Reviewed Jul 6, 2026We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The estate is absolutely stunning, with so much character, and our room was cozy, comfortable, and always at the perfect temperature. Alice was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the fresh eggs from the hens on the estate were some of the best we’ve had. As a thoughtful extra, she even prepared food, fruit, and drinks for us to take on our day at the race circuit, which was such a kind gesture and greatly appreciated. Everything about our stay felt warm, relaxing, and genuinely hospitable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Wir wurden nach einer langen Fahrradtour [ 80 km ]sehr herzlich begrüßt. Uns wurde ein leckeres Abendessen bereitet und wir konnten den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen solange wir wollten. Das Frühstück war phänomenal und reichlich. Selten so nette Gastgeber gehabt. Unsere E-Bikes waren gut untergebracht. 👍

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Bij aankomst zijn we van harte welkom geheten en heeft de gastvrouw ons uitgebreid geholpen met meedenken over ons programma voor de volgende dagen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en omdat we naar Schiermonnikoog gingen werden we gepushed om nog een heerlijk lunchpakket met fruit en brood mee te nemen. Echt een leuke ervaring gehad en aan alles was gedacht!
Over het algemeen was alles goed, enige puntje wat we zagen was een spinnenweb. Maar dat is in de weilanden ook moeilijk te voorkomen

Ik heb tijdens een bak koffie goed kunnen praten met Alice en de volgende dag een rondleiding over het terrein gehad van haar man. Ze hebben prachtige paarden, kippen en een lieve hond. ✨ De accomodatie is heel geluids- en lichtdicht (als je alles dicht doet), waardoor je erg goed slaapt. Sochtends kan je de gordijnen open gooien en genieten van een prachtig uitzicht over het platteland. En de kers op de taart? Een enorm lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt! Zelfs met verschillende verse eieren. 🥚

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025Een fantastische B&B op een top locatie midden tussen de weilanden. Heerlijk rustig. Alice en Harry zijn super gastvrij, lief en zorgzaam. Ze tonen echt persoonlijke interesse en nemen de tijd voor een gesprek TOP. De kamer is heerlijk en schoon met een heel goed bed.Er is een koelkast gevuld met drinken. Alles was aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. Het ontbijt is echt geweldig er ontbreekt werkelijk niets aan en ik kon ook een lunch maken om mee te nemen voor mijn dagje richting Waddenzee. Alice geeft goede tips voor een dag uit. Ik kom zeker terug!!
