Not about the property The only downside was the weather in El Gouna .. it was very windy, so sand was getting everywhere.

Отличный вариант для отдыха! Квартира полностью оправдала ожидания: чистая, уютная и хорошо оборудованная, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень порадовало расположение — тихий район, удобно и быстро можно добраться до пляжа и центра города на такси. Хозяин доброжелательный и всегда был на связи, заселение и выезд прошли быстро и без проблем. Отпуск прошёл замечательно, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и смело рекомендуем эту квартиру другим путешественникам.

Leider können wir die guten Bewertungen dieser Unterkunft nicht nachvollziehen. Das Apartment war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig und wies an einigen Stellen Schimmel auf. Außerdem funktionierte die Toilette nicht, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtig hat. Der Host war anfangs freundlich, zeigte sich später jedoch wenig kooperativ, als wir aufgrund der Mängel aus dem Mietvertrag aussteigen wollten. Dadurch standen wir ständig in Kontakt mit ihm oder seinen Angestellten – was unseren Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise den Bildern oder der Beschreibung. Wir können daher diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen und verstehen nicht, warum sie mit 10,0 bewertet wurde.

The property is in a great location, and El Gouna is a really nice place for tourists to stay. It’s very calm and pleasant. The pool and lagoon view were amazing, and the pool was well-maintained and clean. The host also responded quickly to any requests we had.

As soon as we checked in, we had an issue with a toilet leakage. We informed the host and he arranged a plumber as soon as possible, which was good. However, the problem happened two or three more times in a row. They fixed it each time, but it felt more like a temporary solution rather than a proper repair. The kitchen utensils were also a disappointment. Most of the pots and pans were Tefal, but they were in very bad condition with lots of scratches and also no cutting board. There was only one small stainless steel pot, so we had to cook things like pasta in multiple batches. After seeing the condition of the utensils, we didn’t cook much during our stay. I would recommend providing good-quality stainless steel utensils to make it easier and safer for guests. Another drawback was the lack of a washing machine. We also felt the apartment was a bit dusty inside and the overall quality of some items could be improved.

Very cozy studio with scenic views from the balcony, offering all comfort and meeting all needs. The owner skilfully operated via WhatsApp, reacting to any need. First time I met this expert handling accomodation entirely online and it worked well. El-Gouna is an exceptional locality within Egypt. Clean, well organized, free from hassling. Easy local transportation by tuk tuks, some even electric. A truly enjoyable stay.

The house is not easy to find, as it is part of a condominium with one and the same number. Also, it is fairly far from the centre with no shops or restos in the vicinity. The owner suggested home delivery companies.

The property is nice, clean, and well prepared. The view is one of the most relaxing views in Al Gouna. The staff, and owner, are very nice, and helpful, and well organized Special thank you to Jean, and Kiro. Security in the compound are not joking, really know there jobs and how to do it properly and nicely

The apartment is in a great spot, the view on the balcony is lovely. Tuktuk’s are easy to use and only $1. The apartment is good, with plenty of space & the bed is comfortable. We stayed in January, the area was very quiet and relaxing. The people in El Gouna are really friendly and so helpful.

The apartment is great, however it is a little tired. But this really didn’t affect us.

Our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and well furnished. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the lagoon and pool were right downstairs which was convenient . Its location was also pretty good as it was a few minute drive to the marina or downtown. Jean was a very helpful and welcoming host. Definitely not our last time.

Escaping the cold weather in Denmark, we had a wonderful stay at this cozy property, which features a fantastic balcony view and a lovely boho vibe. The furniture and facilities are top-notch. Jean, our host, was exceptional—professional and attentive. His unique recommendations truly enhanced our experience and made our trip outstanding! Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, excellent communicative host. Jean was really helpful before and during our stay, he has a very friendly approach that makes you immediately feel at home. The apartment gives you a beautiful view of the lagoon and access to the pool, everything is in perfect working condition and spot clean. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐ The only recommendation is to add a small washing machine, that will be amazing 😊

We had a great time staying in this apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly, super nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I had one of my best stays in all el gouna here. The bedroom and the view are just amazing
