Leider kann ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Besitzerin war lediglich vor der Buchung freundlich, danach leider nicht mehr. Die Unterkunft entsprach meiner Erfahrung nach nicht den tatsächlichen Bildern und war zudem leider unhygienisch. Insgesamt war ich sehr enttäuscht, da meine Erwartungen aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen deutlich höher waren. Ich kann daher nicht nachvollziehen, warum die Unterkunft von anderen Gästen so positiv bewertet wurde.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Låg mycket bra till för oss som skulle shoppa på Gekås. Fin liten stuga med alla faciliteter man behöver. Mycket bra och snabb kontakt med ägarna innan vår vistelse.
Köket var inte städat efter tidigare gäster. Kylen och ugnen var väldigt ofräscha, även spisen och ytorna runt var ostädade. Det hade varit bra om det framkom att trappan till loftet är väldigt brant och att loftet inte alls passar för vuxna att sova på - det var så lågt i tak att vi behövde gå på knä och vi slog i taket flera gånger under natten när vi ändrade ställning i sängen.

Voor 4 volwassenen is het wel echt een beetje krap, zeker omdat je boven niet kan rechtstaan...

Reviewed Sep 14, 2024Everything just perfect, even outstanding! The cottage is beautiful, perfectly equipped and very well located to explore the region. The cottage itself is so cozy, lots of details show that the owners built and decorated it with love and passion. The kitchen provides every equipment needed, the bathroom too, and the living room and bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable sofa and beds. Internet and TV work perfectly (although we did not really need that). The surroundings of the cottage are beautiful as well, a huge garden, flowers, trees, so relaxing and nice, we enjoyed a lot being outside. But what needs to be mentioned too: the amazing owners! Incredibly nice and helpful! I don't know what we would have done without them and their help. They contributed so much that our stay finally was one to remember, will never forget their kindness and help! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Reviewed Nov 5, 2023I spent four nights in this beautiful cabin together with my dog. I had travelled 8 hours from Norway. through snow and rain and when I arrived my heart warmed. The well heated cabin, the comfortable lights, the smell of cleanliness, everything was perfect. Yvonne even prepared a bowl of fresh water for Sissy and that made me happy. The cabin is beautiful, the loft with the bed and the soft lights makes you want to sleep right away. The bed on the ground floor is super comfortable and warm, the bathroom works great and also has a window. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, the oven works well, as do all the other appliances. The sofa is very comfortable, there are soft cushions and a warm blanket. The TV is of high quality. I really appreciated that in such a nice cabin it is pet friendly, which is essential for me. Sissy really enjoyed the garden around the house. Also adjacent to the cabin is a space with a nice sofa and soft lighting to enjoy the peace and quiet. In addition, you can take beautiful nature walks near the little lake and in the countryside. Yvonne was an attentive host and I immediately realised that she puts her heart into hosting. She cares that people feel at home and that's how I felt. I recommend this cabin highly.
