Chalet Nucleo 12 by Quokka 360 - Alpine Base for Bouldering Adventures in Leventina

GeräumigObergeschoss sehr schön. Nette Nachbarn

This was an amazing place to stay, especially being able to walk to the chrionico bouldering crags easily. The house is very spacious with kitchen diner on the 1st floor, with a toilet. Then the ground floor had a living room and utility. Then upstairs were the three bedrooms (two double and a single), with a bathroom. The place was clean, and there was parking right outside. You can hire pads in town from the lak'ech air BnB, which makes it very convenient.

No downside to the place, but there are no shops in Chironico so make sure you stock up before going. In the instruction it didn't explain where to take recycling, and had to ask the people we rented pads from where this was in town.

The house has everything, even a room for drying ski clothes. Everything is very well maintained and very clean. It is perhaps one of the best bookings I have made so far. From the village, you can go on various mountain hikes, but beware of fog! The Nuova Cari ski area is 15 km away.

The check-in system and the problem with cell phones in Switzerland almost left us in the street. Thanks to a neighbor (Norma, who was a sweetheart—we bought her flowers), we were able to get in.

Super Lage zum Bouldern in Chironico, moderne Küchenausstattung und saubere Unterkunft!

perfect for families, with plenty of space, very well equipped, comfortable beds, and a warm, cosy interior. overall, a great place for a holiday.

the property shows normal wear and tear, with a few small imperfections, but remains fully comfortable and enjoyable.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wertige Einrichtung im rustikalen Stil. Moderne, gut ausgestattete Einbauküche mit sehr hochwertigen Elektrogeräten. Smart-TV. Sehr guter, gepflegter Zustand.

Szuper volt a szállás, mindennel felszerelve, tágas lakótérrel. A parkolás is megoldott a szállással szembeni ingyenes parkolóban. Közelben számos kirándulási célpont.

Even better than we expected. The accommodation was amazing — a very big, authentic and clean house in a quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. There is everything you need inside: all cutlery, kitchen equipment, and other essentials. We spent a great time there with our family and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. From Ukraine with love

Beautiful location, very spacious, amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing.

To be transparent, the reservation wasn't made far in advance; rather, it was a last-minute arrangement made on the evening of my stay due to an emergency. I must extend my gratitude to the host for their prompt communication and for providing the necessary details to locate the apartment. The property, albeit somewhat secluded, is nestled in a charming village adorned with historic architecture. The house itself was exceptional, offering ample space, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities one could desire. Notably, complimentary street parking was conveniently available right outside the residence. This location serves as a perfect base to explore Locarno and other tourist destinations, with just a 50-minute drive. When evaluating cost against amenities, this accommodation stands out as a remarkably sensible choice. However, one should manage expectations regarding the village's offerings, as it's suited for a peaceful night's rest than for dining out or shopping experiences.

We were unable to turn on the light on the first floor. Since we had plenty of space we had no need to use the first floor it didn't cause us any inconvenience. However, it would seem fundamental to have such an essential feature in working order.

overall comfort and facilities

no grocery store at location

Excellent chalet, nicely located in a quiet area, very spacious and comfortable ans has everything you need

The host seems to be in fact an agency and so communication is with a different person every time. Been charged twice for a guest extension and had to go back and forth with them to prove that, as they were passive aggressive and suggesting that the amount was right and I committed to it. Everything is very formal, you have to sign a lenghty contract with many rules in it, which makes you afraid that you'll be charged loads even for the smallest mistake you might make

Beautiful, fully equipped house Perfect location
