About the tv sistem 👎🏻

Tempat selesa, bersih dan dekat dengan tempt program saya.

Langsir kotor sikit. Mungkin kena tukar

Easy access to setia alam city

Aircond not working properly, poor service

If there were carpet put on the floor much better because quiet slippery.

location good

aircon and water heater is no function.room very dirty

toilet very dirty

View superb

Water flow is very slow from water heater shower

The view was nice, we could see the sunrise in the morning. The parking was spacious too, although the owner didnt give us the direction to get to the parking entrance, better to include that in the guideline. The bed was comfortable. They got good size of fridge and basic utensils. Toilet was soundproof too

The toilet floor was dangerously slippery, especially after bath. No place to put shoes. The lighting system was a bit annoying, we couldnt have only 1 small light open without turning on all white lights above the bed. The room was not spacious. Owner better to clear out maintenance fee before letting others rent because we got stuck for a bit downstairs because the card was unusable, so that’s an inconvenience.

The unit number is 14-13A. Incase you are Chinese and particular about number , pls take note

Lift got no Aircond and very bad air ventilation. At the car park no sign to show the link bridge .

Comfortable, simple, worth it..my daughter really like the swing inside the room..all is good, and no need deposit to stay..juz pay online..facility all is good, really enjoy the pool.really near the mall, just cross the bridge at level 3

Water heater to slow and wifi no internet..the bed got sound if u lay down..and one of the wood fall down..hope the hose wil check proper after this

View of trefoil can see the mall and city and having facility like gym swimming pool etc and having bridge to setua city mall

Room bell didn't function and the toilet bowl smells

Mattress is very comfy. Fan and AC available. Lighting is bright and good. Iron, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, electric stove for light cooking available. Location superb. Right in front of Setia City Mall. Next to Courtyard Marriott ehrre we are having seminar.

Location strategic..easy to go setia city convention centre The price affordable

Nothing

tv can’t open

the location was near the mall.

The air conditioning unit had a leakage issue, the furnishings appeared neglected, insects were present, and the water pressure in the toilet was notably low. The stay was definitely not very pleasant .

The owner is very prompt and helpful Location wonderful Unit is spacious Facilities are complete And it's very affordable Can easily fit in 5 pax...

Nil, everything was perfect

Simple and cozy design, nice location

A few cockroaches found in the house!

Nothing

The check in procedure was easy and very well explained.

The place was quite dirty, and there was a broken chair which my child sat and fell right away.

Everything...

None

Overall was very nice

very comfortable and location is near to the shoplots especially setia city mall to buy anything

The entertainment system should be upgraded as some customer love to stay inside the room. Please add up netflix account or any channel in your tv.

Strategic location, clean and just 100m to shopping Mall.

The main door need a maintenance due to paddle slightly loosened.

Room cleanliness..bilik luas..

I like the simplicity and the cozy room. The strategic location right opposite the setia city mall. The room comes with two large queen beds and can easily fits up to 5 pax. The check in instructions was easy to understand and the check in and out process was easy and self serve. Nice facility with swimming pool and gym room.

There are stain on the window curtain. Would be best if it is changed. Stain on the kitchen table top. No labeling on the shampoo and body shower bottles, can't differentiate between them. It is great that snacks are provided, but will be best if drinking water is also provided. Need to do better in the upkeep of the room

room was clean, very responsive owner,

customer service good, they responded effectively, very good helper. The procedure to check in n check out, they would write in details, so that guest wont confuse.

the room i stayed clean , but while seeing on ceiling still have some water mark.

Everything was great, from the acommodation, to the cleanliness and everything! Worth the money spent!

Note that the bed is hard, and it is not bouncy. If you are expecting a soft bed, it is not.

All facilities provided was great

No neflix

Good location, have laundry cafe, mini mart, very clean, all things very smooth, highly recommended

None, everything were good, highly recommended

The location and the atmosphere

The cleanliness at the bathroom is abit lacking. Apparently there is a leakage at the bathroom and the floor is always wet
