Entrada social do prédio "escondida" nos fundos de um corredor de acesso com outras entradas de outros condomínios e café / loja de conveniência, porém antes de chegar recebi orientações de como chegar ate o prédio com fotos inclusive com explicações claras e corretas. Camas enormes e confortáveis e tudo muito limpo.

o único senão é um vazamento pelo box do chuveiro por causa do grande fluxo de agua do chuveiro.

Per essere un appartamento coreano… direi molto grande! Pulito, ottimo bagno, nn mancava davvero nulla! E ogni due gg vengono anche a pulirlo!

Geweldig ruim appartement met alle comfort en alle faciliteiten. Eigenlijk heb je alles wat je nodig hebt, de locatie is perfect, je loopt het appartement uit en je staat bijna meteen op het strand. Parkeren is in een ruime garage ondergronds en gratis. Iedere dag worden de handdoeken vervangen en het vuil opgehaald.

De liften duren wat langer dan we normaal gewend zijn, het uitzicht is wat beperkt.

Apparemment grand, propre, avec un service de ménage journalier, au plein centre d’Haundae, à trois minutes de la plage et avec tous les transports à côté. Une vue très belle sur les lumières de la ville

Location is very close to the beach, just a couple minutes walk. Clean and comfortable beds, everything one would need for while travelling. We stated one night, everything was good and the host was responsive. We also came with a car, so there was an option to have underground parking reserved.

The only downside is that the walls are quite thin, so if you are looking for a quiet stay it might depend on other guests who are staying next door. We had a big group of tourists playing games well after midnight in the room next door and it felt as if they were in the same room. But as it is a hotel also, one cannot be sure who will live next door.

Great facility, very comfortable and spacious for 5 of us. Right close to the beach and easy access to restaurants as well. The instructions to get to the apartment were great and included lots of photos to help navigate, that was really nice!

Haeundae is quite far from anything else in Pusan so if you want to explore the city it was a bit out of the way.

とてもきれいで、居心地よく、自宅にいるようにのんびりできました。take outしたものを温めて直して食べたり、お茶を入れたり、冷蔵庫で果物や飲み物を冷やしたりしました。　 窓から少し海が見える部屋で、朝、昼、夜とも景色はきれいで気持ちが良かったです。窓際で海を見ながらパソコンで仕事もできました。

The place was very clean and well-stocked with essentials. The location is also very convenient and walking distance to Haeundae Beach and other tourist spots.

Als ik een tip mag geven: tafeltje en stoelen vervangen. Mag wel iets comfortabeler. En zoals wel vaker in Korea, enorm lang wachten op de lift.

Bon Emplacement face a la mer dommage que la météo n’ait pas été au rendez-vous. Lits très confortables. Bons équipements dans la cuisine et lessive mise à disposition ce qui est vraiment appréciable .L’appartement correspond bien aux photos. Je recommande.

Pas de vue l’appartement donne sur l’immeuble d’en face.

Un lit très confortable, ainsi que le futon. Nous avons pu rentrer plus tôt dans notre appartement. Tout est fourni, même le liquide pour le lave linge, le fer à repasser, la friteuse a air. Et surtout le silence et le chemin qui en deux minutes amène à la plage

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach! We had a wonderful time in Busan, and the host was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay.

Nothing in particular stood out as negative.

Fully equipped home with everything you may need. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Short walk to Haeundae Beach. About 14 minute walk to the inter city bus terminal or subway. Eateries and a GS25 right downstairs. Host responded to inquiries immediately. Strongly recommend this exceptional stay.

The property was well appointed and in an excellent location. The room had facilities for cooking and cleaning (although we didn’t make use of them) Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean

I'm not sure if all the rooms in this property listing are actually in the same building. Ours was on an upper floor in a high-rise hotel not exactly beachside but just one building back across the street. It took us a minute to find the entrance but then we had no problem following the detailed check-in instructions. We didn't expect daily housekeeping! The unit was spacious and clean and had nice toiletries and a nice water dispenser. The beds are listed as full but they were like US queen size and comfortable.

As our flight arrived early in the morning like 6:30am, the host was nice enough to get the place ready at 12pm for us when normal check in is usually at 4pm. It was very helpful as we were so tired not having a good sleep on the plane. The place was spotless clean and the beds are so comfortable. The washing machine + dryer is very convenient. We didn't cook so cannot comment on the cooking facility.

The lifts can be quite busy specially during check-in and check-out hours, we were given the heads up with notices reminding guests to be prepared by allowing extra time.

Host was very informative, nice, and prompt in resolving a problem. We arrived later than planned, but had an issue in the room upon arrival. She had already left the premise, but came back to fix it even though she lived an hour away. She even brought me some delicious apples! The room was very clean, and was equipped with many essentials items. The beds were amazingly comfortable. My first priority was cleanliness of the room, so I was very satisfied upon arrival. Of course, I left the room spotless too!

We had a studio room. I didn’t pay attention to the square footage size, so based on the picture alone, I had imagined it bigger. We were a family of 4, but I would say it’s more suitable for 2, at the most. It’s extremely difficult to move around. It’s easy to get bruised from the corner of the beds since the area is so tight. I wouldn’t recommend for any family with small kids. There won’t be any room for the luggage carriers either. Fortunately we only brought backpacks. An area right by the window , where the table and chairs are, very very tight. Also, I think it would be very helpful to have operating instructions (appliances) posted in English too. I am Korean from the U.S., and I am not familiar with the usage of the Korean appliances. I managed, but I struggled a bit.

Everything was awesome about this room. Comfortable, large space with quality furnishings. It is in a great location. You only need to walk across the road to the beach. Very newly refurbished, everything seemed brand new and modern with a laundry washer and dryer in one as well as an impressive water dispenser. The little details about this place make it so incredible. The beds were so comfortable, I just wanted to lie in bed all day instead of going to the beach. Bliss! Easily the best place we've stayed in during our trip to South Korea

The flat was very clean and well furnished. Everything was looking new and working properly, we had no issue with any amenities at all. In addition, the flat had pans, kettle, water purification system and first aid kit. We absolutely loved staying there and highly recommend this place!

The apartment is decently sized for a family of 4, with a comfortable kitchen. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The building is old and took a long time with the elevator. The owner needs to upgrade the towels.

Everything was good. How to get the apartment, the place to leave for a while the suitcases, which is very practical, all was very good explained and easy to follow.

There were no instructions how to use the washing/dry machine.
