Posizione comoda e in pieno centro. Le stanze e gli arredi erano confortevoli e abbastanza nuovi. Inoltre il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta

La vasca può essere un po' scomoda perché il bagno si allarga facilmente per fare la doccia.

Trên cả tuyệt vời, điểm 10 cho 1 đên lưu trú tại Lion 9, mình xin cám ơn bạn Dư, bạn Trang lễ tân và các bạn An Ninh đã hỗ trợ mình rất nhiệt tình khi nghỉ lại đây, cảm giác rất gần gũi và thân thiện.

Uns hat die personal sehr gut gefallen. Die waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Also : 1. Klimaanlage läuft sehr schwach trotzdem auf 16 voller Leistung eingestellt! 2. Kühlschrank trotzdem eingeschaltet, kühl aber nicht! 3. Badezimmer stinkt sehr, die Lüftung läuft nicht. 4. Kann man so sagen die komplette Zimmer riecht sehr schlecht, als es der Geruch von verstopften Kanal kommen! 5. Bei Zimmer Übergabe hätte die Zimmer Service nochmals die Zimmer kontrollieren müssen, bevor die Gäste es bekommen.!

La chambre était grande, lumineuse avec 2 grandes fenêtres, un balcon. Les lits étaient confortables. La salle de bain était moderne et bien entretenue. Comme partout au Vietnam, l'hôtel possède des chambres sans fenêtre. Soyez vigilant à la réservation.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Apart from the reception area everywhere was slick and span.

Work’s taking place in the lobby were noisy and constant throughout the day. The whole area was extremely noisy throughout the night making sleeping difficult without being disturbed. The hotel is also located with a park opposite where people gather and socialise until the early hours of the morning.

I like that I got to check in as soon as we arrived no waiting for 2pm. We got there at 1030am. The clean was very clean too and the staff apart from one guy forgetting to get our room clean the next day the overall stayed was amazing,

Mình có một trải nghiệm khá tốt tại đây, mọi thứ rất ổn, khách sạn gần công viên, gần bến Ninh Kiều, và các khu vực ăn uống khác… Phòng ốc tạm ổn, mình thích thiết kế của khách sạn, hiện đại tối giản. Điểm cộng của khách sạn là nhân viên rất dễ thương, chú bảo vệ hỗ trợ hành lý nhiệt tình. Phòng có vẻ cách ham chưa tốt lắm, mình vẫn thấy ok

The room was pretty clean overall. The first family room I stayed in had one bathroom without hot water, and the bed was very creaky, you could hear it every time you turned over at night. For the second night, I changed to another room, which was much better with a nice view and more space, but unfortunately, the bed still had the same issue. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

For sure the bed will need some work and the hot water will need to be replace for superior family room

Khách sạn kế công viên nên lúc nào cũng nhộn nhịp, phòng sạch sẽ. Điểm cộng của ks là nhân viên và bảo vệ rất niềm nở, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình.

Staff are friendly and helpful Very good location (near Ben Ninh Kieu, supermarket, chemist, restaurant, walking distance to little park for kids at night,...) The room is spacious and very new. Bed is comfy to sleep on. A big modern TV (my son loves it)

Noise cancellation isn't that good. We can hear people talking next to our room Maybe it is difficult to park your car in front of the hotel due to a very busy street Need an extra bathmat next to the bathtub. No Netflix,.. The bathroom is clean but smells like bleach, especially the bathtub....

Chỗ đậu xe cực kỳ bất tiện, việc đưa chìa khoá cho nhân viên mang xe đi cách ks khoảng 1km đậu là rất rủi ro, mới hơn 6h lễ tân đã gọi lên phòng nhắc chỗ đậu xe làm ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ Ks thiết kế rất lạ, trước thang máy là 1 bãi đậu xe máy ngổn ngang, bừa bộn, cầu thang bộ tại tầng 3 cực kỳ nguy hiểm cho trẻ nhỏ và người già, nếu bước ko cẩn thận sẽ hụt chân và ảnh hưởng đến tính mạng Nước nóng bị ngược (mở về bên lạnh C mới nóng) và cũng chập chờn rất yếu, tắm gần 30 phút mới xong

Mọi thứ rất ổn,thiết kế phòng đẹp hiện đại. Đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, lịch sự và vui vẻ.

The hotel was very clean. Our room.for 2 adults and 2 teens was very large with 2 bathrooms and a separated area between the beds. There was a small fridge. The location was great for short walk to the river for an early start visiting the floating markets. It is also a short walk to some.eateries and a supermarket. We were able to easily get our laundry done.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Mosquitos were coming into the room even though the window was locked (small holes in window?). Only one window - not much natural light.
