The code of digital lock is too complcated. Sometimes 6 digits some 7 digits. There is a bolt upper the lock. The owner didn't mention that in the instruction. It makes me doubt if the lock is opened or not for a while. The TV cabinet door was broken I believe the owner will fix it easily.

1. No keys or access card were found in the mailbox after 3:30 pm. We waited 10 minutes for the cleaner to deliver the keys. 2. Three out of six towels had many stains. We requested replacements but received no response. 3. One of the toilets did not have toilet paper. It was only provided after we gave feedback. 4. The toilet seat was not in good condition. 5. The parking instruction was confused and difficult to find the parking lot number due to lack of signage

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025The apartment was clean. Have extra mattress. The location is nerby a shop lot and easy to find some food. It have a big swimming pool and spa also.
It's takes some times to enter passing the guard house. And It is hard to search for the parking lot because of the apartment didn't provide a parking signage on the parking pole. You have to check your parking number on the parking lot itself.

Contacted owner several times but is unresponsive, living room aircon leaking and noisy, broken toilet seat, iron and board not available (as advertised), couldnt sleep well because curtain does not block sunlight and bed pillows and bolster are very hard!

When i informed the host about 3 issues (toilet not flushed; floor not cleaned; 3 small cushions got stained), the host was not responsive. The host asked me to pay RM200 as Security Deposit before checking in which i cannot remembered whether it was mentioned in Booking.com website

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025I had a fantastic stay at Admiral Residence Melaka! The apartment is spacious, clean, and feels almost brand new. The owner was an amazing host—very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions on how to collect the keys and get to the apartment. There are three large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even two extra futon beds, with spare blankets neatly stored in the cabinet. The place is modern, stylish, and incredibly affordable for what you get! If you’re driving, the town area is just a short distance away. Otherwise, you can easily book a Grab to Jonker Street—it only costs around 8 ringgit! The apartment also comes with a swimming pool, perfect for kids, and a parking spot is included, which is super convenient. Honestly, it’s a great deal, and I highly recommend it. You’ll love this place!
