Villa O'

Semaine très agréable passée dans cette magnifique villa d'architecture moderne. Elle est très grande et bien agencée. Les pièces principales ont de belles baies vitrées donnant sur le beau jardin et la piscine. C'est très agréable. On a l'impression de vivre dehors. La literie était confortable.. La décoration intérieure est sobre mais soignée. L'accès est simple, le lotissement est calme et sécurisé. Un gardien filtre l'entrée 24/24. La localisation permet de visiter la grande moitié nord de l'ile en voiture facilement.

Cette maison, pourtant récente, soufre malheureusement d'un manque visible d'entretien et d'attention. Quelques exemples : ménage superficiel à notre arrivée, piscine non nettoyée pour notre arrivée, frigo pas propre (odeur de poisson dans l'eau filtrée), meubles de jardin abimés et vieillissants, climatisation trop bruyante pour l'utiliser la nuit, 1 évier sdb bouché, baies vitrées d'une chambre ne fermant pas à clés, pas de coffre sécurisé dans les chambres.... Si la communication avec l'hote est cordiale et fluide, l'acceuil des visiteurs est toutefois "léger". Ne comptez pas sur un panier de bienvenu qui fait plaisir après un long voyage, même le minimum vitale (bouteille eau, savon), ni sur un minimum de produits ménagers, et petits matériel tel pince à linge. Juste un rouleau de papier toilette pour démarrer le séjour. C'est juste pour ce type de location. Enfin, aucune infos touristiques laissée à disposition dans la maison.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fantastique ! La maison était superbe, confortable et parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons pu profiter pleinement de chaque instant. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage !

Le seul point moins pratique : il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture de location ou d’appeler un taxi, car le plus grand supermarché se trouve à environ 50 minutes à pied, et il y a très peu de trottoirs à l’île Maurice.

Ein architektonisch einmal ein schönes Haus, welches einmal mit guten Geräten und Möbeln errichtet wurde. Leider so nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Haus verkommt leider, da es örtlich schlecht betreut wird und die Reinigungskraft, Mala, die offenbar niemand kontrolliert, das ganze Haus verdrecken lässt. Zur Übergabe war es unakzeptabel. Wir haben die Putzfrau weggeschickt und einen Tag selber gereinigt. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und über all sind Möbel defekt. Die Matratze mit Flecken übersäht und die Kissen ungewaschen. Rostige Nägel im Pool. Wir buchen seit vielen Jahren über Booking Häuser, aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Gibt es hier keine Qualitätskontrolle? Die Fotos sprechen eine eindeutige Sprache.

The only thing and it's not a dislike but a hire car Is a must. Taxi to the main area is 1000 rupees not at all expensive but just to give some idea

Our second time staying at this wonderful house. The house is always squeaky clean when we arrive and the hosts reply quickly whenever something comes up. Great location—near the beach and restaurants—or just chill in the yard (so many beautiful flowers) and in the pool

Our stay in this gated community was absolutely amazing! The security guard was always there, making sure we felt safe and sound. The pool was a perfect spot to relax and chill, and the whole community was super clean and quiet. Karine was an incredible host - she was so kind, thoughtful, and just amazing! She totally deserves an 11/10!

You have to take into account that in order to enjoy the environment, you best have your own transportation. For us it was not a problem.

Quiet, secure neighborhood, the pool is awesome, spacious and the layout was really nice.

Second master bedroom bed frame makes noise. Could be updated. Biggest issue is the bathroom showers drain super slow, water just gets overflowed into the toilet/bathroom area. This really needs to be fixed.

Absolutely lovely property, clean, modern and nice neighborhood. Great location near beach. Highly recommend.

Two tiny details - more pillows would be needed and the showers inside are slow to drain so it’s best to take showers outside.
