Landgut DIE AUSZEIT - Erholung am Berg 1300m

Das Apartement ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist großartig und die Vermieter sind absolut herzlich. Was will man mehr? Wir waren leider nur zur Durchreise hier und hatten nur eine kurze Zeit verbracht, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das in den Kommentaren nicht vorhandene WiFi ist in dieser schönen Location zum Zwecke der Auszeit und Ruhe wirklich nicht notwendig. Es gibt genug zu sehen und zu erleben.

Tolle Aussicht, angenehme Stille in mitten der Natur, Parkplätze gleich neben dem Haus, gemütliche Betten und nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung war ziemlich neu.

Katrien is een super vriendelijke eigenaresse, is heel sociaal, antwoord heel snel via Whatsapp. Locatie is geweldig rustgevend omgeven door de bergen. Wakkerworden, balkonnetje openen en op het terras in het zonnetje kijkend naar de mooie bergen❤️

Eigenlijk niets.

Krásné místo. Byt velmi prostorný a dobře vybavený. Nic nám nechybělo. Velmi prostorná koupelna. Děti ocenily hračky. Majitelé nabídli i vlastní med a pod. Oceňuji to ticho. Jen se připravte na pěkně klikatou a delší cestu k ubytování.

Unser Aufenthalt im Landgut Die Auszeit war von Anfang bis Ende einfach wunderbar. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und richtig gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl! ​Ein absolutes Highlight ist der fantastische Ausblick – perfekt, um einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Natur zu genießen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. ​Wir kommen garantiert wieder und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche mit Kochinsel. Der separate Eingang sorgte für viel Privatsphäre. Der wunderschöne Blick auf die Berge war einfach traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Ausflugsziele und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube überhaupt. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

We arrived at night and didn't see anything outside at first, but after waking up in the morning we were surprised with a great view from the apartment. Very friendly Host (thanks a lot!) :) Apartment has just all you need, nothing to add. Recommend to visit!

Это прекрасное живописное место! Дорога до апартаментов, конечно, не для слабых духом, но однозначно стоит того, чтобы посетить это место. Апартаменты отличные, чисто, уютно, комфортно. Очень отзывчивая и милая хозяйка, прислала в Ватсап точные инструкции как проехать, с фото. Место для парковки машины у апартаментов достаточно. Виды и природа, которые вас тут ждут - завораживают. Вифи кажется не было, но нам и не было нужно.

Alles hat uns gefallen.. Die SEHR ruhige Lage.. die Ausstattung. Die Auffahrt ist nicht für jedermann. Uns hat sie mehr als beeindruckt. Sehr Nette Gastgeber und tolle Gegend.

Den einen oder anderen wird das WLAN fehlen.. aber hey. Genau deswegen sucht man sich diese Unterkunft aus.

Geen wifi maar dat was al bekend bij boeking. De laatste 3 kilometers gaan over smal, bochtig weggetje…

Wenn ich könnte würde ich mindestens 30 Sterne vergeben! Diese Unterkunft und alles drum herum ist unglaublich schön! Es fehlt einem an absolut gar nichts! Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wollten teilweise das Grundstück und die Wohnung gar nicht verlassen. Einfach auf dem Balkon oder im Garten sitzen und die wundervolle Aussicht und Ruhr genießen. Katrin und Daniel sind die tollsten Gastgeber welche wir je kennengelernt haben. Diese Zeit wird uns immer in wunderschöner Erinnerung bleiben und wir werden wieder und wieder und wieder kommen! Wer Ruhe, Traumhafte Aussicht, eine moderne, gemütliche, vollausgestattete Wohnung, leckere Eier von eigenen Hühnern (wenn verfügbar) und top herzliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeber möchte, kommt genau hier hin! Beautifully decorated and modern, very well equipped (the kitchen has more than you will ever need which is usually not the case for other apartments i have been to), the place was also very warm and clean, super close to the katschberg ski resort. The hosts respond within minutes, super friendly and easy to talk to, always ready to help.

The climb uphill to the location can be a bit tricky if you don't have a good car or if it is snowy, but we had no issues and it is easy to find.

Brīnišķīgi! Mums patika pilnīgi viss. Ļoti ērti apartamenti četru cilvēku ģimenei. Liela, ērta vannasistaba. Ir iespēja gatavot maltītes. Ja vēlaties restartu un brīnišķīgu atpūtu pilnīgā mierā un klusumā, baudot brīnišķīgas Alpu ainavas, tad šeit tas viss gaida jūs! Saimniece ļoti atsaucīga un pozitīva, piedāvāja iespēju ierasties agrāk un izbraukt vēlāk, sniedza visu nepieciešamo informāciju.

Prekrasan smještaj sa sjajnim pogledom, potpuni mir.. dobro opremljen, čist, velik. Komunikacija sa domacinom odlicna. Prezadovoljni!

Getting there was a bit tricky. The location is wonderful, surrounded by nature and tranquility. I recommend just coming here to relax and enjoy nature. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. I recommend it.

Die Lage und Ruhe in oberkremsberg ist traumhaft schön die Aussicht phänomenal und die Wanderwege sind sehr schön ausgebaut ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Familie vom Landgut die Auszeit

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und unsere Vermieterin war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

The location of the house is lovely, but very isolated so wherever you want to go, you need to use a car and drive on a steep and narrow street.

The most memorable thing about this place is the hostess - a girl radiating hospitality and friendliness, very welcoming and ready to help with any questions! A charming person! The house itself is located in a very quiet place, surrounded by mountains, with gorgeous views from all sides - from the balcony, from the bedroom window, from the living room window - you will be surrounded by beauty from all sides, no doubt! The apartments themselves are large, well-suited for those planning to stay for more than one night, as I did. The apartment has everything necessary for living, except for groceries - it's advisable to bring them with you, as there are few shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment is very quiet, clean, furnished with love and attention to detail - nothing will prevent you from having a good rest! Although the hostess kindly shared a coffee capsule with me for the morning, an excellent opportunity to improve the impression of the apartment would be to provide tea and coffee by default available for guests - it costs pennies, but says a lot and greatly affects the impression. The overall impression is very good, and I definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

I visited this place in early November, and there was already frost outside at night. The only drawback of this place for me was that it wasn't very warm. I mentioned this issue during check-in, and I was told that the apartment would warm up, but it didn't happen. The temperature was around 20-21 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for me. Perhaps this could have been easily fixed, but I checked in in the evening and decided not to bother the hostess, as it was warm enough under two blankets in the comfortable bed.

Narrow roads on the mountain require driving skills in the evening or by bad weather conditions. A microwave oven would be useful in the kitchen.
