Good location and comfortable for family stay.

Water heater in master bedroom wasn’t working.

Very clear, got hair dryer and the view is nice. Can see Lost World of Tambun from the homestay.

There is no washing machine and one of the toilets smelled when we checked in.

The homestay is located right next to The Lost World of Tambun. In fact it consists of an entire complex of Sumway facilities such as the theme park, the Sunway Hospital, and also the Sunway Onsen service apartment iself, which is where this homestay is located in. No surprise that they are building a Sunway Mall right in front of this which in the future is going to be the biggest megamall in thr whole of Ipoh. There are problems with regards accessibility to Ipoh city. Lots of places to eat and shop and stuff to see. The room and all the facilities in the service apartment are top notch. We booked the place for 5 people (3 adults and 2 kids) and there was enough beds and spaces to sleep for 5 with blankets, and towels. Room also has a kitchenette with an electric stove, with a small oven. There is also one of those modern water filters that automatically dispense either boiling, room temperature or cool water. Plates, bowls, cups as well as kitchen utensils like chopsticks, forks, knives and scissors are also available, together with pots and pans for cooking. The pleasent surprise is the infinity pool which faces the mountain range and the hot spring inside the Sunway Onsen service apartment.

The current construction work is kind of a eyesore...but thats not too much of a problem as it's probzbly tenporary. They're constructing the mall anyway.

The apartment was very close to the Tambun lost world (Walking distance). Spacious parking space. Good safety features. Swimming pool was nice (hot spring, baby pool and infinity pool). Easy check in process.

The cooking utensil was rusted, no chopping board and no microwave.

it was very comfy and clean with many kitchen utensils set to be use, a good stay after a long day at tambun.. beside tambun water park too with a good view. very convenient.

need to change broom to a new one.

Thank you very much,, for the nice accommodation. It really feels like a cozy home. I also made a video house tour for this staycation later will upload to youtube.Will definitely come back here again for my next vacation.

After cleaning and preparing for the next check-in, it's a good idea to leave the master bedroom bathroom door open to air out any musty smell. Overall is cunz ok

COZY!

It's so near to the main attraction, LWOT. The procedure to get into the house was so easy and smooth, starting from registering until the checkout. Parking is almost easy. And there were two parking. You won't get two parking in Airbnb apartment in KL. The place was so convenient, comfortable, clean, and perfect for my small family.

The view is very nice from the balcony and just walking distance to lost world of tambun. Facilities well equipped, house is clean and owner is very friendly. Will repeat our stay here.

Cleaning staff need to have extra care for the toiletries and mop the floor

Location,security and cleaniness of the unit

There was a smell from the toilet area which is not from the unit. The check in process and payment process is not as smooth ans seamsless as other trip I had with booking.com

Host is very responsive and friendly. Got 2 access cards/parking cards. The homestay is spacious and clean. Balcony is facing LWOT waterpark. 2 parking spaces provided.

The access card is not really sensitive while using the lift. Need to tap few times.

apartment is super clean and comfort, view is marvelous from the balcony. Host were very friendly and easy going, building were kept safe where all access only can be enter by resident. parking lot not far from aprtment lift. Walk distance to Lost World Tambun.

2 min walk to the park we got the park view can watch fire show from balcony clean apartment sofa is to die for

we needed to register twice for car and then go lobby to register again for scan QR code then proceed to mail box to collect keys agent will ask u for full payment b4 providing the mail box code which he should have mention earlier b4 arrival to avoid the delays during checkin

Good location with a good view from balcony. As we are much older, we spent most of the time in the apartment. Easy to communicate with the owner tru whtsapp. Highly recomended to stay here. Hhhmmm the nasi ganja so sedap, also the mee sup kedai muaz kg.ampang. Ipoh ada banyak tempat menarik di lawati & makan2.

We love this house so much, nice view and good location, the house is very cosy and even infront of lost world tambun , this building is sound proof. Definetely will come back again to stay here. Even Tv also can watch Netflix and internet is provided. Reasonable price and me with family had enjoy so much staying in here, Just my thought if the owner can provide washing machine that will be easy for us to do laundry if for longer stays. All was good! If want to ho to lost world of tambun just by walk, and the view is most expensive view. Love it!🥰😇

Perfect location and views over The Lost World. Clean and as per photos. Very comfortable, and building has own hot springs pool

Communication was slightly stressful. From the day you book the host msged over 7x asking for deposit, both on booking app then whatsapp. Deposit was due only the day before arrival. Unclear instructions how check in was going to be done. Feedback was given and hope they improve. Tiny thumb size shower and shampoo given which was enough for one person one use. No handwash in unit. Feedback was given, hope future guests can update.

Host is responsive, excellent balcony view, very clean, 2 mins from theme park. Very satisfied. The pool in the condo is also very nice! Highly recommended!

The “sofa bed” is actually just a sofa, but big enough for a small child to sleep on.

Need to provide kitchen towel / tissue.

We like everything about this property, from the agent who’s responsible to guide us until the overall of the property. Super clean, super comfortable , very nice view. I definitely will stay there again in future.
