La stanza era veramente grande non mancava nulla per un soggiorno confortevole. Il panorama dalla finestra è fantastico, è veramente una struttura rilassante per poter ricaricare le batterie e visitare Malacca. La posizione è centrale, in quindici minuti si raggiunge il centro a piedi, inoltre affaccia sul fiume, in nidi da poter fare una bella passeggiata o una corsetta. Se il caldo è tanto si può fare un tuffo in piscina. L' angolo cottura offre solo due piatti, due posate, due bicchieri e un bollitore; un microonde avrebbe fatto comodo, ma a parte questo nulla da obiettare. Veramente un posto che ti fa dispiacere lasciare!

It’s just that it could have been, i dont know, cleaner? It looks a little… abandoned. A deep cleaning would do this unit good. Please check the room thoroughly, the mold & mildew needs to be dealth with

Le lieu est super, le personnel est super gentil, réactif et agréable! Nous avions mal branché un adaptateur qui a fait sauté l’électricité de la chambre mais en 5min quelqu’un est venu tout remettre en ordre. Les instructions pour récupérer etc.. est très claire ! La literie était confortable

Le mobilier est beau mais un peu usé.

Room was spacious, full height windows provided a good view of Malacca. Nice open pool area giving good views.

No access to gym , this was very disappointing, no cooking facilities. Towel rail in the bathroom was broken and kept coming adrift from its fixings. Main windows very dirty. Being labelled an Air BNB customer by the staff, we found they were not very helpful.

Loved the location! You get beautiful views of the river. The beds were sooooo comfortable!! Had the best sleep. The unit was a great size Checkin directions were straight forward and easy to follow. The host responded quickly.

Would of liked to have a microwave in the unit. The unit could use a good deep cleaning

Die Räumlichkeiten waren großzügig und zweckmäßig. Schicke Ausstattung. Pool. Die Möglichkeit kostenlos zu waschen und zu trocknen. Nur für das Waschmittel waren 5 RM fällig.

Leider ließ sich die Badezimmertür nicht schließen.

Tak sangka seteruk ini penginapan kami. Tiada disediakan kopi teh gula, malah toiletries pun tiada di sediakan. Air mineral pun tiada. Katil single bukan katil tapi bench chair yg diorang bagi. Parking pun berbayar tak penah tido hotel parkir berbayar oiiii!!! Pastu staff layan macam nak taknak je dalam whatsapp. Memang teruk serius!!!

I enjoyed my stay at The Pines. The swimming pool was comfortable and relaxing. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped with complete amenities, including a prayer mat. Cleanliness was excellent, including clean pillowcases. Overall, a pleasant stay🫰🥰

One downside was the shower water in the bathroom, which was extremely hot to the point of steaming. I tried adjusting the setting to cool, but the water remained too hot and could not be used. The same issue occurred at the sink, as the water was also very hot. I am not sure whether this was due to incorrect adjustment or a technical issue, but I hope the staff can check on this. Additionally, there was no additional safety lock on the door.🙂😌

Hôtel plutôt bien placé avec un accès à la rivière par l’arrière de l’hôtel, c’est très pratique pour rejoindre rapidement la ville. Parfaite communication avec l’hôte via whatsapp, il y a une pièce pour laver le linge ce qui est très pratique. Belle piscine sur le toit. Un restaurant et un petit commerce vendant tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin juste au pied de l’hôtel.

Le seul bémol est le fait que nous n’ayons pas accès à la salle de sport qui est réservé au client de l’hôtel car nous séjournons à l’intérieur de l’hôtel mais la chambre est gérée par un autre prestataire.

Waiting for the lift during checkout it really long. Crowded. Tips - checkout before 11. Like 9/10 am to avoid crowd.

Positive points: The sofa and bed were soft and comfortable, which made resting pleasant. The hotel is located behind the residential area along the Melaka River and is within walking distance to the Melaka River Cruise, which is very convenient Easy check in and check out

Areas for improvement: The floor was slippery and slightly oily, which could be a safety concern. There was a power trip issue, and the root cause was unclear. Parking is required across the road from the residential area, with an overnight parking fee of approximately RM12.50, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The family studio unit is spacious with a sitting area and a small dining area with sink. We like the spaciousness, thoughtful layout and cleanliness. We had a beautiful view of the river and it was quiet too for restful sleep. Check-in and other stay instructions given via WhatsApp were also clear. No bottled water in the room but instructions given to get filtered water on the 8th floor. We were there to spend time with an elderly friend so we mostly stayed in. Food-wise, LeyPark cafe and Wong Kok food court just opposite were convenient for us to eat and pack food without needing the car. It was nice to take a stroll by the river too. Overall, it was a very good experience. Amanjiwa 99R's hospitality is excellent. Thank you!

Parking had to be in the opposite building to save costs. Had to drive up 8-10 levels for visitor parking. Once parked, we didn't use the car till check-out the next day. Thankful, though, to have this option for parking in the city. And thankful that the ramps are wide and easy to navigate.

Very rude staff especially Mr Gam. The bed was too small to fit my husband. He basically called us a liar. The bathroom was terribly moldy. Too far from the city. The only good thing was he agreed for us to canceled without fees. 1st accommodation we had to cancel on bookings
