Tidak suka dengan penginapan dia...ambik deposit Rm 200..masa nak balik macam2 alasan potong deposit...kerusi kena air...boleh ja basuh sarung kerusi..tp potong deposit 120.00.....memang tak masuk akal la...susah nak daftar...pintu rumah pun susah nak bukak...selimut busuk..

To collect the key there was security door lock, have wait for other house owner to get access to locker to Collet the key

Its clean and nice place to stay..the view at night was stunning..love it so much..the pool also big and have playground for child..they had so much fun..

Please put spoon and fork and please put a water filter..it is really important to a traveller like us.

I recently stayed at an apartment unit at B11 Cheras Parkland Residence. While the unit itself was generally satisfactory and the stay was okay, my experience with the host was disappointing. Just before check-out, I was locked out of the unit with my belongings and the units access cards and keys still inside. I tried contacting the host immediately but had to wait more than two hours before receiving any response. The host refuses to pick up any of the phone calls and was adamant to only response through messaging. Even then, the host had no solution to offer and essentially left me to fend for myself. It was only after I sought assistance from the compound security that the situation was resolved — they helped arrange for the unit’s cleaning team to assist. Altogether, it took over three hours to gain access again, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. It’s shocking how unprepared and unhelpful the host was in dealing with what should be a relatively common issue. There was no initiative, no accountability, and no effort to help. While I understand that an apartment stay doesn’t offer the same service level as a hotel, basic service standards and a contingency plan for situations like this should be expected. I will be actively avoiding this hosting management company for any future bookings and recommend others do the same if they value peace of mind during their stay.

All the facilities are very good, the process to collect the key is also very smooth, the host and guards are helpful. No matter the price, the environment, the service, or the facilities are all in very good condition. Recommend to all who would like to find a cozy place for family trip👍🏻 Will come again if have a chance

Minny was very helpful ..The unit is very clean with towel, iron, washing machine provided.. The instruction for check in is useful and easy to follow.. You can always go down to buy things you need from mart .. The MRT in the 5th floor.. Connecting and easy to travel via MRT Batu 11 🥰

When we get there, the house is clean and smells nice. The views at main bedroom, living room and single bedroom facing the hills. Enjoyed watching sunrise from the balcony. The facilities are good. Both kids and adults enjoyed the pool very much. Parkings provided are very convenient as it is right in front of the lift access door.

Don't know if it's the aircond or water or the combination of both, but my skin got so dry it cracked a bit. Forgot to bring lotion so had to bear with it. Also, a bit hard to understand the guards. But that's not much of a problem.

Minny is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any question which was extremely helpful. The house was clean and the design also sooo beutiful. Im in love with the house. definitely will repeat again 🥰
