The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Coway water filter which was a great bonus. The location was also perfect, just a short drive to UTP, making it very convenient for our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the area!

An iron, ironing board, Coway water dispenser, fridge, washing machine, Netflix account, YouTube Premium, a TV in each room, a hair dryer, food and beverages, and much more! It also has plenty of parking and is very close to town, making it super convenient for ordering from Foodpanda.
I don’t have much to complain about, except that the area is too quiet, which can feel a bit unsafe. Nothing bad has happened, but it might feel uncomfortable for girls.
