Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofas haben gut für eine Nacht für uns gepasst. Der winzige Balkon hat uns zu zweit ein Frühstück mit Meerblick ermöglicht. Von der Wohnung aus sind der Strand und alle Geschäfte schnell erreichbar. Für eine Nacht war das dirchaus passend für uns.
Von den Zimmern gibt es Fenster zum Innenhof, so dass man Leute aus den anderen Wohnungen (teilweise bis spät in die Nacht und sehr laut) hört. Wir hatten uns unter dem Ort insgesamt einen ruhigeren Strandort vorgestellt.

-Küche nicht nutzbar - brandlöcher an Couch und Kissen sind verschmutzt - keine verschließbare Türen in der Wohnung. Privatsphäre wird hier überbewertet - Matratzen sehr hart (evtl. gibt es Menschen wie es mögen auf Steinen zu schlafen) - Wände stark beschmutzt und verdreckt - wir sind frühzeitig abgereist da es einfach viel zu laut war.

On peut entendre les voisins mais ça passe . Et je pense que ce n’est pas du à l’établissement mais plutôt des gens qui respectent pas les heures de sommeil . Bref ça passe puisqu’on a passé un merveilleux séjour.

Beaucoup d escaliers a faire ppur acceder au logement, c erait pas un probleme pour nous mais important a savoir. Nous avions que 3serviettes de bain pour 6 dont 1 tres abimee et tachee.

No garbage bags furnished ! Very unstable wi-fi ! You have to know how to open the building appartment door, otherwise you get stuck inside ( the concierge helped) May be clean the sheets / covers. They were all dirty and smelly at our arrivals.

À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert avec surprise que l'appartement se trouvait au 3ᵉ étage, sans que cela soit précisé au préalable. L'appartement était très décevant : mobilier insuffisant, manque évident de propreté, absence de climatisation, ce qui rend le séjour très inconfortable, surtout en été. De plus, le four est dans un état préoccupant et son utilisation peut être dangereuse. Enfin, l'accueil était assuré par une personne aimable, mais qui manque clairement de formation et de professionnalisme pour répondre aux attentes des voyageurs.

Este tipo de baños terminan mojados enteros cuando te duchas 🙈 y tarda en secarme el sueño. El apartamento del bajo mucho más frío que el del primer piso, depende en qué época viajes te interesa uno o otro.

Das Bad hat kein Regal , wo man seine hygieneartikel unterbringen kann. Warmwasser gibt es nur begrenzt .Beim Duschen wirds auf einmal kalt . Die bettlaken sahen nicht eirklich gut aus .Zum Glück hatten wir eigene dabei .. Die Waschmaschine war verrostet und hat nicht richtig gewaschen. Ansonsten ok

Het appartement heeft dringend onderhoud nodig, de bedlakens stonken en was veel vocht. De badkamer was ook in slechtstaat. De wc zat niet vast als je ging zitten kwam deze naar voren. Veel last gehd van de muggen waardoor ons kleine ziek is geworden en de tv deed het niet. We hebben het appartement verlaten na 2 dagen.

he location was excellent, and the host was very communicative and helpful. However, the property itself had several significant issues. Being on the ground floor with no sound insulation, we could hear every movement from the tenants above (constant kids screaming at 6 am which wakes us up). The unit was also quite cold and suffered from high humidity and poor ventilation; opening the windows for air wasn't an option due to mosquitoes. Furthermore, the internet was advertised as fiber but was actually slow '5G broadband' that couldn't support a basic Zoom call. The hot water only lasted four minutes, which was difficult during a March stay. Lastly, a persistent drain smell in the kitchen required us to use air fresheners throughout our visit. Given the high price point for Morocco, we expected a much higher standard for a two-week stay.

Una pena que esté tan poco mantenido y cuidado, ya que tiene potencial. Solo dedicándole un poco de cariño sería un alojamiento genial. El primer efecto es de descuidado, sin lámparas, manchas de.golpes en las paredes....Pasamos frío ya que era diciembre y no tenían ni un radiador/calefactor para romper el frío. Aún así hay que reconocer que el precio fue económico y eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta

No recomiendo nada nada este sitio por qué con este precio puedes estar en otro sitio mucha más limpio cómodo y cumpliendo con las condiciones Primero y lo que más peor fue es un trabajador del lugar q se encarga a dar las llaves ect.. super pesado mal educado ni comunicación tocando la puerta alas 3:00 de la madrugada sabiendo que solo hay mujer en la casa, encima en la app no pone ningún normativa que pone que no admite invitados y pues al tener invitados viene para echarlos y halando mal y amenazado con policía Pues tu a pagar una mierda piso para que luego te amenazan 😂buenismo en fin , papel 1 papel en 3 días y el baño huele fatal por tanto que limpias huele mal y las camas incómodas en fin negativo todo menos la ubicación
