Gemütlich, sehr liebevolle Gastgeber, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück

Das Frühstück war sehr außergewöhnlich und auch das Ambiente. Alle interessanten Städte wie Amsterdam, Leiden und Gouda liegen nicht weitentfernt von der Unterkunft.

De mooie kamer, de heerlijke tuin met de overkapping, de rust, het voortreffelijke ontbijt, de gastvrije ontvangst.

Lovely hosts and b&b. Breakfast was wonderful and pie and cake in the tea garden was so good.

The hosts Corianne and Lex were super helpful with us. The property was so old with a rich history located just by the Amstel. The design was nice. Unfortunately due to a foot surgery, my sister had a bad difficulty on walking up the steep stairs at the entrance of the room. Although we really missed the place, Lex was so friendly and accepted the cancellation of next of our stay. Besides we really enjoyed the homemade breakfast.

Das Zimmer war sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war frisch, reichlich und sehr liebevoll angerichtet . Die Lage ist außerdem sehr günstig für viele Ziele.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber Corianne und Lex waren sehr freundlich, wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben sehr tolle Tipps erhalten, bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten, Parken usw., das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und eine 10/10 sehr lecker mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Die Zimmer waren groß, die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir hatten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub gehabt. Wir würden jedem die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen, 100%. Vielen Dank Corianne und Lex :)

Gastvrije ontvangst, mooie kamer, prima ontbijt met ambachtelijke producten uit de streek.

Niets. De kamer was eerst wat warm, maar met de extra ventilator die Lex had neergezet was dat opgelost.

Het is een topadresje met een zeer sympathieke gastvrouw & gastheer. Zeer mooi ingerichte kamers. Het ontbijt is verbluffend met elke dag variatie en artisanale producten. De B&B ligt langs het water en tussen de velden. Enig vervoer is nodig om naar een restaurant te gaan of erop uit te trekken.

Alleen maar meevallers !

Ein historisches Schleusenhaus mit herrlich eingerichteten, sauberen Zimmern, direkt an der Amstel. Perfekte Lage, um Radtouren zu machen, mit dem Boot zu fahren oder in die umliegenden Städte/ans Meer. Bis Amsterdam sind es 35km. Jeden Morgen warmes Brot, Smoothies und Aufstriche. Alles selbstgemacht von den netten Gastgebern.

Die Treppe zu unserem Zimmer ist original und daher sehr steil. Für uns ging es aber.

This place exceeded all our expectations. Simply a perfect location for visiting Amsterdam when arriving by car, as on the way you get the chance to see the charming suburbs surrounding the city. The main purpose of our trip was a concert at the arena, but from this location we also managed to visit the city centre, the towns around Amsterdam, and even the seaside. The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional – these people are truly made for this business. They shared essential tips with us, which helped us save both time and money. The beds were incredibly soft, and there is a very cosy outdoor space in the yard where you can watch the sun go down and enjoy the peace and quiet. The breakfast with local products really surprised us and became one of the most anticipated parts of our stay. We recommend this place to everyone who is travelling by car, wants to see not only the centre of Amsterdam, but also what real Dutch suburban life looks like.

Nous avons été accueilli avec un grand sourire et de l'aide pour porter nos bagages, car il faut passer deux écluses. la chambre d'hôte est charmante et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, la salle de bain aussi, et nous avons eu la belle surprise d'accéder au jardin, où se trouve un coin à l’abri du vent, deux transats et une vue magnifique. C'est un endroit paisible et charmant agrémenté de fleurs. le petit déjeuner était délicieux et notre hôtesse a souhaité répondre à deux ou trois petites attentes. Il n'y a rien à redire...a part un grand merci pour cette parenthèse tellement agréable. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Corianne und Lex. Es passte einfach alles. Vom ersten Moment an spürt man die Gastfreundschaft. Die Zimmer sind so unglaublich liebevoll und individuell gestaltet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück ist einfach sensationell, sehr abwechslungsreich und frisch. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen, die unsere Ausflüge noch toller gemacht haben. Wir können nur Danke sagen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Really quiet, peaceful location. Amazing rooms, amazing views, amazing hosts. They put in so much effort with breakfast every morning. Went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed and even tips on how to travel and what to see while we were there. Made it feel like we were back home. I won't stay anywhere else again if visiting the Netherlands.

It turned out to be one of our best accommodations in recent years. It is about a 45-minute drive from Amsterdam, but this actually turned out to be an advantage. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, next to a beautiful canal, providing great scenery after a busy time in Amsterdam. The room was nicely decorated, with attention paid to every little detail. Breakfast was served fresh at the requested hour, featuring a great variety of local foods, homemade smoothies, marmalades, and other treats. I highly recommend visiting this place.

Man wird bei Corianne und Lex sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Es war alles perfekt und wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt. Der Name "Heerlijk" (Herrlich) ist Programm. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We have just returned from a two night stay at [H]eerlijk! And we could not fault the accommodation or the hosts. Lex & Corianne were helpful and friendly, even before we arrived; answering any queries or requests via message. They were very accommodating on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Our room was superb- the fittings and furnishings were of a high standard and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The whole property was tastefully decorated. It had great history and overlooked canals and fields. Breakfast was great, with meats, cheeses, eggs, breads and fruit, which we all enjoyed very much. The hosts took the time to chat with us each day and let us visit their various animals. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting south Holland.

Dusty, low ceilings felt a bit claustrophobic.

We loved our stay at Lex and Coriannes so much. They have the most beautiful B&B with a wonderful garden, in which one could easily spent the whole day. The breakfast was very delicious and every day there would be something new (Scones, pancakes, French toast…). The location was very convenient to travel to a lot of nice places around (Haarlem, Amsterdam, the sea…). We had a lovely time and will surely be back soon!

The property has everything that a traveler needs with the owners paying attention to any need. The breakfast was out of this world with some good Dutch fresh products on offer.

Great hosts, beautifully renovated house, delicious breakfast

The beds, the breakfast and the hospitality were all superb. This property is located in a historical countryside lockhouse. The atmosphere is of complete serenity. The hosts Lex and Corianne, made every effort to see that we felt at home, giving us many connections to restaurants and activities in the area. An added bonus was watching the goats, geese, and bunnies from the garden lookout while sipping tea.

This place is very typical, not standard, of the Dutch Countryside. Very comfortable, cozy, friendly, the rooms were quiet, very comfortable. It's by a canal with a 2 locks. Breakfast is really outstanding. The place combines a traditional house with wooden floors and ceiling with remote-controlled heating of your room.
