Water Front Villa BF108

This is an exceptional propery. It is right on the beach front. It has its own pool and is 50 meters from a gorgeous large pool. The beach is pristine and stretches for miles. Many of the nearby properties are owned by local families who are very friendly and hospitable. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We stay in many villas and apartments on vacation and this really is one of the very best. Beaustiful villa in a beautiful, safe, friendly country.

Nothing

This beautiful villa is located almost at the beach within Jebel Sifah resort. It was clean, spacious with modern equipment. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare homemade meals plus gas grill for bbq was available. Kids enjoyed the private pool at the backyard. We really had several relaxing days there (after a week in the mountains and desert)

Nothing.

Exceptional location and view

Beautiful views, gorgeous villa, extremely comfy beds.

Would have been good to know beforehand that no credit card payment is available. And the location is remote. I had assumed (wrongly - and this was my fault, I should have checked) that we were some 30km south east of Muscat and that we could access from the coastal road. This was not the case and we have to drive back into Muscat and then back out on a specific road. So it took a lot longer than anticipated. So this property makes sense when you are staying for a few nights or a week. And stock up beforehand - no local groceries etc

Location of the villa was brilliant, right on the beach. Gas bbq outside, and the size of the bathrooms were bigger than most bedrooms!

Nothing.

We spent an extremely wonderful trip in this villa. The house owner is so warm and thoughtful and give us a lot of help in our trip. Highly recommend in rooms, service, views and activities(dolphin watching & horse riding). They also other activities can book for u. Anyway, worth to book！

Everything was perfect. Literally 10 seconds from the beach!

Very cute and comfortable place. An ideal place for a longer stay. It's just a pity that we could stay there for a very short time. It is advisable to bring your own foodstuff, as there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby.

Great location on the beach

Not enough drinking water and no coffee machine

Location ,wonderful view ,clean and the owner communication

Swimming pool needs heater

It Was impressed. Clean and very welcoming, the villas energy is very peaceful. The owner cared about all details. Also smooth checkin, thank you again. I totally recommend this place!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean home with its own pool and a stunning view - the beach is just a hop-skip away!

The villa could not be better located. It is in a gated community that includes a small supermarket, restaurants, a hotel, a golf course and plenty of other activities. The villa itself as you can see from the photos is on the beach front so all you can hear is the sound of the waves which is stunning! The villa is large on the inside and has everything you could possibly need. The only point I would make is there are no large supermarkets around so suggest you stock up in Muscat on things for the BBQ if you plan on using it.

This is the first review I’ve written where I can’t fault anything. Everything was just perfect.
