Excellent location, within easy walking distance of the city centre and the main sights. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and very easy to check into. It felt fully up to Western standards and had everything we needed. The beautiful view over the river was a big bonus, and we also appreciated having tea and sugar available in the kitchen.

The view and location were perfect. And the host was very welcoming and he picked us up at the airport. He also gave suggestions for restaurants. Very nice man.

If you are looking for a spacious and clean accomodation in Kuching in the perfect location, don‘t hesitate. The host was super friendly and helpful and even met us during check in. They checked in between if eveything was ok and it was much more than ok. You can‘t beat the view from the balcony to the river and it is so beautiful at night. The apartement had two big bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of space in the living room. Even cold drinks and tea and coffee were provided for our stay, which was a kind gesture. We were very happy with our choice! Thanks so much for everything.

Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich empfangen und im Zimmer auch Süßigkeiten 🍫 und Getränke 🥤 für uns vorbereitet! Zwischendurch bekamen wir 🍌 Bananen aus seinem Garten und Mandarinen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt! Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, denn man befindet sich direkt am Ende der Waterfront und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Darul Hana Brücke und das Regierungsgebäude ist sensationell. ( besonders abends mit Beleuchtung). Ich empfehle diesen Gastgeber!

Für Europäer, die ja nicht nur mit Löffel und Gabel essen, sollten mehr Besteckmesser vorhanden sein.

Das Sehr nettes hilfsbereite Personal und die sehr schöne Aussicht.

Ich kam in der Nacht nach einer 24 stündigen Anreise an und habe nicht damit gerechnet dass ich das Appartmen im Voraus und bar bezahlen muss. Zuerst musste ich einen Bankomat suchen, die Restaurants hatten mittlerweile schon zugesperrt. Das Essen welches ich dann Take away noch in letzter Minute kaufte, konnte ich nicht aufwärmen da die Küche zwar über einen Dunstabzug aber keinen Herd oder Mikrowelle verfügte. Ich buche gerne über Booking.com damit ich eben nicht immer viel Bargeld bei mir tragen muss.

Very good location with great views of the river. You have the whole apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The spacious living room and many beds make it ideal for families visiting. I was on business and my partner and I got a room each and can have meetings in the living room. Aircon was also working well.

The TV was too old.

Aprtament ampli amb molt bona ubicació. Fàcil check in i bona comunicació amb l'anfitrió. Molts detalls...hem estat molt bé i les vistes al rius espectaculars!

Ens ha agradat tot però si haguès dir alguna cosa, comentar que l'edifici i l'apartament no són nous i potser necessitarien algun mateniment però es compensa amb tots els altres punts que té a favor.

Het appartement is ruim en ligt op een goede locatie. Het uitzicht is prachtig!

Het appartment is slecht onderhouden. Veel spullen zijn kapot en aan vervanging toe, handdoeken hebben vlekken en de spullen lijken al erg oud. Er staat een bakje met vieze, oude sponsjes. Er hangt een muffe geur die helaas niet wordt verdoezeld door alle luchtverfrissers. Wij waren hier erg verbaasd over na alle positieve reviews over het appartment. Het zwembad wordt 1x per week schoongemaakt en wordt in de loop van de week erg vies. Er hangen briefjes in het complex dat homestay niet is toegestaan.

L'appartement est propre et comfortable Assez bien équipé L'emplacement long de la rivière est exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse La piscine est un plus surtout qu elle n'est pas trop fréquentée L'arrêt de bus pour Bako juste à côté est aussi très pratique Avec le petit market ouvert 24h/24 en bas de la résidence ça facilite aussi beaucoup Tout se trouvait tout près : restaurant, quartier chinois, promenade le long de la rivière,le ferry pour la rivière.. .

L'odeur dans la salle de bain mais si on laisse la ventilation tourner non stop, l'odeur disparaît. Le dernier jour on est tombé sur un cafard

Strategic location, the apartment was clean and tidy, the view from the balcony was superb and the host was very helpful and quick respond. Easy and flexible check in even if you were delayed due to flight rescheduled.

It is even better if the host provide water spray in the outside toilet instead of using a pail of water and the water pressure was quite low. I noticed the bedroom door knob also need to replace.

Everything was exceptionally good.

Spacious apartment centrally located

Shower areas need deep cleaning. The microwave had not been cleaned and had food remains - there was no toaster or knives. Parts of the building need updating although we didn’t use the pool the surrounding area needs renovation. There were signs everywhere saying homestay was not allowed and although the host messaged to say ignore this - it was off putting

Near the sarawak river, easy to go shopping, near to the floating mosque and easy check in/out

Swimming pool was under maintenance when I were there, gym got few faulty equipment, and toilet bowl got no water hose.

Water heater took some figuring out. Maybe some instructions at the common toilet would be good.
