Reviewed Mar 17, 2026We felt very safe throughout our say here because of the controlled access to the building, garage, apartment, etc. It was a great location. Had a nice treed area in front for short walks. It was close to a few coffee shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every night! The balcony gets pretty hot in the late afternoons because of direct sun, but once the sun starts to go down it's beautiful.
The laundry facility was a bit confusing because it was shared with others and we had to book our time slot and use an app to pay for it. The app required us to input our passport number every time we wanted to load it. However, the concierge was super helpful, in spite of my limited Spanish.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Me encantó el departamento: muy cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar una excelente estadía. Los espacios son agradables, bien equipados y pensados para que uno se sienta como en casa. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

NO es un duplex como menciona el anuncio, un duplex es un departamento de 2 pisos. Este es un departamento mariposa con 2 habitaciones. Tampoco es un departamento de lujo, si bien está equipado y con todas las comodidades, no tiene nada de lujo.
