Reviewed May 26, 2026It’s a place for a couple to sleep is that’s all you need. The bedding was clean.
The pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. The second bed is a sofa bed that pulls out. But it’s filthy dirty and there’s a hard bar that runs down the middle. So anyone who sleeps on it can’t sleep in the middle. They have to sleep on the left or the right of the bar. The office chair is also very dirty and the divider that separates the living area from the sleeping area is completely broken and is a hazard. There wasn’t blow dryer. When I asked the host he said he’d have one delivered. We stayed for three nights and it never arrived. The apartment is up on a hill and a good 40 minute walk to the metro.

Все інше, а саме дуже брудна і поламана квартира, на кухні зламані вилки, відсутність бокалів, пательні, холодильник нам заморозив всі овочі і рідини, немає кухонного столу, їли стоячи і т.п. Ми виїхали з апартаментів на середині нашого перебування, тому що терпіти таки умови не можливо.

No funcionaban ni tomas de electricidad ni algunas luces , solo funcionaban las tomas de la cocina , la noche que me quedé empezó a llover y se inundó todo el apartamento cuando desperté me tocó secar con respeto porque había fijtraciones de agua

El único detalle a mejorar es q cuando llueve en la mañana te despierta el ruido de la lluvia contra el borde de la ventana . Se podría poner un techo sobre la ventana o algo para q no hará ruido . A su vez justo cuando estábamos, arreglaban la calle y se escuchaba todo. Tal vez en el futuro podrían Poner ventanas anti ruido

Bed mattresses need to be replaced a long time ago. Pillows were very bad. Shower towels very old and some extra towels should be provided dor long stays. Cleaning could be improved. Nice apartment but need a better management.

Que ofrecen en la plataforma un servicio para tres personas y solo hay una cama, el sofá cama que disponen como cama no es apto para descansar se sienten toda la estructura de .madera lo que hace imposible poder dormir y descansar

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025La ubicación es perfecta, puedes tomar el bus verde al frente del edificio y te lleva a la estación del metro y de regreso igual, tiene parqueadero, la vista desde el apto es muy linda, es cerca de Provenza y el tesoro y el gym.
La nevera hay que hacerle mantenimiento, se le activa un sonido de vez en cuando y se puede sentir más en las noches.
