Group Entertaining with Spa | Games Room

Had an awesome stay overall. The place was warm, spacious, and had heaps of room to relax. The spa was great, and the outdoor BBQ/fire area with the TV was a real highlight — perfect setup for chilling out at night. The mancave was also a cool bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Really appreciated the complimentary drinks and treats as well, which was a nice touch from the hosts.

Only small downsides for me personally were the ensuite water pressure being a bit low and the bed being slightly too firm for my liking, but that comes down to personal preference. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The Little things, was definitely the best home away from home we have stayed in. You couldn't want for anything more. House was spacious, kitchen was well equipped for large families, the basic starters are provided, also the basket of snacks were loved by all and the fridge stocked with waters and a variety of soft drinks. The man cave was a great room for everyone to relax and unwind after a big day out!

Truly a 10/10 property. Every detail is thought of, and the hosts are incredible - very communicative The address has everything you need and is equipped to a high standard. The multiple living spaces also mean you don’t feel cramped - we travelled with 8 people and were very comfortable

Fantastic facilities! Something for everyone - Mancave, Xbox, retro arcade game, massage chair, relaxing spa, fireplace, ample outdoor/indoor entertainment areas, big cinema room, trampoline, board games, beautiful kitchen appliances and utilities and best of all complimentary snacks and drinks fridge! All of our guest were extremely impressed! This place went above and beyond exceeding our expectations! Hosts were lovely and you could tell they care about your stay experience - thank you!

We didn’t like that we had to leave

Very spacious, modern and clean property in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 walk to the nearby cafe, pub, supermarket and other eateries/shops. We were 3 adults and 1 older child and there was plenty of space for everyone. The complimentary drinks and snacks was a very welcomed bonus! The games room went down a treat with everyone, especially the 11 year old. It was very cold in Christchurch when we stayed, so it was very much appreciated turning up to check into the house and all the heat pumps were already on. The house is very warm, with a few heat pumps scattered throughout as well as ceiling ventilation to distribute the heat. Overall a very, very good place to stay and we will definitely rebook if ever back down there.

We were all set for a BBQ, but the utensils and grill were a mess! Guess the person/‘s before us forgot to clean up.

We loved staying at this accomodation, it was just the perfect place for our whānau to hangout and relax. Close to Christchurch and the kids loved the games room.

Honestly there wasn’t anything we didn’t like but there was an issue with the spa which meant we could only use it for one day of our stay. It was still a great stay

An exceptional luxury stay in Christchurch. The house was beautifully designed with spacious living areas, modern kitchen, outdoor entertaining spaces, and a private spa pool. A perfect blend of comfort, style, and thoughtful extras. Highly recommend for a relaxing, high end getaway.

Property had great facilities. The kitchen was well kitted out which was great for our groups cooking endeavours. The outside BBQ and deck area was a great spot to relax and fire kept us warm until we retired to the man cave. Was perfect for a small group of friends catching up.

I don’t think we mastered the electronic controls but the switches still worked fine. Nothing comes to mind that anyone in the group said was a problem.

Unbelievable family home with so much for everyone. Close to the city but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. Children and adults alike loved our stay here. Many a space invader competition was had in the ‘Man cave’ , with grandparents and grandkids enjoying the fun. Haha! Outdoor area is epic, we enjoyed a big cook up on the BBQ and a lovely family meal in front of the outdoor fireplace. The options are endless. The home is beautiful and had us dreaming of living here. Highly recommend this accomodation!!

A very beautiful house — the owner has thoughtfully considered the needs of the occupants. The bed in the master bedroom is incredibly comfortable, and the location is also very convenient.

Beautiful large property with all the amenities covered. Great kitted out kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. The spa was a real treat as well as the thoughtful complimentary drinks and snacks.

A very clean and tidy home with great attention to detail and many little extras. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here at the end of a 3 week tour with overseas guests.

We were 2 small families (6 pax) travelling together and found this house so amply spaced for our needs with pockets of space for everyone. Very, very clean and family-friendly. Facilities in this lovely house was exceptional - will not give anything away other than the fact that the man cave was one of the key highlights! Kitchen was very well-stocked and the kids LOVED the XBOX and the barbecue grill and the facilities in the patio were all really good. Distance to everywhere in Christchurch was good- all about 10-15 mins.

Absolutely nothing except that a car is quite essential if you want to access different places in Christchurch in a few short days.
