Hubo ruido durante la noche, de música, personas hablando fuerte y en cierto momento estaban como arrastrando cosas Por otro lado las fundas de las almohadas estaban presuntamente usadas pues olían a babas.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Buena ubicación, instalaciones siempre limpias y súper cómodas. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días con toda comodidad, muy completo y amplio.
El desayuno se toma en el hotel de la otra calle de la misma familia hotelera, pero no tiene muchas opciones y podría mejorar, al segundo día optamos por desayunar en otro lugar. Otro aspecto importante es que debería indicar que el lugar es ideal para 2 personas, ya una tercera generación incomodidad por ejemplo con el uso del baño por la forma en cómo está distribuido en la habitación a pesar que tenga un sofá cama, creo que es más como solo para dos.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026la ubicación estaba en el punto medio de todo lo que yo tenía planeado, fue sencillo agarrar taxi o Uber para todos los lugares que teníamos en el itinerario.
la ducha tenía poca presión de agua y pensamos que era normal pero un huésped de la habitación de a lado nos dijo que ellos tenían buena presión por lo que desenrosqué la regadera y encontré que estaba llena de suciedad y eso mantenía la presión baja. algo más que no nos gustó fue la ubicación del mueble donde está el televisor.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026This was a brutally unfortunate accommodation. We were in Room 201 1. The noise; this apartment is directly overlooking an incredibly busy, and loud, intersection. There is traffic noise all day and all night, honking, loud revving, and breaking because it's right at the intersection not just a busy road. To compound this issue the water closet's "vent" is just an open hole directly outside and you cannot fully close the water closet door if you are not inside it, there is just a plastic swing latch inside not a proper door knob mechanism. As well the patio doors do not seal shut with the frame (they don't even lock properly) so they let in an immense amount of noise. 2. The heat; yes that's right somehow this apartment gets hot at night even though Bogota is a cool city at night, it was hotter than the daytime temp outside somehow. My only guess is the fact this apartment is above a restaurant on the ground level and heat from the kitchen actually rises into this unit. Again to compound this, because the noise was so loud outside we didn't want to open the balcony doors and let in anymore noise. Also, there was no screen door to the balcony so even if the noise wasn't an issue I wasn't going to open it and let animals come in. 3. Several Bathroom Issues -The shower leaks out the giant glass wall and into the entrance area, where surprise, I had my luggage and clothes. Luckily it was a hard shell but after messaging the Hotel Management they attempted absolutely nothing and said we were just out of luck. A room transfer would have been appreciated. -No garbage in the bathroom area you have to go all the way to the kitchenette, this generally would not have been a big deal but the things just kept adding up and it was inconvenient. -I noticed there is no exhaust vent for the shower, so I can only imagine the mold build up over time.

There are two buildings, the one on the road intersection is extremely noisy to the point it is impossible to sleep. Thank god the staff changed us to the building in front which was quieter. The breakfast is quite small.

Eu acordei às 11pm porque o vizinho ligou a televisão. É necessário trabalhar a acústica porque, durante a noite, se escuta tudo o que acontece no outro quarto. Tem uma cafeteira french press e eu levei café, mas NÃO HAVIA COMO AQUECER ÁGUA. Então a cafeteria é inútil e para mim isso foi chato. Pedi na recepção e não havia, me ofereceram água quente:eu tinha que descer de escada dois pisos e atravessar a rua para colocar água quente na cafeteira (!)

La atención del personal fue cálida, profesional. Y el desayuno… simplemente espectacular, con opciones deliciosas. Un hotel que supera las expectativas y que recomendaría sin pensarlo dos veces.

Que no tiene recepción en el mismo edificio, aunque la atención es pasando la calle.

Que es innecesario dividir el sanitario de la ducha, deberian colocar una división para que toda esa parte quede cubierta y las personas que están utilizando el baño se puedan desplazar con confianza.

I booked two rooms A month and a half before my arrival. A message was received before the arrival about a week in advance to let them know 20 mins before arrival at the property. We arrive at the property only to realise that we were given two smaller rooms that what we had booked (we booked two rooms with balconies at 34sq mts each) Only to find ourselves in two two much smaller rooms with no balcony. And although I ask for the original booking We were pushed to stay to the smaller rooms Communication was via what’s up ax there was no one at the property to comunicate After a lot of fighting we got one room the same night and the second the smash after The manager appeared two days later via what’s up again and after a lot of pushing offered two free nights for he mess. The rooms were not very clean there was no kettle to make a coffee although there weas a percolator and coffee but no kettle the hob was not connected to the electricity The was not a hairdryer and when my friend ask for one they brought he find that was ready to explode. They were not leaving shower gel One day had no water and they div not think that it was important to inform us Most important t there is no heating in the room and get pretty cold in Bogota at night and humid when you afk for a heater they tell you they’ll get you a blanket . We manage to have a further discount from the manager but overall they have no idea about customer service.

No Heating and is super cold and himud in Bogota in the evening. Buy your own heater they will not supply one to you. The hob was not working so you could not make a coffee in the morning. Communication was difficult via what’s up Low standards of customer service only via what’s up Dl oh w check in they give you a tiny piece of information every time you have to for to the food and then they will give you the access codes. They downgrade us and after a lot of fighting we hot our rooms and a discount I don’t think they speak good English and they use a translator but they are slow to reply.

There is no A/C or heater. We were in cold days so it was really cold. Also the bedding is very rough, not nice to touch body and face. Windows has no soundproofing.
