Reviewed Aug 12, 2025The location of the apartment was fantastic for the circuit and made the journey to and from so easy on foot. The Apartments were spacious and very well equipped and maintained. Our hosts were fantastic warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make the stay very special. Will certainly be returning to this lovely location and looking forward to seeing our hosts again soon

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Ik heb lang niet in zo'n netjes & mooi appartement overnacht als deze. Appartement is zeer ruim, super schoon en je hebt een mooi balkonnetje om s'avonds te zitten. Wij hadden een evenement op het Circuit Spa Francorshamps. Het appartement zit er vrijwel naast, dus ideaal. De eigenaar Patrick is ook super gastvrij & vriendelijk. Kortom zeker een aanrader en ik zal zeker nog een keer terugkomen. Dit is overigens de 1ste keer dat ik een 10 als beoordeling geef, dus dat zegt wel wat.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2025We stayed only 1 night at the occasion of the Spa Summer Classics. The landlord was onsite and delivered an wonderful warm welcome even we were in advance. He took the time to visit the property with us, providing some explanations and giving advices about the surroundings. Plus a little unexpected extra, he knows and can speak about cars, history and anecdotes that you could listen for hours, that was already an amazing experience while we didn't even drop the luggage's :-) For the rest, the apartment is superb, very clean, spacious, amazing terrace, so close to the circuit. High quality furniture's and devices. Will come back with no hesitation !

Just needs a couple of extra things like kitchen towels to dry washing up. Could do with a couple of seats on the deck.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2024The property is a great place if you love cars and motorsport. Excellent location for Spa Circuit and some stunning walks nearby also
There were WiFi issues due to the road being dug up alongside the property. Not the fault of the property but worth noting there is very little phone reception and 4G so WiFi is important there.
