Precios departamento completamente equipado y muy acogedor y grato estar. Buenas habitaciones, dos baños completos. Buen estacionamiento. No tan cerca del centro pero igualmente bien ubicado. Tranquilo para dormir. Nos encantó.

There's no view as the apartment is below street level.

Terrible administration; the administrator/supervisor does not care about service at all. Sheets and comforters in most beds were stained (including a blood stain!), there were cobwebs and spiders in every ceiling corner, dishes had been put away dirty, and master bathroom had not been properly cleaned. When the administrator came to check on my complaints the following morning (it was a 3-night stay), he was dismissive and rude with both the cleaning ladies and myself, and tried to justify himself by saying that sheets had to be used even if they were stained because "they were bought to be used". His attitude towards the cleaning staff, the lack of cleaning supplies in the apartment, and the fact that he OKed the apartment for guest arrival the previous day, goes to show this person should not be administering hospitality services. Also, note that you will end up paying a LOT more than the booked-for price, as HOM will charge you in inflated local currency, plus an additional, non-disclosed, cleaning fee (in addition to the one Booking had already added to the reservation). Needless to say, I will stay clear of ANY property managed by this HOM company/entity.
