Para nada recomendado, el desayuno tiene que ir a otro lugar peligroso cruzando la calle, te cobran hasta la leche para hecharle al cafe, en las habitaciones no tienen agua etc, mucho ruido nada puede descansar...

The staff was very attentive ,specially Eduardo y Manuela .The cleanliness of the hotel A+.The area of breakfast area is outside of the hotel and doesn t look nice.

Trash place. My bed sheets were covered in blood and random socks that weren’t mine. Outside is so loud. Fruit vendor with loud speakers, club in corner that doesn’t shut down until 4 am. Left early. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Location is trash. Whole place is trash. Also they make you sign that if you bring anyone up it’s $100 USD.

30 living suites made me feel like we weren’t in another country. From the easy set up of transportation to and from the airport, to them being super attentive to every request made. The location is super safe and discreet. Close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The safest I’ve ever felt outside of the USA. Public transportation is right across the street and safe. The only thing I’d have to say is that the city never sleeps. It’s always hustling and bussing outside but that’s not something they can control. If I were to ever return to Colombia I would not hesitate on rebooking here.

The hotel was everything I expected. Staff was very nice. I loved that my room had a little kitchen even a small wash place for clothes. Very practical and neat! Will come back soon. Tip: the avenue can get loud turn on the fan near the kitchen so it creates white noise.

Great customer service, very attentive and accommodating. The jacuzzi was a plus after so much walking exploring the city, being able to have a jacuzzi was a huge plus. Highly recommend staying bc here, also super close to everything to walk and lots of food options.

Es fácil de movilizarse pero hay un problema de sonoridad. Entra mucho ruido y la gente alrededor muy de fiesta y muchos vehículos. Cuesta dormir y valoro mucho el silencio para eso. No hay donde parquear. El desayuno lo mejor. Lo dan de un servicio fuera y es excelente

The place is in a great location, shopping near by, small restaurants with great food all around. Walkable location. The hotel lack some accommodations that are basic even in cheap hotels but over all very good just to sleep and get on tours. Staff is very friendly.

I had a great experience staying at 30 Living Suites. The space is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious — having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus for me. It felt more like a comfortable apartment than a typical hotel room, which made my stay feel extra homey. The location is super central — you’re close to everything: restaurants, shops, cafes, you name it. It’s ideal if you’re looking to explore the city and have everything within walking distance. Just keep in mind that it’s located on a very busy avenue, so you can definitely hear the hustle and bustle from inside the room. If you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs or a white noise app. Overall, I really loved the vibe of the place. It’s perfect for travelers who want both comfort and convenience. I’d absolutely stay here again!

The girls in the front are very nice and professional. The guy not so much. My last night it was impossible to sleep. There was construction after 1am. And it was super loud. My parents had an terrible night.

That was good. Place to staying

a very good hotel but there is a metal bar sticking in out into the middle of the room (supposed to be for hanging clothe) that I hit my head on several times. it could cause great harm if hit strongly. I had to wrap a coat around it to remind myself. very dangerous

El lugar es muy completo con respecto a amenidades, solo tuvimos inconvenientes con respecto a la comunicación y explicación de ciertas cosas. Como por ejemplo, que deberíamos traer las toallas de la habitación para usar en el jacuzzi o el extremo del agua caliente en las habitaciones (ya que parecía hirviendo) más pudimos contar con el personal para aclararlo una vez preguntamos, los alrededores son muy seguros y hay mucho por hacer. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Me encanto mi estadía, el lugar es muy amplio y cómodo, con un baño confortable; el staff fue muy amable siempre y diligente. Vi un comentario donde decía que se escuchaba mucho ruido exterior y la verdad yo me quedé en el segundo piso y pude descansar óptimamente sin ninguna interrupción, ya que el “ruido” exterior es básicamente nulo. El restaurante para el desayuno está a unos pasos del hotel, pero ofrecen room service así que está fenomenal.

Los alrededores son seguros. Las personas muy amables y educadas. Muchísimos lugares para comer. Desayunar . Lo único que no me gusta es que de madrugada se escucha mucho ruido gente , motos pitando.

Overall, the rooms are comfortable for a short stay, with convenient coworking facilities on the rooftop. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The downside is the area is very noisy and rooms are not soundproof, not ideal if you are a light sleeper as we did not rest well

Me gustó mucho el hotel, está localizado en una zona tranquila y segura, tenía mis preocupaciones debido a reseñas anteriores que leí pero nada que ver, la habitación que seleccione está bien equipada y el servicio fue muy capaz, honestamente lo recomendaria

Sin duda en orden de importancia el desayuno. ES DE EXCELENCIA Y CALIDAD: Da gusto comer ahi y la atención de la gente hermosa. Lo que deben saber todos es que es muy escandalosa, no tiene un insonorización, entonces se oye todo lo de la calle principal. Si tienes sueño ligero no es el lugar para estar.

Limpio, personal amable, la zona es buena con buen transporte público, pero el ruido exterior penetra mucho en las habitaciones.

It was pretty noisy , booked for 3 people only had 1 bed and a very small couch was under the impression from the pictures it,would be 2 doubles but they gave us a different room with a bigger couch to sleep on . All in all a very good hotel loved the cleanliness

Our stay was Absolutely perfect. The hospitality from every single member of the 30 living Suites team was superb.

Excellent facilities, super clean, excellent services, very good breakfast. Only a little noisy at nights.

The first thing I did not like was that The person at the desk wanted to overcharge for the room. The beds were too small, the bathroom super small, I asked for napkins they did not have, too much noise around the building, and music most of the night starting Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I don't think I use it again.

It has everything you are looking for as a tourist. Laureles area is safe, the hotel always smells good as it's clean, people is very very kind, rooms have space and things you need like refrigerator, microwave and more.. the only thing missing is to do laundry there even at extra cost, but no issue as there are in the area too. I'm completely satisfied and my expectations where surpassed!! Totally recommended!! 1000/10

Front desk try to charge me $100 per visitor each entrance something never herd off

Please not this property has no ac but they provide a fan for guests. Great accomodation. 20 mins from Poblado, 10-15 from Laureles, bus stop right in front. Mall 5 minutes away walking.

The rooms have no air conditioning.

It was nice just far from the city.

New hotel with exceptional service that surpassed all expectations. Highly recommended for nomads and business travellers.
