The unit is very comfortable and has everything you would need for a long stay. The best part of the rental is the hosts. They will not only respond quickly but also be at your door to assist with whatever you need within minutes. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and nice the hosts are. By far the best hosts I have ever had. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely unit and snacks and water on arrival much appreciated as no time to go to shop. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff and owners very helpful and deal with anything straight away.

Bedroom curtain blind lets in light should have no see through areas.

Excellent, well-designed efficiency. Convenient to grocery stores, banks, taxis, restaurants, and public transport. Nice, clean, well-maintained, beautiful facility. Great elevators! Kitchen is excellent and as described (stove top burner, rice cooker, electric kettle, smaller plenty-sufficient refrigerator, no oven or microwave, plenty of dishes and utensils, great storage space, etc.). Linens provided. Nice bedroom storage and space. Great washing machine in separate large closet/laundry room. On-site mini-mart and pool. Guards, gated facility. Lots of parking available for extra charge. Fifteen to twenty minutes by taxi or car to malls, China Town, parks, etc. Longer by public transport, or to some parts of downtown. Easy drive to the airport. Very close to water and transport to the neighboring island for beach access. Near the eastern end of the city (it is long to traverse by car). Simple and fancy restaurants nearby. Nice people. Quiet.

Clean and comfortable. Very convenient; close to grocery stores, beauty supplies, drug store, and banks; and air conditioning (smaller units) works well. Windows open at night for a nice breeze some days. Nice pool and on-site mini market when necessary. Taxi or public transport to downtown. Washing machine is excellent. Large closet. Elevator and great building. Nearby beach access available at a few larger hotels or ticketed locations. About 16 minutes to the airport and 5-10 minutes to ferries by taxi or car; 15 minutes to malls or the local Buddhist temple; 20 minutes to China Town. A 15 minute walk to restaurants and diners past a big local transport stop. Bring big sneakers and a rain/sun hat for (muddy during monsoon season but otherwise safe) roads. Size is as described; very serviceable, 1-bedroom, large efficiency with big kitchen for the space

A bit of confusion on arrival one or two small problems that did not effect our stay and was out of the hands of owners but the owners rectified immediately so very good service and answered questions immediately. Clean, modern and very nice condo well worth. The price

There was a kitchen, but there was no stove, and I couldn't cook with a pot. No rice cooker either. The bath water temperature was not hot enough, so the shower was too cold for me. There was a washing machine, but the water hose was not connected, so it could not be used On Booking.com, it's 800m -1km from the airport to the property, but the taxi fare is 200piso.

The beds headboard is somewhat loose so it makes noise. The water at the bathroom upon using the shower do not goes straight to the drain.

Very clean unit, cozy and convenient with complete appliances esp. the washing machine. Close to malls and restaurants. Security personnelws are very helpful. Highly recommended .

I am not familiar with smart homes so at first we didn't know how to open the lights in the unit but we got used to it at the end. But overall it is still a great accommodation.

Everything was smooth from booking check-in and check-out. The property is clean and nice. The host/owner was just awesome and super kind and instructions for the self check in is one of the highlights✨ and this property is pets allowed!!😍

The hosts are able to fit an entire house in a single room. Furnitures are perfectly arranged. All utilities are working properly. We had a very comfortable stay.

The unit is not very child-friendly. It has a lot of sharp edges and pointy corners.

What i like is very relaxing and Comfortable tlga yung stay namin sa Unit. kasi very cozy, hightech mga switch naka google command and very aesthetic interior and clean. Super sulit and very relaxing ang stay namin kasi feeling athome, provide na lahat from ketchen utensils, and toiletries.Hindi ka tlga mabored kasi smart tV na may netflix and youtube pa and lakas pa ng signal ng wifi.. less Hassle pa sa Lock ng room kasi key less kasi nakasmartlock. Great location! it’s very near to the airport. There’s a mini groceries in the room which is very handy for us as we arrived in the place very late at night. Our host Theresa was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place! 😁
