équipées, ils y a tout ce qu'il faut .. Les chambres sont grandes et le linge sent très bon. Une très belle vue de la terrasse et tout a proximité, boulangerie, restaurants, une belle promenade tout le long du fleuve. Je remercie Antoine et Justine pour l'accueil chaleureux et ils sont au petit soin si vous avez un problème ou autres..

Eigenlijk niets. Voor toekomstige huurders: er is geen lift naar de verdieping.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort. Der Platz war reichlich, die Ausstattung der Küche mehr als ausreichend, es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Überhaupt war die Einrichtung der Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können die Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlen. Deshalb als Bewertung eine glatte zehn!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end au gîte Bröl ! Le lieu est magnifiquement décoré, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. On voit que les propriétaires se sont vraiment creusé la tête pour la décoration : chaque détail est pensé avec goût et soin, c’est absolument magnifique. On ressent pleinement leur générosité et leur envie de bien faire : tout s’est parfaitement passé et rien ne manque. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

De inrichting was prachtig, de bedden waren uitstekend, de keuken was prima uitgerust en er was een toegankelijk en mooi ingericht terras. Er was veel aandacht voor netheid en hygiëne. Mooie omgeving die uitnodigt tot prachtige natuurwandelingen!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Jeder Raum ist liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es ist für alle mehr als genug Stauraum dort gewesen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern und hochwertig. Es gab mehr als ausreichend Gläser und Geschirr sowie eine Spülmaschine. Bei Rückfragen waren die Vermieter super schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Appartement war sauber und hatte ausreichend Platz. Es gibt einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle auf Arbeitshöhe, einen Kühlschrank und einen Weinkühler sowie diverse Küchengeräte. Jeder Raum hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es die Möglichkeit Musik abzuspielen. Das W-Lan hat einwandfrei funktioniert.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön.Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Wir haben hier ein sehr schönes Familienwochenende inklusive Hund verbracht und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und planen wieder zu kommen :)

Location, convenience, decor.

Great rental, lovely design, extremely well equipped and even more than expected, very comfortable for all of us (5 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). Hosts contacted us before and were very welcoming. They sent intro videos so we knew exactly where to find everything. They were available by phone/text as needed and even checked in with us to ensure all was going well. Location is good, nice walk on the river and some restaurants/shops can be in walking distance depending on peoples mobility.

No negatives, just some small recommendations. Such a large common space could use a bigger comfier couch, though the one there is very nice. Labels on the garbage/recycling/compost would be good as we were a little lost.

the place is amazing, lots of room and the kitchen is very well prepared. Antoine even gave us lots of introductionary videos so we could find everyhing, and was quick to respond when needed. Overall we had a lovely stay in this calm town.

We were with 8 people and unfortunately the table was damaged so we couldn't extend it. There were two seats at the counter in the kitchen so we made do with that :)

The spaces are all beautiful! Fun, Art Deco, Mid century Modern Decor with nods to Bauhaus. Kitchen open and well equipped. Excellent Espresso machine. Wine cooler, oven, microwave and fridge make a longer stay convenient.View of Meuse from the Balcony is a nice plus. 4 delightful bedrooms. Bluetooth speakers, projector and record player are relaxing additions. My kids enjoyed the lofted “tree house” bedroom with bath on the 3rd level but it would make a great 2nd master also. Easy Access to Namur, Veves Castle, Dinant, Leffe, even Chimey Orval and Rockfort are about an hour each if your doing a Trappist Beer Tour as we were:) every thing Excellent! Highly recommended
