Frío en las habitaciones! Tiene calefacción por aire acondicionado, cuando llegamos estaban apagados y costó calefaccionar la habitación! El wifi lento!

No puedo decir que no me gustó, porque estaba conformado por gran variedad del desayuno argentino, tiene un diseño que no está dentro de mi dieta. No puedo consumir ni lacteos, ni harinas, ni azucar. Si bien tenian un pan sin TACC solo eso podia comer de la mesa.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2024We had three rooms. Per the reviews, some were small, others were great and spacious. But if you care for a squeaky clean hotel, in all areas, which is important to me, this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, which set the tone for the entire stay. Jonathan is so pleasant and professional! The room and the entire hotel were impeccably clean. We were super impressed by how well-maintained everything was. The bed and pillows were very comfortable the linens and towels fresh. The breakfast area was bright, spacious, and always clean. For us it had the perfect selection of what we enjoy for breakfast. Good selection of fresh fruits, cheese, ham, wonderful breads, pastries, cereals, and yogurt plus typical juices and beverages. The food was always fresh and replenished regularly, and the dining space itself was always spotless. The common areas, including the lobby and hallways, were well-kept and welcoming. The décor felt modern and stylish. The hotel is in a fantastic location—conveniently situated right on Guemes street, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Overall, this hotel is a gem! It offers exceptional value with its pristine rooms, and excellent location. Add in the genuinely friendly staff, and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area! Highly recommend!
Only reason for rating of 9: The following doesn't change my review. However, for information, for US Citizens, paying with a US credit card, please note that you will pay the 21% VAT tax that we normally don't pay in other hotels in Argentina. According to the hotel, the owner is a 'monotributist provider" and does not provide the discount. Again, great hotel but be aware of the extra cost. I did not know this in advance, I should have asked/confirmed at time of check in instead of assuming I would not pay the tax. Unfortunately, Booking has my listing as not having to pay the tax. This is listed on my reservation in booking, which is not accurate: Foreigners who paid with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer must present a foreign ID and/or supporting documents from the national migration authority to be exempt from the 21% VAT.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2024Squeaky clean and nice rooms, the location is exactly in the center which is the best area to stay at if you want to feel apart (the neighborhood around are pretty quiet) Breakfast included and the team is very kind and helps with everything They gave us lot of recommendations on what to do. Overall it was a good stay.
