Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Franchement, parfait sur tous les points ! L'appartement est d'une propreté incroyable, hyper calme et super confortable. La clim marche super bien et la piscine est top. Gros coup de cœur pour l'hôte : d'une gentillesse rare, très respectueux et toujours disponible dès qu'on avait besoin de quelque chose, mon mari et moi. C'est sûr et certain qu'on repassera par lui directement la prochaine fois qu'on vient à Marrakech !

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Excellent séjour ! Le gérant est vraiment hyper serviable, sympathique et toujours disponible. L’appartement est très propre, confortable et encore plus beau que sur les photos. Il y a toutes les commodités à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Un grand merci également à Yassine pour ses conseils, sa disponibilité et son accompagnement lors de mon incident avec la voiture. Gros respect pour son aide et sa gentillesse ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande vivement cet appartement à mes amis et à mes proches.
Le seul petit point négatif pendant mon séjour était la présence de travaux à proximité, qui ont malheureusement coïncidé avec mon séjour. Mais cela reste compréhensible, car ces travaux sont actuellement nombreux au Maroc dans le cadre des préparatifs pour la Coupe du Monde. Cela n’a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026L’expérience dans cet appartement était horrible, je ne conseille personne. J’ai réservé 3 nuits mais je n’ai passé aucune nuit dans cet appartement car je ne supportais pas l’odeur de fumée et cigarette infecte qui empestait l’appartement malgré le fait qu’il est marqué NON FUMEUR sur booking. Je suis venue avec ma famille et on a pas pu rester à cause de l’odeur, le propriétaire a proposé de refaire le ménage mais ça n’a rien changé. le propriétaire a aussi refusé de nous faire l’annulation sans frais malgré qu’on a passé aucune nuit dans l’appartement, on lui a proposé de payer la première nuit mais il a également refusé. Il n’a pas aidé alors qu’il aurait pu et on a payé cet appartement pour rien. Je ne conseille personne. On a dû chercher et repayer un autre logement en urgence le jour même après une longue journée de voyage.
L’odeur infecte de cigarette et de fumée malgré le fait qu’il est marqué NON FUMEUR

To much dust because of the Constructions around the the flat and the elevator is between the floors, I would not booked if knew that elevator is in between the floors. Is absolutely not suitable for the disabled and those with mobility issues

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Youness is a nice guy. Partly living in France. Last year we stayed here as well. The apartment is modern and very clean. Modern and not outdated as many other apartments are. Youness responds immediately on apps (if not in the gym hihihi). We will be back again Youness!
We always have a car with us. Without car it is little bit out of the way. Indrive app can help you though. There are 2 minimarkets near for basic stuff. At this moment the shared pool is renovated and can not be used. That is the reason the price is lower at the moment of writing. The apartment is outstanding. No comment on that.

In zona tranquilla e molto ben sorvegliata. 3 piano con ascensore Parcheggio in garage o sulla strada. Mini market a due passi. Fatto una notte sola. A 10 minuti dalla Mall e dal aeroporto. Comodo il fatto di usufruire del servizio Glovo .. host reattivo e a disposizione. Piscina ( che a causa di un cantiere non era in funzione)
Al momento attorno all appartamento c’è un enorme cantiere. Se pensate di non viverlo a pieno ma siete fuori tutto il giorno non è un problema. I lavori iniziano alle 8:30 😬

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Appartement très bien aménagé, bien équipé, très propre, bien décoré dans une résidence récente. Idéal pour les familles avec deux chambres, une parentale et une autre avec deux ́lits. Bon acceuil du propriétaire.
Il est indiqué 5 mn de la gare mais c'est en voiture, il faut le savoir et il faut compter 20 a 25 mn a pied et avec des valises, il faut un taxi. C'était l'un de mes critères de choix d'etre proche de la gare.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The location is great. Not far from shops and restaurants. I had my own transportation so it was easy for me to get around. The host was attentive to my needs, each day I was there.
The pool is not useable at this time due to on-going construction. This did not bother me at all. There are new apartment complexes under construction and I was awaken at 0800 by all the sounds applicable to construction (pounding, drills, loud voices, etc.). The construction work occurred on Sunday also, which surprised me but the host has no control over the construction schedule.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025Across the street was a small store. There was Netflix. Amazing apartment with everything you could ask for. And the owner helped us find another apartment when his were booked and we needed more nights.
No taxis near by. No restaurants near by. Lots of construction surrounding the apartment.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Hôte et service impeccable, communication aisée et amicale. Youness s'est montré disponible et serviable, merci à lui ! L'endroit était propre et correspondait à nos attentes, avec un bon équipement et le nécessaire de bain (savon, draps).
L'appartement est dans une zone excentrée en chantier (construction d'immeubles à côté et aux alentours), relativement bruyante dès le matin. Travaux prévus à l'approche de la coupe du monde, jusqu'à 2030. Difficile de pouvoir profiter de la piscine calmement pour le moment. La localisation était un peu plus excentrée que prévue, il faut compter 40 minutes du centre à pieds, 15 à 20 minutes en taxi (5€ la course), 30 minutes en bus (<1€). L'aéroport est accessible en taxi, tarif un peu élevé de 15€.

L'appartement est neuf et se trouve dans un quartier en construction donc on ne peut pas profiter de la piscine car les ouvriers peuvent nous voir, ou à cause de la poussière. Le bruit des travaux est dérangeant le matin à 8h.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Super appartement et encore plus magnifique et grand en vrai par rapport aux photos! 😍 On a réservé dernière minute une nuit à Marrakech avant notre retour au Canada. Notre hôte Youness a réussie à nous trouver un transport pour l’aéroport à 5h AM! Il nous a tellement aidé et la communication était extra! Bref, on était une famille de 5 et on recommande grandement à tous ce logement! On y serait resté plus longtemps! ;)

L’hôte a mis plus d’une heure à nous répondre, après de nombreux appels et message car son téléphone était éteint. Il était tard nous avons cherché un autre logement entre temps en lui demandant d’annuler la réservation sans frais, ce qu’il a refusé. Absolument pas commerçant et de mauvaise foi.
L’accueil inexistant et le côté arnaqueur.

Inoltre, la pulizia era impeccabile, il che ha reso l'ambiente ancora più accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un luogo dove sentirsi a casa.

Reviewed May 10, 2025Beautifully decorated, quite spacious and clean apartment. 15-20 min drive from Medina depending on traffic.
The whole place around the building is a construction site, they’re building several new buildings all around the neighbourhood, so there was loud drilling, banging, metal sawing, heavy object-dropping noise all day and we had to just go to the city to escape it. In the night it was quiet and good. But they started again at 7 am on Saturday morning..

The apartment is as it seems in the pictures, you will get exactly what you see in the booking.com, no fake pictures. Youness was really helpful and understanding. Although we had some problems during our journey and postponed the check in 2 times, he was there for us at 00:30. Definitely recommended.
Location. A little bit far from the city center but wasn't a big issue for us with car.

The apartment is located a bit outside and in an area where there’s very little going on. You need to call a taxi to reach the popular areas in Marrakesh.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025The apartment is very modern, beautiful, spacious, and well-decorated. The shower with the glass door is great so that the water won't splash all over. The kitchen is big with a washer machine & dryer. Unfortunately we stayed there only one night and couldn't enjoy all the facilities. The host is generous and asked her mom to pick us up to the apartment. Greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend this apartment !
I would like to suggest the host to consider to put a key box with password outside so that even though we forget something inside, we still have a chance to get it. That is our fault without doing the final check & left the phone inside. The host is very nice to arrange our friend to pick it up for us.

Very reachable location and near by the best places . The apartment was same as it’s shown in pictures. Linen , supplies , products etc was superb , clean and comfortable. Reviewed Nov 24, 2024This was my second stay and my second review. Check out my first review for more details. Once again the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The apartment is very close to the train station, not too far from the airport and quite close to the Nouvelle Ville and Gueliz areas of Marrakech. If you are going to spend most of your time in the medinas then it is a bit far, but may be well worth the going back and forth.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024Huge beautiful new apartment. Everything was sparkling clean. Very large living area, good size bedroom (2) with comfortable bed, modern bath with great shower, large kitchen with all the appliances including washer. Very attentive host. Very good value.
Apartment is located about 2 miles northwest the train station so not close to tourist sights. Need to get a taxi or ride share to go into town and the medina. Also, it is in a large residential development where significant construction (and noise) is ever present during the daytime.
