Sokon Residence at Madinaty

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was extremely clean, very modern and beautifully maintained. The location was great and very convenient. The customer service was amazing, everyone was very helpful, responsive and welcoming. We loved every bit of our stay and would definitely come back again.

Nothing at all. Everything was great and we were very happy with our stay

Neat clean, wonderful location with a relaxing atmosphere.

excellent

nothing

Super super clean, very modern furniture and great location . Will definitely come to stay in my next visit to Cairo.

Location is good and easy to reach inside Madinaty. The beds are comfortable

The sofa smells bad, the iron did not work plus rusty. On the day of the check-in both apartments were missing towels.

Its ground floor in a clean and quite area in New Cairo, the house is clean and cozy. We were allowed to check in earlier than stated

First issue we had in our first few hours from checking in was with the wifi, I was working online during my stay in Sokon but the Internet connection was so bad we had to fix it at least 3 times everyday and it took around 30 minutes of turning the router on and off until it works. They didn't have any cleaning supplies not even dish soap or laundry detergent and we stayedfor 6 nights so we had yo buy our own supplies... shower gel, shampoo and hand soap were the same exact liquid. I didn't expect them to knock on the door 45 minutes before checkout asking me to leave? I explained that it was at 12pm and the staff member said thats fine... but this should not happen at any booking.

Lactation next to grocery store, masjid, Walking distance to south park and strip malls

Overall was good

I booked an apartment at the following address: New Cairo, Madinaty B6, Group 65, Building 70, Ground Floor, Flat 02 This address was clearly stated and confirmed in my reservation. Upon arrival, I was informed that the apartment was not available and was instead taken to a different property located at: Madinaty B7, Group 74, Building 2 This property is approximately 5 minutes away by car from the address I originally booked.

Everthing is good.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming especially Esraa, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience met my expectations. I would consider staying here again.

One of the best places I've stayed in. the apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is equipped with all the amenities one would need. They were even kind enough to leave complimentary snacks, coffee, and water. I felt safe as a woman alone the whole time. Special thanks to Mr. Hussein and Ms. Norhan who were very responsive and patient with my questions whenever I needed anything.

Clean

The fridge needs maintenance, kitchen floor is full of water coming from the fridge. Only one bathroom in the unit and its sink needs to be fixed to wall as it is loose and may drop anytime. Main door is broken and you can open it from outside with a little push. TV in the backyard is broken and not working anyway. I asked to change the unit, they said they are fully booked and don’t have any alternatives. Very high price to the unit offered. I have photos of all above remarks and can share with you here.

The place is wonderful and peaceful. We had a great stay, really enjoyed the experience, and we will definitely repeat it again.thanks Mr Moaz

Everything was perfect, the apartment was extremely comfortable and cozy, the facilities were clean, also the staff were extremely nice especially Hussain, he helped us a lot during our stay, he truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The location is safe, close to various shops and shopping centers. The apartment is well equipped (more than I needed), clean, and spacious. My host, Huessin Tslem, was wonderful and waited for me at night until I arrived from the airport to give me the keys and check me in. I definitely recommend this place.

Family of 4 with a 9 years and 2 months old. Cant recommend this place enough. Thank you for the great host Ms Nourhan. After reading online I was skeptic being cheaper then other places but whatbwe found was really nice. Coming from Europe our journey had a few 5 star hotel stop overs but when we entered this flat my wife said this is the first truly clean place we have been too Immaculate and perfection which we were happy to lay our heads on those pillows. After a few hotel visits we wanted a clean decent spacious space for a family so we can settle a bit away from all the hustle and bustle yet near to services and both this flat and madinaty delivered. Thank you to the great hosy Nourhan and the door staff who when we told them the taxi dropped us with our bags in a wrong address they came around and picked us up. They were also one call away when we needed anything which made us feel the presence of a best in class. Thx

I had an amazing stay at Sokon Residence in Madinaty. The location is absolutely perfect and conveniently close to everything. The apartment itself was super modern, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. I was especially impressed with the spotless cleanliness throughout the place, it truly felt like home. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Nourhan from customer service, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Everything was exceptional, Norhan was really helpful and kind, thank you for this wonderful stay.

I liked everything

We had the most amazing stay at Sokón! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home, super clean, beautifully modern and equipped with absolutely everything I could need. Also the service was beyond fantastic, and the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at ease. The neighborhood was also a huge plus very calm and family-friendly, which made it even more relaxing. It’s clear they put so much care into every detail. Honestly, we loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back (this definitely won’t be the last time)!
