Walls are a bit thin and while the room has a mini fridge and an electric jug, there's no tap - you have to walk to the bathroom to fill it.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The location was great but the room was so small but advertised as a Queen Room.I booked the room because it said it was a Queen, well it was not a Queen room, it was small but made up to imitate what a Queen room could look like. It had a double bed and a single bed. It would probably be better if the single bed was taken out - it would give it a bit more room as the room was definitely small and congested. It definitely is not worth the $228 that was paid for it for one night. It probably would be worth $86. The shower was small and the door was a spring plastic door that flies out when it is unlatched.
I liked meeting the people in the dining room in the morning. It was lovely to talk to strangers that were friendly.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Staff all very friendly and helpful and explained the facilities really well. I thought the facilities were well kept and very clean. I loved that you could either make a coffee in your room or enjoy the communal feel.
The people next door had kids who at times were a little loud and banged on the walls. However, I am a mum, and although they didn't really annoy me, they may have annoyed others.

We were under the assumption we had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. We had two rooms, one had a bathroom and one did not. There was a connecting door. This is NOT a two bedroom apartment. Completely unacceptable.

Only one very small detail. The light from the heat pump unit is very bright and I could not change to night mode but I slept well anyway so not really a negative.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Appreciated the breakfast room, light and spacious plenty of room and nice to have a view. With the lift which was quick, I wouldn’t been able to stay here only managed the stairs once with difficult. The bed and linen was clean and comfortable and the shower hot and strong.
Personally would have liked more windows and the noise from the corridor was audible.

Have stayed on many occasions before but sadly this time we found facilities like showers and bathrooms not very clean. Used to have good supply of towels and breakfast items.. now clear it monitored for levels and cleanliness. Beds feel due for replacement, however, bed linen was crisp/clean. Friendly staff but maybe not enough of them to keep standards up??

We booked two rooms. One of the rooms remote wasn't working and as we arrived late we were unable to get it sorted by reception. That room also could have benefited from a fresh bed cover on one of the beds. The shared bathroom arrangement may not suit some.
