The key location next to Strand Beach is absolutely idyllic the views alone from this apartment balcony blows your mind away. The apartment is funished in a very highend upmarket yet modern style and each furniture peliece i can see is specially picked for this beautiful space.

The television was by many times not working due to some signal interferences but the view made up for that.

Stay was amazing, place was exceptional, views even better and peaceful, loved every minute of my stay, didn't want to leave for a drive, was too cozy and aircon heats the whole room.. Will definitely go again😍❤️

Tv was good specially the dstv,was able to watch the springboks game,it could be replaced with a smart TV because Netflix and relax goes hand in hand but otherwise that's not a negative! Overall it's was amazing🙂

view wonderful location perfect if want to walk to various restaurant and of course beach.

not disliked but this is a Studio meaning the bedroom is not separate from the salon or kitchen. Its just in safrica alot of owners describe a unit as a 1 bedroom when it is not. There is no door separation just should be noted for couples or if u had 3 people traveling.. for me not an issue since was Single. I did look at photos but i think there should be a clean up for more percise description for the industry.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer, war das einzige was uns an dieser Unterkunft gefallen hat. Leider hatten wir das Gefühl, das hier ein hoher Preis für einen schlechte Leistung und Ausstattung verlangt wird.

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Strandstrasse, dadurch ist es sehr laut, auf dem Balkon sitzen und sich unterhalten ist fast unmöglich. Im Badezimmer herrscht ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch – vergleichbar mit einem Müllfahrzeug, das gerade seine Ladung verloren hat. Das ist weder akzeptabel noch zumutbar. Das Waschbecken ist kaum benutzbar, da der Wasserhahn offensichtlich ungeeignet, zu kurz gewählt und laienhaft installiert wurde. Normales Händewaschen ist dadurch kaum möglich. Der Deckel des Badezimmereimers ist abgerissen. Selbst an solchen grundlegenden Details mangelt es. In der Küche fehlt Küchenrolle vollständig. Die verbauten Kaltlicht-Leuchtmittel sorgen für eine ungemütliche Atmosphäre und sind für ein Ferienappartement dieser Preisklasse unangebracht. Für einen Preis von 9.000 Rand für vier Tage erwarte ich einen deutlich höheren Standard. Nicht einmal ein ordentlicher Kaffee ist hier vorhanden. Das empfinde ich, ehrlich gesagt, als dreist. Zusammengefasst entsteht bei mir der Eindruck, dass hier versucht wird, möglichst viel Geld mit möglichst geringem Aufwand zu erzielen. Das ist enttäuschend und entspricht in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen.

Excellent location right on the beachfront with beautiful views. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and well organised, with very clear instructions and secure access. Parking was convenient, and communication with the host was great. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Everything the place is lovely ,very clean with a indoor pool in the building with a lovely view of the ocean really value for money

Everything about this property is perfect. The location is perfect. You can literally see the beach, promenade and the ocean from your bed. There is an A/C in the unit but the weather in Cape Town is perfect. It gets a bit windy at times but there is always a nice breeze. The air is so clean! Above that, you will have everything in the apartment and in the city that you are used to in America and Europe except here everything is prettier and meticulous than in Europe or America! Everywhere you look is breath taking! I have been coming to Cape Town for 30 years and it is like wine, it gets better and better with age and time.

The check in time restrictions made us lose one night as our flight was arriving almost midnight and we couldn’t be allowed access until next day

Amazing view of the ocean. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Well furnished apartment.

This property is good value for money and well located.

Contrary to most comments that mentioned cleanliness as a positive, I found it to be the opposite. The shower drain was blocked and kept overflowing. The kitchen cupboards were dirty and filled with crumbs. The duvet cover had small stain marks on it. The floors and carpets were dusty. Aside from this, the extractor fan/air conditioning of the restaurant downstairs ran constantly, causing a very annoying humming sound that is not ideal for light sleepers.

Beachfront Gem was the best choice for my solocation. The apartment was well equipped, clean, comfy and most importantly I felt safe. Kelly was very thorough with the check-in process. Will definitely be back.

Shower doesn't drain well.

We had a fabulous stay. Able to cook meals as the kitchen is equipped and fridge big enough to store groceries. Most facilities in walking distance and we felt very safe. The view is absolutely breathtaking!!

This is a very comfortable studio apartment in a fabulous location with amazing sea views from the private balcony. In the centre of the Strand, and right on the beach, it's a great place to relax for a few days.

Kelly is a very friendly hostess. She went beyond and above to make our stay a wonderful experience. Outstanding service from start to finish. The décor and cleanliness were faultless. The balcony with a stunning seaview topped it all . Location, parking is great and safe. This is a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Strand . It's a home away from home.

Apartment was nice and spacious with an amazing view of the ocean. Walk way along the beach was just opposite the road from the apartment which made taking a nice walk quite easy. Hostess service was exceptional with very quick response times and followed up to make sure we managed to get into the apartment. Excellent Service!

Walking distance(15-20 mins) to supermarkets. Good ocean viewing from balcony. The Cape Cafe excellent menu and staff, hair salon(Nicole) and nails (Karin), Casa del Sol restaurant (Chris) plus a mini market were a bonus find 3 floors below the apartment.

Traffic noise from a busy intersection. Less noticeable within the apartment with balcony door closed.

The whole apartment is very tastefuly put together and made up. For us it was a weekend away but still having home comforts that you use to.

The overflow drip that falls onto the balcony puddles on the balcony, because the drainage channel is not cleared. Other than that it's perfect.

The view is amazing and the apartment is beautiful and super clean

What a stunning little spot! Tastefully decorated with beautiful views. The perfect quick getaway. Loved the indoor pool and sauna. Will definitely be back. Great value.

I should have stayed longer!

The property has amazing sea facing views. It has everything you need and was neat and tidy. The host was quick to respond and the cafe in the building offers a lovely breakfast. Will definitely be back soon!
