Lovely apartment with good space and equipment. The host is nice and helpful.

The oven is not cleaned with leftover.

Просторные апартаменты, очень большая гостиная с удобным диванами, обеденный столом. Три балкона в каждой комнате. Кровати, матрасы, постельное белье отличные. Кухня с микроволновой, плитой, духовкой, тостером, посудой - все есть. На первом этаже комплекса во дворике чистый бассейн - бесплатно можно пользоваться. Общение и заселение - все доброжелательно, удобно, всегда на связи. Было комфортно, мы бы вернулись ещё раз

Hatalmas a lakás, mi csak 2-en voltunk, de 4-en is elfértünk volna. Van konyha, mosási lehetőség. A ház földszintjén úszómedence is van. Tiszta volt minden. A nappali tágas és fényes. Jól éreztük magunkat itt!

Some furniture pieces like chairs are a bit worn out (chairs) and the fabrics like sofa and curtains could do with some proper washing for a fresher look and feel.

Mr Saud is an amazing host. We decided very late not to hire a car from airport and he fetched us from airport and charged less. He assisted us with our luggage at the airport and when we arrived at his apartment. On our way to the apartment from the airport, he showed us around,provided a free tourist tour👌🏿 of Muscut. He is really informative and ready to provide help as needed which made our stay more lovely.He took us for Karak tea💯 enjoyed it,had less sugar.....it was a lovely welcome to 🇴🇲 When we got to the apartment he asissted us with luggage and reassured us not to be afraid to ask for help as needed during our stay This apartment is SPACIOUS.... The apartment is in good location. Very easy to move around with taxis.. Its close to shops ,down the road is a salon and shops. The mall is also not far, Love street is very close to this area; refreshing walkway for mindreset. The shower gel in the bathroom was my favourite, smell so good❤️❤️❤️. The apartment is clean,it had a BABY COT🙂,how awesome is that.....Beautiful surpise especially as i work with newborns and we encourage baby to sleep in cot for safety and prevention of cot deaths. There is smart TV ,we had a blast of music and dance. The lounge balcony has chairs and you can enjoy the view as this apartment is in a hillside. If you enjoy walking,this place is for you! The beds are comfortable and good wifi speed . We had a comfortable stay, the coffee was lovely,very different to what I'm familar with,had less sugar and realy tasty.The kitchen has a glass window so you can prepare your food in a closed area and still see what is happening at the lounge,very thoughtful for parents of small kids.

The kitchen needs more utensils. It was hard to make breakfast. More kitchen aids like toast and blender will make food preparation easier. Mirror in each bedroom would be appreciated. The one at the lounge is lovely but not enough. We were 3ladies and having to share a mirror while doing makeup was a challenge.Dressing table mirror in each bedroom will save time . More water in the fridge please, we had only two bottles on our arrival.Luckily the shop is close by so we bought enough for our stay.

This apartment, perfectly located within easy reach of Muscat's main attractions, exceeded all expectations. Every detail had been considered to make the stay feel like a home away from home. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the host’s warmth and attentiveness. Incredibly friendly, generous, and proactive, he went above and beyond - answering every question with care, offering wonderful local recommendations, and even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade. His support truly elevated our stay and made us feel genuinely welcome. We would return in a heart-beat!

A few more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen would be welcomed.

Only 1 bedroom had storage space (closets), the remaining 2 had no storage space. The AC works great but a little noisy in one of the bedrooms.

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very respectful. However, the kitchen appliances need some improvement. The number of cups, spoons, and forks, as well as the absence of a toaster, were a bit inconvenient.

Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Apartment was spacious clean and well equipped.

I was met by the helpful owner on arrival who showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and its amenities. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, comfortable and is in a good location. Private parking is a bonus should you need it as well as the pool and gym access. A smaller supermarket and various restaurants & coffee shops are just down the hill in a walking distance.

Very comfortable Appartment, superb host. We felt very welcome. Even though our flight arrived in the middle of the night and we had a delay, our host was still there to greet us! The location is very convenient with private parking and a nice balcony with a view to sea.

I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Muscat. The owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The added amenities like access to the pool, gym and private parking were a delightful bonus, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Another of the highlights of this property is its excellent location, which allowed us to easily reach all the major attractions in Muscat without hassle.

The building and apartment is very spacious and clean. The furniture is modern and new. I would compare this apartment to a 5 star luxury suite as it ticks all the boxes for a traveller that likes a super comfortable stay with all the necessities one needs to feel comfortable abroad.The host is very helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops , bank and supermarkets.
