Difficult wifi. VERY NOISY at night. One blind broken No clothes airer for damp swimsuits. Our contact agreed to 2 extra nights. Cleaner quite upset. Another contact disputed and said one extra night and to pay immediately. Cleaner returned and wouldn't leave until I showed payment screen. Other contact repeated one night and get out by 11am. Was quite impolite. Did apologise but too late!!!

Los vecinos me quede dos noches y las dos noche no dormí por la fiesta y el griterio de unos de los departamentos

Me costó realizar el ingreso, al estar en zona centrica cuesta dar, recuerden que en mi caso no soy de la zona, ¿podrían indicar con una foto el ingreso y el estacionamiento?. El estacionamiento no se notaba el número, (estaba en el piso medio borrado, costo encontrarlo) ¿podría tener una cartel con el numero a la vista del chofer?. En el departamento ¿podria incluir barra de seguridad en la tina o poner cinta antideslizante en el piso?

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025La mala administración, el departamento no estaba al 100% limpio, nos quedamos 10 días y no lo equiparon con artículos de aseo acorde a los días. Un día nos fueron a cortar la luz por cuenta impaga, al solicitar la factura por la estadía nos la tramitaron hasta el penúltimo día y la realizaron por un monto inferior, hasta el día de hoy hemos solicitado la corrección del documento, cuestión que no ha sucedido. La verdad muy decepcionante.
