La posizione era molto buona e comoda, e lo staff molto gentile ci aveva dato info sui posti da visitare.

La camera faceva pietá, se provavi a fare la doccia si bagnava il water, il porta carta igienica e tutto il resto del bagno, facendo arrivare l’acqua fino alla zona del letto. Se ci fosse stato qualche problema non avremmo saputo chi chiamare dal momento che in reception non c’è nessuno e infatti anche il check-in si fa da soli. La camera era piccolissima ma soprattutto era molto sporca. Per fortuna abbiamo dormito lì solamente una notte.

I liked that the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The location was near for food, tourism, and shopping center.

The checking in was a hassle we need to call the person in charge who was not at the building to come and assist. So thts the only issue. The self check in part got some technical issues.

Nous avons aimé de ce logement le prix qui est relativement plus accessible pour Singapour. Cependant, nous étions cinq en 13 m². Bien sûr en toute conscience nous le savions. Cependant cela nous a permis d’économiser.

Nous avons été légèrement dérangés par l’isolation extérieure, les fenêtres donnant sur une rue en travaux. Cependant, en raison de notre fatigue liée à l’activité quotidienne, cela ne nous a pas empêchés de nous endormir.

Bathroom/toilet smells very bad

The information provided at the time of booking was misleading. Upon arrival, the room was extremely small — so small that there was not even enough space to place our suitcases. We were forced to upgrade to another room on the spot, which cost us an additional 192 SGD. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to pay close attention to the room size before booking. In addition, we stayed for three nights without any room cleaning, and we had to use the same towels throughout the entire stay, which is unacceptable.as

The facilities are old. The Aircon is very very noisy. The room Is also very small.

Best location and staff. Many receptionists stand by 24hr. and all of them very friendly and nice. All beds are soft and comfy.

Room too small for 4 pp. not enough space for luggage. Have to open it on bed. But understand hotel in Singapore is normally expensive. Door bath room can’t close properly and not clean enough there is mold on the bathroom walls.

El tamaño de la habitación , el baño es chico y no hay lugar para guardar .

Location was great, staff were friendly

Hot water in the bathroom was hot only for 5 min and turned cold afterwards. Found a cockroach in the bathroom as well. No clothes hanger to hang clothes or towels. Door/walls were very thin and had no soundproofing at all. We could hear occupants from the other rooms talking and their kid screaming (although this is more of a luck issue I guess).

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pillow was to soft that it was hard to sleep comfortably.but overall the hotel was good despite being cheap.

Was just for a quick overnight stay. Room was small but we expected that. Bed very comfortable. Shower and toilet fine. Location great close to everything and man that helped us book in was lovely. Bonus was that you could go up to top floor kitchen in the morning to fill up waterbottles. Was worried noise would keep us awake but was fine as was air conditioning.

A little grubby on the groating round the shower but fine for one night.

Poor and run down condition and slightly unhygienic, air con was very noisy and also various noises from noisy neighbours on every corner due to bad sound proof and such condition disturbed my sleep severely. Asked for a better room, the given new room was very smelly… it is torturing to stay

We had a poor experience during this visit with construction work - banging and drilling - going on through our stay while we were trying to get some sleep after a long international flight.

This accommodation is very small. There is not enough space to open a suitcase, and when it is open, the door cannot be used properly. In addition, the smell from the bathroom spreads throughout the room, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. Housekeeping is not done daily unless specifically requested, and towels and toothbrushes are not provided regularly, so you have to request them each time. It is a very inconvenient system. There is no staff at the hotel lobby 24/7. If you need anything, you have to use an app or messenger, and even then, responses are not immediate — it can take up to a whole day.

The room was so mouldy. I got sick from staying here. The shower was leaking everywhere no exhaust fan which is probably what was causing the mould. It was cheap but not worth it at all.

The girl in the reception changed my room once I complained.

The room 502 was moody, dirty and it smelled humidity. I do not recommend it if you have respiratory issues. The second room that I moved into it was slightly better but still a bit dirty. For the price that I payed, I expected at least a clean room but that was not the case unfortunately.

I enjoyed the location, the street is quiet but there are plenty of places to eat nearby and not too far from the Center.

The room is quite small, the TV remote control had no battery. The Check-in is complicated, and need to install an app to open the room, check-in etc.

Great location

Kitchen facilities lacked lots of basics like knives and cutlery. The app used as the room key never worked on my phone. We had one of the smallest rooms available, and they are tiny! We were travelling with an infant, with a cot, so it would have been nice to be allocated one of the slightly larger rooms to make it just a little easier to fit in.

Really disappointed After a long flight we were excited to get to our hotel room to find it was not as pictured. While the room was smaller than imagined (I understand pictures are taken to make things look bigger) the bed was very low to the ground and under a window that came out so it felt like you were almost sleeping in an alcove. The room had wallpaper peeling off, grime in the bathroom, stains on the toilet seat, and when you showered the toilet got all wet too. We also found an earring in the shower, so unclear if the room was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival The room did not look like the pictures online and when I brought it up to the hotel they said take it up with booking.com The service from the staff was easy enough from WhatsApp, as we did need to ask for an extra towel since there were only two big towels for showering and no hand towel for after washing hands. Overall disappointed with this stay and felt for the money we paid we really only got the benefit of a good location

The narrow hallways (carpet) leading to the rooms had a stale carpet smell (4th flr) The aircon was not getting any colder so we had to transfer rooms to a diff. floor. Wasn’t able to sleep bec even though the windows are closed can still hear the noise coming from the street (cars, motorcycle engine etc). The service provided by the staff (personnel), however, exceeded my expectations. Very helpful & accommodating. Regarding the amenities… No fridge, no bottled water, no room slippers, no toiletries provided except for the built in shower gel/shampoo. One of the towels provided in the room was also frayed and has a hole in it.

The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom stank like someone peed on the floor and it wouldnt go away even after rinsing the floor and putting shampoo and soap

Rooms were a little on the smaller side. Hot water didn't seem to run for more than a couple of mins so a very luke ish warm water shower.

The room size is decent for the amount and is kept clean. No major issues with the facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, which isn't the case at other branches of this chain so I appreciate that here! Location is great as well, super near to the MRT and great food around in the evenings.

Facade hotel on side street, taxi driver dropped off wrong side. Too high tech for only the savvy, Bluetooth locks which will lead to issues on operations with guests locking themselves. Too many apps and tech requirements and when travelling, it’s tedious and inconvenient. Small tight rooms, ill conceived and impractical
