Fabulous spacious property. All bedrooms en suite and beautifully decorated . Great spacious living room and dining area. Wonderful sea views and easy access to coastal path to walk to beach and town centre.

The kitchen was of poor quality, cramped and almost impossible to work in - it is really very far from the standard of the rest of the property. Unsurprisingly there are no photos on the website. The outside deck is unusable. One of the bedrooms is accessed externally - no mention of this in the description. Communication about access was only provided the night before arrival and did not include keybox access code

This is a beautifully appointed large house, situated a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Portstewart. Suitable The for large groups or several families. Accommodation is excellent with 5 large double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. There is a large sofa bed in the snug area. There are expansive social spaces and absolutely breathtaking seaviews. There is ample car parking (4 cars) at the house. A fully functional kitchen and several eating spaces to please our whole party. We were a party of 11 adults and never felt cramped or on top of each other. There is a small harbour 5 minutes from the house and beautiful costal walks. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and range style cooker. Travel cot and highchair available. Towels and bed linen supplied. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery. The host is excellent and very responsive to questions and queries.

Excellent property in an excellent location. We just loved our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Stephen’s property. It was large enough to accommodate all 10 of us and had everything we needed. It was so comfortable and warm, and large enough that we never felt claustrophobic. Each room had an en suite too. It’s in an amazing location- the walk into town is by the coast that wraps around an old castle, and there is also a lovely coffee shop just down the road from the house. There is much to do and explore in the surrounding areas too.

Brilliant location with easy access to the strand and Portstewart shops and restaurants. Scale of property and facilities are excellent for large families, or two families sharing, with lots of room for different ages to have their own spaces of an evening, but be together when wanted as well. Well appointed house and every room being en-suite makes shower time for large groups much easier.
