The apartment was centrally located, a mere 12-minute walk from the Central train and bus station. The apartment has the essentials for a short stay (1-2 nights). there was good and valuable information printed out inside the apartment, such as emergency numbers, numbers of taxi companies etc. (however, no Wi-Fi information)

I arrived to find the toilet quite dirty, both the seat and the inside. It clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous renter left so i had to clean it myself. Even though there was information about taxi companies, emergency numbers, etc, there was no information about the wi-fi to be found anywhere. Thankfully i live in Europe and i know that you can scan the QR code behind the router to connect, but people outside Europe won't know this information. A hand towel, a bathroom matt and some kitchen towels would have been very useful and nice to have. the beds are relatively comfortable, but they are two singles and if you roll over at night time, they move aside. i nearly fell out of bed a couple of times.

Det fanns endast två badhanddukar, inga handhanddukar. Så efter dusch och påbörjad torkning av handdukarna fanns det inget att torka händerna med. En ytterst repig stekpanna lockade inte till matlagning. För övrigt okay.

Fantastic localization, all shops and restaurants/bars needed close by, good pizza place downstairs. Short walk to the city center. Owner prepared info sheet inside the apartment with different tips and directions around the city.

Hot water available only for 15 minutes max at a time. After that, it needs a break of up to 45 minutes for hot water to work again. We were not informed of it beforehand by the owner and only found out when reading piece of paper on the coffee table after our arrival. I completely understand that the building is old, however a costumer should be informed of that before booking. We had problems when trying to get ready in the morning and everyone wanted to take a shower. Additionally, third set of linens that were to be used by the person sleeping on the couch were fully wet. When unfolded, the bedsheet was dripping wet, as well as the towel. We had to strip the duvet off the sheets to use it as a bedsheet to sleep cleanly on the couch.

The location is close to train station and old town.

The property is not that clean. We arrived seeing plaster left uncleaned in the apartment. The apartment has minimal stuff for visitors. It’s not reasonable if the owner expects tenant to wash dishes and put on shelf before leaving without providing kitchen towel. Tenants are expected to be charged for late arrival as well?? I’m also a frequent traveller but never ever heard about charging for late arrival, and note that the apartment is “self check in”. I can’t understand the reason.

Location, easy to access.

The flat's floor is dirty. Some mandatory stuff is missing like : - a colander - a vegetable peeler - some cooking stuff (spatula, etc.)

Die Lage ist super, das Appartment sinnvoll möbliert. Backofen war sauber.

Im Haus ist eine Pizzeria, die an denselben Lüftungskanal wie die Wohnung angeschlossen ist, daher riecht die gesamte Wohnung permanent nach Pizzaofen; das soll zwar durch einen separaten Lüftermotor vermieden werden, der ist jedoch zu schwach und macht trotzdem deutlichen Lärm in dem einen Raum. Nicht ausreichend Geschirr; keine Kanne, um Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen. Insgesamt nur ein (Stiel-)topf. Kein Geschirrhandtuch. In den Ecken lagen dicke Staubflocken.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Es un quinto sin ascensor. El resto está bien.

Termo de 50 litros para tres personas, la cama del sofá cama es una espuma fina y vieja, algo sucio en gral y muy descuidado, ojo un quinto sin ascensor con escaleras de caracol

It has a very good location and for the price we paid we were very satisfied.

If you plan to stay in Stockholm and live like a local, then I definitely prefer this place compared to a Hotel. It a very old building and it in the 5th floor without an elevator, but it was great to stay there.

Nous étions 3 personnes et il n y avait des serviettes de toilette que pour 2 personnes. Il n y avait pas assez de petites cuillères et cuillères .

We went there with great enthusiasm but ended up deeply disappointed. Although the room design was nice, it had been ruined. We were told there would be kitchenware, but there was nothing except for one burnt and filthy pan, two plates, and a few stained forks. The oven and stove weren't working. The kitchen was dirty; the only things functioning properly were the fridge and the microwave. It was filthy under the beds (there was even an energy drink can down there). The bathroom was clean and the room temperature was pleasant. However, the most essential thing—hand towels—was missing; there were only bath towels. Other than these issues, the room was nice

J’ai eu un appartement similaire car celui réservé initialement n’étant pas disponible suite à un dégât des eaux. Cependant dans le nouvel appartement le ménage n’avait pas été fait mais l’hôte a été réactif pour me trouver rapidement une solution. Pas de shampoing ni de gel douche

Slidt inventar og kun meget lidt udstyr i køkkenet. Lugtgener fra pizzaria i stue etagen. Det virker til at ventilationen går gennem hele huset og det lugter derfor slemt af brændt ost hele døgnet

Utmerket beliggenhet. Rask respons fra husverten da jeg hadde en forespørsel.

Leiligheten var sparsommelig utstyrt (ingen ekstra håndklær, salt&pepper, servietter o.l.). Renholdet burde vært bedre.

A soli 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale, ma in una strada tranquilla. Comodo i per mezzi pubblici. C'è tutto ciò che serve. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Indicazioni precise e dettagliate da parte dello staff. Ottimo wifi. Da consigliare.

Tuttavia ci sono due cose da segnalare. Non c'è l'ascensore (per alcuni può essere un problema fare 5 piani a piedi con valigia). C'è un cattivo odore che arriva dalla pizzeria sotto, non dalla finestra ma dalla tromba delle scale.

5 piani di scale senza ascensore non segnalato nell’annuncio. L’appartamento all’arrivo era sporco: il mop bagnato e pieno di capelli lasciato all’ingresso del bagno, frigorifero non pulito dal precedente soggiorno, mancanza di accessori da usare in cucina (niente strofinacci e pochissime posate: 2 forchette per 3 ospiti, mancanza di utensili per cucinare). I cuscini del divano letto erano macchiati. Mancanza di wifi.

Casa al quarto piano (non al quinto) ma con gradini delle scale comodi da fare, provvista del necessario. Ottimo prezzo. Ceck-in facilissimo da effettuare. La posizione è TOP perché a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale ed a 30 Min da Gamla Stan il centro storico. È vicino a molti supermercati tra cui Lidl e Coop (10 e 7 minuti a piedi). Wi-fi Perfetto. Possibilità di cucinare.

È una casa in mansarda, per cui d'estate c'è caldo, ed il condizionatore non funzionava.

Very hot, low overhead for tall people

It was close to the central station, it had a small kitchen (but with not to many equipment).

The stairs, I do not remember seeing that it has no elevator, and it is at the top of the building. With a child a big bags it was not fun to go upstairs at the night.

The apartment is very centrally located in downtown Stockholm

The oven, did not work. The cleanliness of the property was not perfect.

Not everything was cleaned. Bed, shower and kitchen.

Among all the incoming emails from booking.com, the guidelines on how to enter the facility were not provided. The host was very kind and well organized. We solved the issue by phone, and all went well.

it was an awful experience, the apartment is the dirtiest place I have ever been. The towels were dirty, the sheets wasn't changed from the previous visitor and it was also dirty. the apartment was full of dust. in the bathroom there was a knife 😳

The property was thoughtful in not using strong chemicals or air fresheners before I arrived because I am sensitive to these chemicals smells. Great location and decent size studio.

93 stairs to get to the apartment. No coffee maker available-only a kettle for boiling water.

Apartment is in a good location (walking distance from the main station). Has everything to be able to prepare a quick meal.

Apartment on 5th floor without lift. First impression - apartment wasn't cleaned very well. A lot of hair in the bathroom... Then found some hair on the bed as well. The bed linen didn't look clean. But the worst happened when we woke up after the 2nd night - we were covered in BEDBUGS bites!! Reported to the property manager. Nobody came to check this. When we returned in the evening we found a lot of bedbugs on the bedframes and even on our clothes we slept in! We were offered a refund but we had to find a new place to stay (was 8pm) as we didn't want to stay in the place infested with bedbugs!! My face, neck and hands were full of super itchy bites for another week!! Apparently we were the first to report the issue.

The location was perfect. Really close to central train station. Cozy and comfortable apartment. The bed was good and the sofa was comfortable as well. The kitchen is also good and it’s easy to prepare breakfast or a quick meal

At first the apartment was very cold. Because the heating system was electric panels it took more than 2 hours to warm up the apartment. I’m sure that the apartment wasn’t cleaned up before my arrival! There was garbage in both dustbins. The floor wasn’t clean, but the worst was the bathroom. The shower cabin was very dirty, and I cleaned it myself. There is a closet in the apartment but it’s useless because it’s full of used sheets and towels, and other stuff. It is not something that can be changed, but it’s good to know that you have to go up to the fifth floor, holding your luggage, and there is no elevator.

The studio is in a great location, and it has a nice vibe. I had a lovely stay.

Very comfortable beds, room was warm, the bathroom had shower gel, and there were pots if you wanted to cook yourself.

The towels had not been washed and the bathroom floor was dirty. Hot water finished super fast so if you're two or more people know that you need to take super short showers or just wait. You also need to climb 5 flights of stairs to reach so if you have anything other than a hand carry I would not recommend it.

Even though we made a reservation for three people, 2 beds were prepared. When we arrived, there were unwashed dishes in the kitchen. There were cookies left over from the previous guest in the kitchen cabinet. The bathroom sink was dirty. It was -12 degrees outside and the heaters were not turned on.
