Can repair the boiler top or replace it. Some glass tumblers would be useful

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Location was right in the city centre, close to everything. The place was spacious and equipped with all the needed equipment and facilities. Kopitiam was available right below but it was holiday season so they were closed as well.
The sound proofing of the rooms were not very good internally. If you have chatty friends who can keep you up at night, then you probably would not get a good sleep. There could be more towels provided considering that there are 4 rooms available in this unit.

Reviewed Apr 1, 20251. Very near to food court (just downstairs), CnC Bakery & Sing Kwong Supermarket 2. You can jog round the property if you like to jog in early mornings 3. The road near the apartment is not prone to traffic jams 4. Quiet neighbourhood

Mattress, pillow and blanket all very low quality. Not comfortable at all. Built on top of shophouse. If driving, parking at night quite dark at that area so doesn't feel secure to park the car there at all. It's mentioned as whole apartment but doesn't fit the category.

Although this property has 2 bedrooms but only one basin which is attached to the master bedroom . The toilet and the shower is not separated . People who are staying in the others three rooms have to fight to use outside bathroom every morning. Futher we have no choice have to kitchen basin to brush our teeth.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2024The location is quite serene and resourceful. Close to supermarket and foodcourt. The house itself is comfortable with enough amenities and facilities such as water heater, fridge, tv, washing machine, dryer, etc. All rooms are spacious and furnished well with a/c.
Cleanliness. Overall, the place is quite clean, although the furnishing and amenities need to be cleaned regularly. There was dust around the room dressers, living room fans, as well as the washer and dryer. They looked like they were used quite regularly, tho but aren't cleaned properly. But otherwise, everything else is excellent.
