Reviewed Apr 28, 2026the woman who cares for the property, Anna, was waiting for us and met us with a pot of hot, herbal tea. (local herbs i think?) we especially liked the large fireplace and plenty of wood to burn. The days we stayed were rainy and cool – perfect weather for a cozy fire. The house is high in the hills, quiet, and strong breezes of fresh air. During sunny times there are chairs on the balcony with a view over the valley. We live in Punta Cana and plan to return here and cool off during the hot season.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Nos encanto todo en nuestra estadía, fui con mi niño de 3 años y hasta el estaba encantado, si buscan algo para relajarse alejado de todo se lo recomiendo, las vistas de las montañas en la mañana lo fue todo, y el trato de quien nos recibió, Jose, fue excelente y dispuesto en todo momento.
No tengo quejas.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2024the panorama, the view and the peaceful surroundings BUT night time there was loud music till 2 am, although i was told it was a birthday party, so it was a one off..i liked the rocking chairs, the decor, kitchen utensils..
i hated the shower as i prefer showers with a hose, on top of that there was a fault and the water was very cold.. the jacuzzi was not ready so i could not use it..the path to the property is a bit bumpy
