La ubicación es excelente.

No tiene servicio de internet ni TV por cable eficiente. Se cortaba constantemente el wi-fi y solo tenía 6 canales para ver y que también se cortaban sin dejar ver con continuidad nada. La aislacion acústica es mala, durante los 2 días de estadía se escuchaba absolutamente todo de los vecinos, desde conversaciones hasta situaciones íntimas de la pareja. El departamento es pequeño, para una estadía corta está bien.

La ubicación

El depto era lindo y limpio pero helado!!! Me engripe esa noche que estuve. El baño tenía un radiador que no funcionaba. Hacía muchísimo frío en todo el depto. Algo extraño por ser central la calefacción pero bien real. Y me desagrado aun mas cuando al otro día al irme le comente a Virginia lo ocurrido lejos de una disculpa solo sonrió en forma de no importarle lo que le estaba comentando. Una pena porque el lugar la zona es hermosa y super bien ubicada. Pero la falta de empatia de ella me pareció super descortés

La ubicación. La vista increíble. El departamento confortable y muy agradable estéticamente. Muy buena ducha. Cama cómoda. Y sobre todo la atención de Virginia , cálida, atenta y dispuesta a ayudarte en lo que necesites.

TODO INCREÍBLE! Realmente si buscan un lugar y una persona en la cual confiar a la hora de decidir donde quedarse es con Virginia!! Es realmente un amor, super predispuesta y nos ayudó con un montón de cosas en nuestra estadía. No lo duden, es por acá!! El depto tal cual las fotos y cerca de TODO. Dato extra: pudimos conocer otro depto que maneja y fue otra locura hermosa. Todo 10!

הדירה ממוקמת בבנין דירות ממש מעל הכיכר המרכזית של ברילוצה. היינו בקומה 9 עם נוף לכיכר ולאגם., ליותר מזה לא יכולנו לצפות. הדירה נקיה ונעימה.

Bariloche Center fue un edificio que rompió el estilo de construcción de Bariloche. Hoy, desde los pisos altos, la vista que se tiene es un privilegio que vale la pena disfrutar

Destacó el contacto de Virginia, la responsable, que ha mostrado total disposición, facilitándonos todo el proceso y orientándonos en todas nuestras demandas y necesidades. El apartamento cumple totalmente las expectativas respecto a la ubicación y disposición. Es un espacio perfecto con unas vistas increíbles. Muy recomendable.

Virginia was an exceptional host, offering invaluable assistance with all our inquiries. The accommodation boasts a prime location in the heart of Bariloche. We enjoyed a comfortable bed, a spacious room with plenty of storage, and the convenience of making our own breakfast.

While no fault of the apartment itself, the central heating meant the only way to lower the temperature was to open the windows.

Excelente ubicación, una vista incomparable! El departamento equipado con todo lo necesario para los días que estuvimos. La atención de Virginia impecable, nos dió un montón de recomendaciones y estuvo siempre pendiente de lo que pudiésemos necesitar. Volveremos!

Muy céntrico, limpio, nuevo y cómodo. La comunicación con Virginia muy fluida. Todo estupendo!

Excelente ubicación y vista de la ciudad

La ubicación es inmejorable, con vista al Centro Cívico. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía confortable.

En la época que viajamos ya estaba haciendo calor. Por esa razón, sí se calienta bastante la habitación. Consta con abanico.

Solo nos gustó la vista del depto y cuando ingresamos estaba limpio.

No nos gustó que no pudimos dormir una noche bien, ya que había muchos ruidos. Además, para el precio podrían incluir un poco más de papel higiénico, ya que solo nos dejaron uno, lo mismo que con el jabón del lavamanos que no había. Nos faltaba azúcar, sal y aceite. Al momento de cocinar tampoco hay todos los elementos, ya que no teníamos como colar la pasta. Y a pesar de que éramos 2, solo había una cuchara para té. Unos días antes de la llegada, cuando no se podía cancelar la reserva, me dijeron que debía pagar el 10% más con tarjeta, Algo que no está publicado al momento de la reserva. Poder pagarle a la administradora fue un poco caótico, ya que la esperábamos en el ingreso y nunca apareció. Tuvimos que llevar nosotros el dinero a una oficina. También no fue agradable que pedimos de hacer el Check out mas tarde, aunque esté tuviese un cargo, y primero nos dijo que si, pero el día de retirarnos nos empezó a escribir muy temprano para saber cuándo nos íbamos. Pagamos mucho para dormir bien, pero tampoco pudimos hacerlo. Las cortinas no cubren toda la ventana ingresa luz. Conclusión: este departamento cuesta mucho para lo que ofrece.

Virginia nos atendió de maravilla, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, es pequeño pero cómodo.

La calefacción es central, y por la noche la tenían muy alta, pasamos muchísima calor.

Nos gustó todo. Si te vas a quedar en Bariloche sin duda es el mejor alojamiento. Es centrico, esta como nuevo, super limpio, tiene unas vistas preciosas y Virginia es un encanto.

Chuveiro com pouca pressão com oscilação na temperatura da água.

Localização excelente. O studio fica no sexto andar e tem elevadores. Chuveiro muito bom. O quarto atende bem 03 pessoas.

Do sistema de aquecimento, cujo controle não é feito pelo hóspede e tem determinados momentos que esquenta muito, sendo necessário abrir as janelas e aí vem o barulho da rua, o que nos incomodou bastante.

A vista do quarto é linda e privilegiada. Além da ótima localização a Virgínia é super atenciosa e prestativa

It can be very loud at night from youngsters with loud cars and motorcycles since it's right by the main square. The kitchen wasn't stocked well enough to cook much. It's a very old building. You can't tell so much in the room since it's renovated well though

The place is situated just in front of the main town with a nice view of Lake Nahuel Hua Pi. Very convenient spot and close to many amenities. The host, Virginia is friendly and always contactable to provide us with travel guide.

Since it’s near the main town, it can get a bit noisy even after 11pm. The curtain helps to block out some of the noise.

My room 507 in Studio Center had an excellent view to the town square which was lovely for the New Year celebrations. The room was clean and the rental contract Virginia was very friendly, helpful and patient through some payment problems.

Because the room is close to the central plaza and a disco just around the corner, the evenings were a bit lively with the windows open for cooler air. However I enjoyed the location and would stay here again unless more solitude were necessary.

The location was perfect in the center of Bariloche, there are different stores, supermarkets and a lot of good restaurants at walking distance. The view was spectacular. The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed. Last but not least, the host is the kindest!

Bathroom had an unusual and unpleasant smell, no air conditioning.

The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the city and lake. The location was perfect(a minute walk to the civic centre), within walking distance of everything, and having bus stops nearby made it easy to explore the area. The host, Virginia, was fantastic—always available and helpful.

City and lake views so good

Good location in the center of Bariloche, with an amazing view over the Beagel channel.

The fact that there was no coffee machine available at the property. having early tours each morning would have been handy to be able to make ourselves a coffee. Also the heating system is a bit strange but we got accustomed to it:)

The location, the view, the settings of the small apartment, the 24 hour reception, the owner.

I would put better amenities in the bathroom as also more toilette paper. Also i would repaint the 2 doors and i would change the windows and then-this would be a top flat for European guests

The apartment is in a slightly non-descript building, but the view is magical. Our host was kind and efficient, there was paid-parking and the flat was clean with a small kitchen. The location is superb, overlooking the main square. There is a small table to sit at and admire the town and lake below. Definitely worth it for a night in the town itself.
