Reviewed Feb 6, 2025The room was clean with an interesting design. It was well-equipped with complete furniture and appliances, making our stay comfortable and convenient. They even have an honesty store, which is a great idea for guests who need something without having to go out.
They provided us with incomplete information regarding the room number, and their contact person was out of reach and unresponsive. Thankfully, the guards knew which room they were renting for guests, which helped us locate it.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2024I love how the property owner kindly accepted our urgent request without any questions. Moreso, the place is immaculate. It has everything you need for a short stay. The Honesty Store is also a great initiative for renters to save money because they can cook. It is also situated in a quiet and accessible community.

No elevator.There must have an elevator considering that our unit was on the 4th floor.We booked for 3 pax but it is no longer convenient like bed to sleep for the 3rd person.The couch or sofa must be repaired.

No hot water for shower and the toilet seat kept falling down while urinating and noisy. 4th floor and no elevator.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2023The kitchen is well-equipped not only with necessary utensils and equipment but packed with condiments ready to be used. The honesty store is a very good innovation and provides guest the convenience of an in-house store. The lighting and the overall layout of the place is cozy.
I find no issues during our 2-day stay. In fact, it was great. The only minor inconvenience we experienced (which is already outside of host's control) is we had to climb up to the 4th floor of the building via the stairs and I was carrying a lot of things when we first arrived.
