Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location is good, next to a large shopping mall and Setia Alam convention centre. Room is spacious and equipped with kitchen utencils and microwave oven. Located on level 31, so the view is good.
Broken furniture, leaking kitchen sink, freezer of refrigerator is clogged with ice, my family had allergy to their bath towels and blankets.

1 of queen bed for mattress support is broken. A coffee table that is almost broken. The pool is under maintenance. Very disappointed not inform early.

The unit was booked under block A-31 -xx ( look exactly like the picture indeed i stayed in this unit before ), but it turned up B - 29 - xx. The change was not informed earlier, and there was no communication from the host until I got to know check-in day. This unit came with a super strong fragrance until my kid got allergic, so I requested to cancel the booking for 2nd days. FYI, the swimming poor already under maintenance for a long period , no one informed us earlier. I'm really disappointed with the host. Somehow, the cleanliness is still good.

I'm really disappointed..the room is okay but wifi cannot connected, Netflix cannot used..the worse part is the pool is closed more then 2 week but admin not inform guest..the reason pool is closed because 'air kotor'...I'm planning to take my kids to the pool this holiday...we had bad experience this time...

我预订的跟提供的住宿是两回事，货不对版。管理层提供我的住宿是另一间又旧又肮脏的，而且没有事先通知我原本预订的住宿有问题，就随随便便打发我给我一间让人看了也住不下去的住宿。直到我发觉整间住宿各种各样的问题与毛病，我联系管理层给个说法。管理层一句道歉也没有，反而语气很嚣张的表示，原本预订的住宿厕所出问题了，所以才换另一间给我。我反问他们，是不是应该事先通知我住宿有问题，再让我决定要不要接受另一间的安排，他们就随便敷衍了事说，反正我现在有住宿给你，你自己看要不要住。 我接着说假如更换的住宿没问题的话，作为消费者也不会无端端投诉管理层的。问题是，更换的住宿没办法住啊！一进门，门口各种发霉的水迹。再进厕所，有蟑螂在厕所四周游荡。厕所排水管一直有类似蚂蚁一直从里面爬出来。整间住宿的地面，脚踏下去黏糊糊的。重灾区莫属厨房了，整个洗手盆的柜子已经往下塌了。一开抽屉，整个手是是湿沓沓的，原来整个柜子已经属于泡在水中了，一直在滴水。你也不知道它会不会在你住宿的期间塌陷了。到时候管理层一定会说是你弄坏的索讨赔偿之类的。冰箱那就不用说了，开起来一阵味道，而且还有很多污迹。至于床跟沙发也不多说了，就是各种污迹在那边。 整间住宿，越看也越不舒服。管理层随便敷衍了事，要嘛你就住，如果嫌肮脏他最多派人来打扫而已。不要就直接取消订单他退款，可是那时候已经是下午四五点了，而且1月1日公假几乎很多住宿都满了。 整件事情，我都感觉到管理层隐约强迫性我们被逼要接受这样糟糕的住宿，因为他自己也清楚那时候要找到合适的住宿不容易。到最后我还是果断地取消订单，要求退全款。 假如有人想要预订这个管理层的住宿，要留意他们的手段。身为消费者，我们绝对有权利拒绝货不对版的服务。敢敢跟他们说不！！！避免助长他们的歪风导致更加多受害者上当。

There were alot of ants from kitchen till bathroom, one of the bed was shaky and we tell the PIC once we check in but no response till now even after we check out. PIC response is very slow. I booked 2 single bed and 1 double bed but was given different unit consisting 2 double bed.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2025I love the room concept, mimalist concept yet stylish. Comfortable for 4 person. The check in procedure also smooth. All the instructions given in details.Parking also provided with number n level. No need to stress about parking. Fridge, iron with iron board,hair dryer provided. Towel also provided. Swimming pool,gym also can be used during your stay. So in conclusions, good environment with affordable price.
The television used wifi concept. We cannot access the wifi shared,not sure why. Maybe can leave simple instructions for us to follow.But it's okey as we can focus on family talk without distraction of tv. For Muslim,kindly prepare for qiblat apps for solat reference. Bring your own slipper to wear in the toilet as not provided.Also bring your own toothbrush n toothpaste. Shower gel,shampoo provided.

None. Tapi untuk improvement, do note these suggestions : 1. Sediakan satu written instructions on how to connect to wifi, and tv box. Yang ni paling frustrated nak setup 2. Sediakan sejadah and arah kiblat for muslims, you will attract more people to stay. 3. Beds are 4 people, hopefully towel pun tambah for 4 too.

Their furniture and kitchen supplies are more than sufficient. The fridge and microwave is SOOOO CLEAN, we’re surprised honestly! 3. The owner is nice and will try to satisfy your needs (reasonable needs of course). We’ll definitely come back and book again. ☺️
