Reviewed Aug 8, 2026el apartamento está genial, muy limpio y miy bien situado. Está en el barrio de Södermslm en una zona semipeatonal y muy bien conectada tanto por metro como con autobus al centro. Sin duda repetiría.

De lift was erg krap en je moest een trapje op om er te komen. Dat was echt lastig met een kinderwagen. De douche was nogal krap maar verder wel goed.

It wasn't clear from the description that the laundry was shared with other units. It wasn't very busy, so it wasn't a deal breaker.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Jesper fue un anfitrión atento y comunicativo. Llegamos pronto a la ciudad y pudimos entrar antes de la hora de check-in, lo que agradecemos mucho. El apartamento es perfecto. Se accede fácilmente, de forma independiente, con una aplicación. Está muy bien ubicado y comunicado, tiene vida de barrio y todos los servicios que se precisan (ICA y Lidl, Systembolaget, cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas...). Muy cerca de Nytorget y la parte peatonal de Götgatan. Cocina con productos de limpieza, sal, azúcar, aceite, cápsulas de café... y un detalle de bienvenida (gracias!). No es barato (en Estocolmo nada lo es), pero volvería sin dudar a este mismo alojamiento.
