Reviewed May 28, 2026Although little pricey, but its worth the rooms type and amenities in the room. They dont have own coffee shop, but there are lots of shops outside on the main road. The main road is fully lit with various options for food and supermarket. Basically, the room was surprisingly good and well arranged. The washroom had soap and towels. The AC worked very good. Rooms were spacious enough with a amazing living room. Fridge, ironing table, iron , induction stove for cooking, utensils and cutlery for food was available in the rooms. The staff was highly responsive and understanding. Also the staff greeted us with smile and comfort. There is a beatiful masjid too at a very short walking distance for those who want to pray in congregation.
I dont remember any thing that was bad or not up to the mark.

السرير لم يكن مريا كالمعتاد هذه المرة الخامسة آتي إليهم وجدت أن تحتاج إلى تغيير مرتبة السرور أيضا دورات المياه تحتاج إلى صيانة جيدة أيضا أرضيات دورات المياه خطيرة للغاية غير مصممة دورات المياه

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026تجربتي في فندق رمز الضيافة 2 كانت من التجارب اللي تخلّي الواحد يوقف لحظة تقدير حقيقي لكل التفاصيل الصغيرة قبل الكبيرة. بصراحة… كان نفسي أصوّر أدق التفاصيل اللي مهتمين فيها من الألف إلى الياء، لأن المكان مو مجرد فندق، هو تجربة متكاملة فيها عناية واضحة بكل زاوية. من أول لحظة وصول، الاستقبال كان راقٍ وسلس، والاهتمام ظاهر في طريقة الترحيب قبل أي شيء. النظافة كانت على مستوى عالي جدًا، ومرتبة بشكل يشرح الصدر، كأن كل شيء تم تجهيزه بعناية مخصوصة لك. الغرف مريحة، ومرتبة بتنسيق هادئ يبعث على الراحة النفسية، والإضاءة والتفاصيل الصغيرة فيها مدروسة بشكل جميل. أكثر شيء لفتني هو الاهتمام بالتفاصيل اللي ممكن كثير ما ينتبه لها، لكن هنا كانت حاضرة بقوة… من ترتيب الأغراض، إلى جودة المفروشات، وحتى الروائح الهادئة اللي تعطي إحساس بالنظافة والاهتمام. الخدمة كذلك كانت فوق المتوقع، تعامل راقي، سرعة استجابة، وحرص واضح على راحة النزلاء وكأنهم في بيتهم مو مجرد فندق. باختصار، تجربة تستحق التكرار، ومكان يعطيك إحساس إنك مُقدَّر ومهتم فيك بكل معنى الكلمة. شكرًا لكل القائمين على هذا المستوى الجميل من الاحترافية والذوق. 💛 واخص بالشكر الاخت شذا وكل العاملين المحترمين🥰ممتنة لكم

في حالة الدخول تقوم بالتوقيع على عقد استئجار غرفة في حالة الخروج لا يتم إعطائي أخلاء طرف عن الغرفة وهذا خطأ أرجو من إدارة الفندق مراعاة ذلك

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025Very clean. They were able to give us extra towels and pillows. They didn't come to service the apartment until we asked, so I am not sure housekeeping comes daily or only when you ask for it.
The first night there was quite a bit of music from the nearby restaurants but after that it was quiet. We had a problem with our shower not draining but maintenance was quick to fix it. There was an issue after check-in, I paid the amount from booking.com along with 15% VAT, and the next morning they said I had to pay an additional 300SAR. I asked them to clarify what the additional money was for and they weren't able to tell me, they kept saying "VAT" but I had already paid the VAT the previous day. After some back and forth, they admitted it was a mistake and we all laughed. The internet was quite weak and non-functional but we were at the end of the hallway, far from the reception. There was no coffee provided.

Reviewed May 24, 2024Regarding location it is located in very good surroundings with good restaurant and near by Ar Ruddaf Park , friendly staff and take care of cleanliness. Parking is available in the basement.
Do not have view from hotel room. and the room is so small according to the price they charged. Internet is very bad quality.
