Tras avisar con meses de antelación que necesitaríamos una cuna, la misma no estaba lista (cosas que pasan). Entramos al apartamento, sucio (aunque nada exagerado), las camas por hacer y sin toallas suficientes para todos. Cuando nos traen la cuna, la traen llena de pelusas y telarañas (lo limpiamos, no hay problema), nos dicen que luego nos traen el colchón. El colchón con manchas varias, de distintos colores y tamaños, inaceptable. Tras pedir otro, nos traen uno hasta con manchas de sangre. Se lo comunico y me dice que esto es lo que hay, que el primer colchón lo había traído en bolsa de plástico para que le pusiese las sábanas y que durmiera encima. SIN PALABRAS Tras una gran y larga discusión, y faltas de respeto, por no querer que un bebé duerma encima un colchón en el que (seamos realistas) ninguna persona verbal dormiría, consigo que nos devuelvan el dinero y nos vamos a un hotel, que nos costó más del doble, pudiendo haberlo cogido por menos desde un inicio. En definitiva, si vas con unas expectativas muy justas, porque el baño es diminuto e incómodo, solo una habitación tiene estor opaco, nevera con más hielo que en el pasillo del yogur, y limpieza justita (olvídate de pasar tu fregona, por que tampoco hay), PERO con buena ubicación es tu apartamento. Si quieres estar cómodo, vete a cualquier otro lado. (No me deja subir más que 4 fotos, pero espero que os sirva para filtrar)

Reikia patiems užkloti Lovas ir vėliau nuvilkti patalynę. Taip pat išnešti šiukšles. Po lova daug dulkių.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Perfect central location, all Lego attractions are in walking distance. Large kitchen and living room. A lot of windows, so a very bright apartment.
Some people might think the bed in the small bedroom is too small and there's no seperate toilet. For our family it was no problem.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Comfortabele bedden, wat ivm mijn rugproblemen niet altijd zo is dus erg fijn. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig en oppervlak en kamerindeling uitstekend. Prettig ook dat er wat producten van vorige verblijven waren (keukenrollen, olie, e.a. eerste essentials waar je soms niet aan denkt).
Behoorlijk veel vocht op de ramen elke ochtend, wat we keurig droogmaakten iedere ochtend. Veel stof onder de twijfelaar, daar was al lang niet stofgezogen. Het geluid van andere verblijven (en mensen die om 5:30 al rondliepen) hield ons 1 nacht wakker.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Centralt läge nära stormarknad och Legohuset. Trevlig lägenhet med välutrustat kök. Bra trädgård för familjen att leka i.
VARNING!! Parkeringen med en låg bred stubbe intill som inte syntes när vi backade ut och körde framåt. Vi fastnade med bilen på stubben och kunde inte komma loss. Underredet på bilen skadades. Funderade på att ringa efter bärgning. En boende såg vad som hände och kom ut till oss och sa att andra fastnat på samma vis och det händer minst en gång i månaden!! Han förstår inte varför stubben inte tas bort när så många kört på och fastnat. Han hjälpte till att fästa en lina från sin bil och drog oss loss. STORT TACK TILL mannen som hjälpte oss loss!🙏 Trapphuset - Fruktansvärt ostädat. Heltäckningsmatta med massor av skräp och dam. Luktar illa.🤮 TA BORT STUBBEN OCH STÄDA TRAPPHUSET! Soffan är väldigt fläckig och sliten, fjädrarna sticker upp ur sitsen.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos andando lego house y 20 de Legoland. Tienes un supermercado a 1 minuto y varios restaurantes. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario. La comunicación con Peter muy buena, si necesitas algo responde y soluciona rápido.
Por poner un pero el tema de la luz, las cortinas que tienen no son muy opacas, sobre todo en la habitación secundaria y allí en verano amanece muy pronto. La ducha al no estar cerrada se sale bastante el agua, pero esto es común en muchos sitios de Dinamarca

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Struttura a pochi minuti a piedi nel centro di Billund, vicina a Legohouse. L'appartamento con due camere è spazioso e luminoso, siamo stati bene con i nostri due bambini piccoli, Peter ha messo a disposizione anche seggiolone pappa e lettino da campeggio. Siamo riusciti a preparare le cene senza problemi col fornello, non c'è microonde, e per la spesa ci sono due supermercati vicini. Per chi arriva in auto c'è parcheggio, mentre coi mezzi molto utile il City Shuttle gratuito. Nessun problema con il bagno, tranne per l'assenza del piatto doccia. Ottima esperienza!
Solo una nota che ho già fatto presente all'host. Sulla chat di Booking ha impostato delle risposte automatiche che a volte non facilitano la comunicazione. Se avete urgenze chiamatelo direttamente, lui è sempre gentile e disponibile.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2025Very confortabile, close to town center, covenient near supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is very cosy, feels like home. We were able to easily prepare meals for our family.
Using the shower was a bit difficult as it has no water basin and all water spreads into the bathroom.

Only thing that wasn't ideal was the smell from the bathroom. It's bearable, but not very comfortable, if you are sensitive to smells. And there was some dust under the beds, it could be cleaner

Reviewed Mar 11, 2025Great stay in Billund. Very close to a supermarket and a nice walk to both Lalandia and Lego house. It was very well equipped and even had some toys for my son. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We would happily stay here again if we ever return.
The actual building is a bit dated and the bathroom was also dated and had a slight smell (assuming it’s plumbing from the building) it didn’t affect our review score as the rest of the apartment was great and made up for this.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024The property was practically in the center of Billund,near Lego House.In the vecinity it has 2 supermarkets,very useful when you are travelling with kids. The apartment was cosy,having everything you need for a nice stay.I felt like home because of the small details the apartment has.
The bathroom!This is something that really needs some imprivement.There is an awful smell coming from the barhroom.Because it doesn’t have natural ventilation it is very difficult to even enter it.Leaving the door open would have spread the smell through the house. The toilet seat was dirty when we arrived and has some scratches all over that give the impression of not clean.Luckily I brought my disinfectant and cleaned it.
