Comfortable and quiet. Very cool with reindeer on the property and saunas in the rooms. Lunch buffets were pretty good.

The buffet dinners were really bad and overpriced. We planned to rely on the hotel food for dinners but we couldn't eat there. Also, they clean the rooms early in the morning, so if you're up late aurora hunting, your sleep will be interrupted in the morning or you won't be able to get your room cleaned.

Τεράστιο δωμάτιο με σάουνα. Πολύ άνετο με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια απ το χιονοδρομικό και γενικά είναι κοντά απ το κέντρο.

This hotel truly felt like a home base during our stay in Levi. Incredibly friendly staff, our room was cleaned daily, very good buffet breakfast, lots of communal spaces, including a hall with armchairs and tables with boardgames, kids play room, and ski room. There is also a gym, but we did not have the time/energy to use it. Option to have buffet dinner 4 nights a week. Cute reindeer in the backyard (possible to buy treats for them). Convenient parking. Proximity (walking distance) to Levi center and all the restaurants/activities and shops. Perfect stay with a dog too.

The slopes are too far for a comfortable walk, so we drove to a parking lot directly below the ski lifts.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Altes Bad mit Duschvorhang. Sauna wird nicht richtig heiß. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich. Zu teuer für die Leistung.

Monipuolinen ja maittava. Miljöö oli siisti ja rauhallinen.

Bra beliggenhet, under fem minutter å gå til sentrum/skianlegg. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personal, og veldig god buffet og frokost! Badstue på rommet var et pluss!

The hotel is fantastic in all aspects and perfect for Nordic skiing on the lake. Wonderful staff in the restaurant especially Elli-Saara and chef Keith.

På promenadavstånd till backarna. Gratis parkering utanför. Vanligt fint finskt hotellrum. Fanns även torkskåp. Mysig liten bastu !

Sängarna på rummen kunde gärna varit lite bekvämare.

Lovely staff who were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of gluten free options - I especially appreciated the dedicated gluten free toaster. The room was clean, warm, spacious, and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed having our own, personal sauna! Great storage, and a drying cabinet for wet clothes. Very comfortable beds, and great to have a balcony, even in a standard room so we could sit outside and watch the reindeer. Great location in the centre of Levi within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend

We were on the ground floor, and sounds travelled quite a lot from the room above. Not the hotel's fault as i think we just had particularly loud people above us, and popped some earplugs in so we couldn't hear them.

Das Hotel ist schön und für Lappland Preiswert. Die Zimmer sind jetzt nicht die modernsten aber jedes hat eine Sauna und viel Ablagefläche. Die Lobby ist sehr schön, alles ist fussläufig 5 min im Zentrum und es gibt Rentiere im Garten. Das Frühstuck und günstige Mittagsbuffet ist hervorragend!

8€ für Futter für die Rentiere finde ich sehr viel (aber muss man ja nicht) Die Zimmer sind alles andere als modern.

The room was spacious, very clean, and warm, which made our stay especially comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. The hotel has a perfect location in Levi — everything is close and easy to reach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

There were two thin mattresses on the bed, which was not very comfortable.

Rooms were very hot for us ! Couldn’t find a thermostat. This is more of a preference for us liking a colder space, not really a fault of the hotels

Ausstattung im Zimmer leider veraltet. Schubladenknaufe fehlen, nach dem Duschen ist das halbe Bad unter Wasser, Saunaofen heißte leider nicht richtig, vermutlich zu klein für die Saunagröße, unser Wasserkocher wurde wohl zuvor für etwas anderes genutzt und stank füchrterlich, der wurde dann gegen ein Uraltmldel ausgewechselt. Licht im Bad flackerte so sehr, dass wir es nicht einschalten konnten.

The room was very clean and suited our family. We only needed to stay one night as we were passing through Levi on the way to Saariselka, but this was a very convenient location close to shopping and the ski slopes. Everything was as expected and clean and comfortable.

There wasn't anything that stood out that we didn't like.

Wir kamen frisch vom Flughafen in Kittilä und haben in dem Hotel eine sehr entspannte erste Nacht in Lappland verbracht. Der Empfang war angenehm und problemlos, das Zimmer sehr grosszügig inkl. grosser Sauna, Balkon und sehr bequemen Betten. Zudem ist die Lage super, konnte noch kurz in den Supermarkt laufen und waren in einer Pizzeria. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend mit einer super Auswahl. Unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut übertroffen.

Its so centrallly located to ski! Also the hotel has private sauna which is so awesome! The breakie was so good as well. really had a great time. Next to hotel is reindeers which you can pay to feed them. Such cuties.

Good location is just an walking distance to tourist information.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip through lapland and we received a very nice Wellcome in the hotel. The best hotel breakfast I'e ever had with so many vegan options. Great location and big rooms with sauna.

The interior design of the rooms is not very modern (but everything worked just fine and beds were comfortable)

Lovely Hotel. Great location, all you need on the room, good space. There was even a clothe dryer. Nothing to complain about this place.

We had a wonderful one night stay at K5 and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; we enjoyed having access to a fitness room: the kids loved feeding the reindeer and the buffet breakfast was exceptional!

Shower was not warm in the beginning. Took a while

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

Though the room had a slightly old vibe, the overall stay was great—especially with the added bonus of a sauna room.

Location was perfect. It was warm & comfortable stay.

The food wasn’t great. There wasn’t much choice. We arrived late and no food options were available for us. So we had to go looking elsewhere for food when all we wanted to do was have a feed and drink.

Perfect location next to slopes, city centre and frozen lake (for northern lights). Very good vegan options for breakfast absolutely loved it. Spacious rooms and you’ve your own sauna. Staff is also amazing. Microwave available for use next to the kitchen. Stayed for 3 nights was very comfortable.
